Great family fun! I think I had more fun than my kids! The charge less for adults which I think it’s fair kinda pricy for the kids but worth it. It reminds me Of DZ discovery zone. The place is huge ton of really fast slides. It’s safe as they keep it locked and you have to be scanned out.

Great place for pre teen kids! This place is pretty much a hamster cage with all the tunnels but OMG... its actually for kids! There are a range of tube and standard slides for them to go on, a room with ball cannons, a soccer area and even a little basketball section for your little power forward. They have two rooms for parties which are reasonably sized and you can have it catered by their staff. Please note... this means pizza, hotdogs and fruit punch and not sliders, wings and calamari . (Kids will still love it though). **Please note** the staff seems comprised of mainly 21 and under so the reviews about their customer service proficiency may be partially true but cmon...the focus is on the kids in a place like this and they do a pretty good job of staying mobile and keeping an eye on things like sanitation, safety and security. Stefon was our guest services rep on the way in and he was very professional and informative. Keyaira was our hostess for our party and her bubbly personality and organized delivery was a hit with the parents, kids and even the entertainment we hired. Legoland is going to really challenge businesses like this but I hope Billy Beez stands his ground!

Place is great for kids. Just needs to be cleaned. Floors are disgusting and havent been cleaned in a while. Dust bunnies in ball area and food/dirt in between mats. Especially with sickness going around needs to be disinfected nightly. Staff was spot wiping areas during open hours. Cleaner was very strong smelling and should be used when closed or at least close off area working.

Ive always had a good time here but today the staff was very rude. They did not ask me if I wanted to buy an extra admittance to the honey comb village after standing on an already long line when my 4 year old tried to enter the honey comb village he was shewed out by an employee. I asked the employee to let him stay and I would run up to the register to pay and he said NO he is not allowed in here. This obviously is encouraged by management cause when I tried to quickly but access for an upset 4 year old they stated to me that I needed to go wait on line. The supervisor and employee both standing there and did not seem to care! I then asked for the supervisor and she told me thats was his job (to shew unpaid kids out of there)... I also informed the supervisor that I would be writing a negative review and she didnt seem care saying ok... Very bad experience. I will not be back, customer service was awful and rude. Not worth the $60 spent here today

Great and safe place for kids to play. I didnt give it five stars is because the water fountains never work here. Forcing you to buy water smart on there part, but the snack bar closes at 7pm leaving 2 hours for the kids with no water.

It was clean, staff was friendly, we had a great time. Lots of room to play, its a fairly large place.

****Update 1/4/20 - I was subsequently contacted by the district manager. She was very understanding and empathetic. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and follow up. The staff on site have always been polite and helpful.Up until a few months ago I always had positive experiences at this location, especially as related to the locations staff and managers. Unfortunately two months ago one of their floor managers stole my credit card, used it in the mall, and caused me a great many difficulties and wasted time to rectify the situation. When I spoke to the actual OWNER of Billy Beez regarding the matter after many many phone calls and emails, I was basically asked how I could prove what had occurred and even when I informed him that the police were the ones that notified me of the perpetrator and that mall employees had identified him the owner still was very dismissive and offered me one free entries for my two children.Subsequently, I was notified by the investigating police officer that later corporate management had informed him that they did have cameras at the location and volunteered to hace their security check the cameras. I was not made aware of this when I spoke with the owner and was dismissed. The officer was also made aware that the suspect had immediately quit after I had notified the location of the possible theft and the police began to investigate. While circumstantial, this is pretty clear evidence of wrongdoing.I received no follow-up or contact of any manner after this was discussed further with the owner/corporate management. Follow up emails and phone calls were ignored and never replied to. This is a textbook example of how a company should not respond to wrongdoing of one of their employees, especially to a loyal customer who has brought their children to this location many times each month for years. I am beyond disappointed.

The kids loved it. The food preparation people were slow. The food was ok. Overall as long as the kids loved it we will be going back.

We had an AMAZING Time and my daughter loved it. Not too pricey and the fact that you can come and go is great. I love the security measures also to make sure your child cant leave with someone is fantastic. We will be back

It was really busy and I understand they were overwhelmed but had the employee taking money behind the register can use a lesson in customer service. The place was busy I get it she heard wrong and charged for an extra child and she wouldn’t rectify the situation and brushed us off.The other staff were nice and helpful. One employee can ruin a day off fun with kids and make you write your first ever review.

Normally we love billy beez, but today was definitely a different experience than we are normally used too. We always buy 10 packs because we come here that often. But we were pretty disappointed after today. Not only did an employee get extremely rude for no reason with me, athe 3 employees that were there, excluding one, only stood around the desk talking and not paying attention to anything going around. While I was sitting at a table, I saw a child come out of the gates with no adult and the employees did nothing and said nothing about the child coming out. they closed a lot earlier than they were meant too. On the site it says they close at 8PM. We came there and then left to eat and came back to find the gates closed and locked at 7PM

My little guy loves this place. Its a bit expensive, but a great option for my toddler to get out his energy on a rainy day. Can get crowded and some parents let their kids run wild. Ive even had to talk to staff when things looked like they were starting to get out of hand. (Place is too short staffed to monitor all areas, so Im pro active about that. I dont want my two year old plowed into by some rambunctious, unsupervised kids!)

MY SON LOVES THIS PLACE! He literally asks to go all the time and the reason we dont go more is because I cant keep up with him and Im worn out after about 20 minutes! There are endless tunnels and slides and things to climb on. Its a toddler and older kids dream! Some of the slides were a little big, but it didnt stop my toddler, might be a bit much for others though. Definitely expect your kid (and you) to be tired after this one! They do have a xounter for drinks and snacks. They also have a smaller/baby kid zone. Price is very reasonable. Bathrooms (at least the womens) was very clean. Highly, highly recommend!

Doesnt cater well with children with disabilities. So for my particular experience having 2 kids with autism it was a little to closed in for them. They did happen to like the pizza alot!!

When I came here around a week ago. They were very disorganized, the managers were not in the front and the two people upfront keep trying to get them to come up front. One of people went back and return and said one of the managers were coming, it took around 5 minutes for one to show up. Also throughout the whole time they had one person going back and forth to let people in. My familia and I were asking why they only have him running back and forth, he said he didnt know. We also asked the girl in front why the manager was taking soooo long, and she didnt know. It seems like this place is very disorganized, my family and I are going to have to travel to other Billy Beez. I would say it was a bad day, but we went two days in a row. Saturday and Sunday, it was the same both days. The staff looked very young, it sums up the reason why its so unprofessional. I was so unhappy with overall everything, the man at the cafe was nice, and the two people in front were trying their best I could see how packed it was. I never felt like I had to make a review, but this is a kids place and I expect better service.

Keep having different staffing and thats usually not a good sign. Now theyre charging 2.99 for socks that they should have given for free. They could do better with all of the competition out there.

This place is great, but I agree with other reviews that the staff is a bit unresponsive. They dont always turn on the ball room and seem eager to close.

Went to billy beez I took my friends child your manager harley said she couldnt enter the facility cause she was banned because the mother no longer worked there how could they banned kids from their when they know better I was paying for that child so I left didnt bother so I went to round 1. Couple hours I see billy beez co workers and management drinking licor what kind of people does corp hire??

My girls love this place. They have so much fun there. Just to let you know on weekends it gets really crowded. Kind of wild lolEvery single person, it doesnt matter the age(61 y/o) have to pay in order to get inside even though if the person will be sit down without moving nowhere. Other than that kids have a lot of fun here.

A good place for parents to have fun with the kids. I always have a blast. Plus if you get the family pack and then pay for one of the parents, it comes to 4 kids 2 adults for 47.95. You can play all day with that. Downside is the new manager doesnt know how to properly inventory so the only beverage they had was sprite and hi-C and the sprite kind of taste like seltzer water. The manager didnt seem to confident under pressure, she seemed flustered. She still needs work.

I was asked if it was my first time being there and said, Yes. That being said you would think it would be fully explained how this establishment works!We played all over and my daughter was having a great time! I noticed there was another section in the corner for toddlers; shes two (Five and under). After awhile an associate came by and asked if we had two wrist bands. I showed him the red one and had no clue what he was referring too at the moment. He then says that I needed to have two wrist bands (blue for the toddler area) in order for us to be in there and that it was an extra $5. It was embarrassing being kicked out and my daughter started crying because she didnt understand and she didnt want to leave. Another parent commented to me, Yeah, we were having fun and he just kicked us out!I wouldve had no problem paying the extra $5 had it been properly explained in the beginning. A few associates were friendly but others were not and for a place where youre working with children it wouldnt have killed them to crack a smile; they looked miserable!This was not a great first impression.

Food taste good, it was clean my 2 years old had an blast well be coming back again. Totally worth the price. Food price wasn’t that bad.

My son likes it. It’s smaller than the Palisades location, but not as crowded. It was very clean. They take security seriously which matching bands, photo identification, large security gates at entrance and exit.My biggest complaint is that on more than one occasion we came in and there was no staff. None. We’re sitting at the register waiting for somebody to come and take my money and my kid is upset because he wants to go play. I was tempted to just throw him over the gate and let him go while we waited for employees to come help.Finally a girl who worked there walked by with a child (which I assume is hers). Exacerbated, I asked if we could enter please and she said no, we had to wait for a manager because she can’t use the cash register. We waited 20 minutes total for someone to come and take money and let us in. This happened multiple occasions.Once we got in, unsurprisingly it wasn’t very crowded and my son had a fun time.

What a joke this place is dirty food is over priced and tastes like cardboard, and extra cost just to be able to stand for hours while kids play. Waste of money and time all around horrible experience!

I ask for changed so I couple play there candy game and she told me sorry I cant give you change unless you buy something are you kidding me I just spend $30 dollars so my son could play in your dirty play area .and I cant get change OK. I will spend my money somewhere else. And the young girl Harley Patnode that works there on Tuesdays afternoons smells like cigarette smoke. Thats great to have around children

The Staff was AMAZING! As the host, the Staff was very attentive to our party’s needs. Everyone had a great time. The staff was very accommodating on food allergies for the party. I am very thankful for the outcome, and I am happy we booked with this location.

It’s a great place for children, don’t get me wrong; however, when you’re thirsty and in need of a snack the snack bar closes 3 and a half hours before the location. Even though you arrive and are told “we just closed” and there are drinks and hot food still on display. With no vending machines in sight you are required to pry children from their enjoyment to find sustenance. All in all great until you need food.

Me and my friend took our kids (1 was 5 years and the other 7 months old) there for the first time and a verbal altercation took place between a staff member and a guest. They threatened to punch each other ect. Neither one was asked to leave. This happened when we first got there. 10 minutes later they got into a fist fight. People were knocked over and all the kids there witnessed it. Police got called. My friends 7 month old almost got hit and my daughter was extremely scared and wanted to leave. Since we were only there 10 minutes and this was a result of them letting both of the people stay in the same place after they already fought we asked for our money back. they said they would not do a refund and would only give us a free pass to come back. We said we dont want to come back my daughter is scared now and they said thats all they can do. The whole thing was unprofessional. The least they could do is give our money back, especially since a staff member was involved. They said it never happened before so basically too bad. I will never go there again.

Great for the kids, they have a great secure system going on, but staff needs to be place by entrance and exit for it to work properly.

I wouldnt come back ever if there were any better places to go for between 1-4 year-old. SO MAD that no play places besides here for toddlers.I feel mad that I have to come again,I wish any baby playground(or the Baby cafe) in NJ come up their business near here too. Billy Beez is more for over 4 year old. Its indeed unfair to pay more for the little toddlers area(baby zone), each rooms were not cleaned and the toys were damaged seriously. My family and I were absolutely beyond happy with Billy Beez. Did my twin boys 2nd birthday there. And from the first phone call with Kasa who made my reservations and got all my details it was just easy and she was so nice! Kasa was an absolute delight to talk to!. I received 2 more calls before the party from Harley..she was so nice and went through what I was getting and if I needed any updates. We did the party today and we had Hailey helping us in the room...I couldnt ask for a better person. It was 10 kids and 8 adults for the party and She was super . She went above and beyond to help us and was always a step ahead! I appreciate her so much..even took a pick with her, the boys and Billy Bee himself..lol! My family was so impressed by how clean Billy Beez is from the bathrooms to the areas the kids play! The food was really good! We will definitely be doing parties here again or even just to hang out with the kids. Us adults had just as much fun as the kids! We thank you all that day for such a great experience!

Its a good clean place to let your kids play. Dont try and get service for drinks or food and especially change to use on the games, this is almost impossible. The employees wander around looking at phones like zombies

EXTREMELY VIOLENT EMPLOYEE WORKS HERE.I was at this location yesterday. At one point my family and our friends family were walking out to go get lunch. The employee at the gate to leave the play area makes a rude comment and I told him that he was being rude, and that we were with our families.At that point he starts yelling in my face calling me all sorts of obscenities, and starts to take his shirt off because in his words hes going to beat the s#*t out of me, hes not afraid to because he knocked out another customer last week. Three other male employees jump out to restrain him and hes sitting there screaming more obscenities at the top of his lungs with young kids all around the area.I calmly ask for the manager while this guy is still being restrained. She shows up several minutes later, while this guy has been yelling the entire time, and continues to scream at me in front of her.When the manager, Sophia, finally comes over to me I explain the whole situation about what happened, and she says I guess Ill have to write him up, can I give you a voucher to come back on another day?I was taken back from her business as usual reaction as if this happens there every day, and that she was going to basically give him a piece of paper that said what he did was wrong. I dont plan on bringing my family back to a place that would allow someone like that to continue to be an employee.

I had fun running around, climbing and sliding down the slides with my 5 year old son. We had a blast and for our entire time there. Make sure you bring your kid a play date. Its gets exhausting climbing through the small tubes and low crawl areas after a while. A bit pricey for entrance but if you spend a few hours here, its worth it. Food is expensive so save your money and get something in the food court or a restaurant on 211.

Great place to take the kids so they can jump around play, go down slides, and other activites. BUT BE WARNED: the kids wont want to leave right away, so bring lots of energy!!! One thing to note, bring hand sanitizer, baby wipes and other sanitary items, lots of germs everywhere.

This is a great and fun place for the kids to run around and play. However, the cost is expensive, especially when you have more than one child. It adds up fast. The food is not good tasting at all. Its low end concession food. Overall, this place is nice to go to once in a while. The good thing is you are allowed to leave and come back in the same day and not get charged to enter again. I would recommend this place.

My kiddo had a blast. Staff was nice and friendly. It was very enjoyable. Food was not good. In response to another review. This place is not a daycare to let children run wild while parents just play on their phones and expect its the staffs job to babysit. I loved seeing most of parents involved playing with their kiddos.

Cant beat it. You want your kids to have a blast this is the place to go. Theyll be tired as soon as you leave. Youll be for sure able to enjoy a glass of wine when they fall asleep at home.

The first two visits were good. Especially when I was first time there, the front desk guy was very patient and nice.But the third visit was terrible, I asked a couple questions at front desk, the lady there was neither patient nor speaking respectively. It ruined my mood afterwards.it is common that a business may lose customers because of one unprofessional employee. The owner should treat it seriously if he cares about the business.

Billy Beez itself is a wonderful place which reminds me of Discovery Zone as a kid. I really enjoy seeing my children enjoy themselves. But the senior staff at this location are a bit rude and apathetic. I have had two very awkward interactions with the manager. She wasnt very understanding of our situation and seemed very hostile towards myself and my family. The general staff on the other hand are very pleasant, and do a fantastic job. This review is more towards the manager than the place itself. For this reason, although Im closer to this location, I have chosen to conduct my business farther away at the Palisades Center mall. New Management is grossly needed.

Bathrooms were very dirty with paper on floors and only 2 stalls clean. They should have recliners for parents here. Security is good. I feel safe to have my kids running around and not have to constantly be watching. But again staff are always on their phones so they do not seem concerned if kids walk out.

Billy Beez is a large play place for young kids. Parents are welcome to tag along and guide the kids. The inside feels very much like a multi-level maze with many obstacles to climb and slides of various shapes and sizes.We went on a Saturday and there were a lot of kids and adults. Might have even been a birthday party going on. I may not necessarily describe it as crowded, but the place was definitely active. The storage of shoes and coats sucks. Somehow, we managed to cram all of our belongings into a cubic foot hole. And this was on a snowy day, where we all had large winter coats. Either way, we enjoyed ourselves and our child is eager to go back.

Hm.. Well.. Wishthey change the younger babys play mats. It cracked and teared everywhere and too dirty. Most of their area didnt get wiped or cleaned.. I checked my babys clothe and socks,it turned dirty brown-ligjt grey. Also wish their little towns got more organized. All of the building inside looked like a ghost house. There were 2-3 employees worked when I visited but I couldnt see anyone who was cleaning/organizing inside. Not sure if all the billy beez does like this.

Today we had our sons 4th birthday held at the Middletown location and my wife and I couldnt happier. Mariah helped to coordinate the event. she kept in contact with my wife and I during the weeks leading up to today and she was answer all our questions and had the upmost patience with us considering we kept changing the guests count. Haley was the attendant for the room. She had it decorated beautifully and was extremely kind and caring when dealing with all kids ranging from 2 to 5. The kids had a great time and Im sure theyre all going to sleep well tonight! This was the first big birthday weve thrown for our son and we are very happy we chose to do it at Billy Beez.

Small place compared to palisades billy beez, way overpriced. Staff is no where to be seen! They bring their own children here while on the job and all they do is sit and eat. They should look into hiring people that actually work ! Place is very dirty but I’m not surprised !!!!

Claiming she was leaving that store tomorrow. Cooperates number is online you moron. Also we dropped $50 at chunky cheese across the street and had far more fun. Good luck keeping this sham of a business open.

Wow...I should have read some of the reviews on here...and not come. What a horrible experience no soda at the concession no ice...no food at the cafe it was closed. They closed at 830 even though they advertise they are open until 9pm. I dont understand how they stay in business. Parts of the play areas were closed by 5pm. Not only can you NOT get a soda or anything to eat they wont let you bring anything in. If your thinking of going..DONT!!!

It could be good if it wasn’t extra to access the market place area. The staff are ok but not friendly enough to be working with kids. Adults have to pay full price...ridiculous! Staff on cell phones.
