Rather small and somewhat limited. Absolutely did not fill the 1:10 we planned to kill here. About as calm as you would expect it to be.Fish but no food dispensers, but they leap even at leaves in the water, so I guess it evens out.

I was so excited to see a Japanese Garden and even with a festival going on this didnt do anything for me. It was sooo tiny. Visit the one in Palm Beach instead!

Its a small place but very nice and well maintained. Met a very nice employee there named Willy, great guy to strike up a conversation with.

Nice peaceful place, but very small. You can walk entire place in under 20 min. Chill spot if you just want to disconnect from the city for a few minutes.

Its nice to come and relax but max you can spend is about 20 minutes otherwise theres nothing else to do here. Its very poorly managed and theres only one koi fish. There are events of a tea garden and such but there is no such thing happening.

It’s a nice place to go relax, but it’s way to small. You could walk the whole place in less than 3 minutes. They didn’t have anything that could give me the opportunity to learn about the culture as the sign says, but other than that it was a nice day.

It is a quiet place, nice to sit in the shadow. But this is the best to say about the place. Too much concrete constructions.

It was cool leaning about it but it was all under whelming. I did buy some cool handmade earrings

Cons:Really really smallNot much to take pictures ofHave to pay for parking ($15 in front or $10 in parrot jungle)Pro:Entrance was freeNo one was there (except Will the really nice gardener)No roof: open air (good lighting)Shade all around with good seatingI would recommend going if you’re looking for a place to just sit or when they’re having events.Im rating it a 3 because I thought it would be bigger and have a lot more flowers.

So this place is a little gem, but no joke about the little. Id say come for their seasonal festival because of the food, vendors, drum eland martial arts performances as well as a cosplay costume done at the end of the featival. Otherwise, its still up and coming as far as the term garden is concerned. Hoping to see more development soon, hurricane was not kind to it but they are doing their best. Right next to parrot jungle

Wish there was more/better landscaping. Pretty small and unimpressive unfortunately. Luckily I was there for the Japanese festival so the performances made up for the lack of details.

This is the worst place. There is absolutely nothing in here except hungry fishes. Parking is $20 and inside the garden there is nothing. It will take you half a second to finish the entire garden.

Tiny and not with it. Dont waste your time. Parking is difficult. Bought a Japanese fan there. They charged more than the advertised price. When they gave me the fan it was a blank white piece of paper, they wrote my daughters name with a dull yellow highlighter and it didnt even fold up. The quality of the paper was so poor I just gave it back with out a refund. Also there was no Japanese fish. Botanical gardens in Miami Beach is much bigger and better.

Review №34

Small and not worth it. Understandbly, entrance is free but the parking situation is crazy. It was so crowded that we parked at parrot jungle for $10 only to stay for 20 min. It is extremely small and with kids climbing on everything, its definitely the least calming Japanese Gardens Ive been to

A nice and small Japanese garden, a beautiful addition to our city. However, the review below by Michael with 77 photos is not of this garden, that review is of Morikami, a much larger Japanese Garden in Deerfield Beach.
