Very disappointed with the interaction I had with this company. About 2 weeks ago I requested a sunset sail. They mentioned that due to COVID their sales were down and if no one else booked we would have to pay more. I was fine with this as this was the only thing my husband requested that we do. I did not pay a down payment just in case the cost changed. On the day of it was raining a lot but still received a confirmation text. Since their website said that they still go out even through bad weather I called them up just in case. I got a voicemail and tried to text the number I received a confirmation text from. I called again and the representative from the company laughed at me as I asked the status of the trip. I said I received a confirmation text saying it would still happen and he said, basically, that I did not pay a down payment so basically it didnt matter. The weather cleared up in the evening and we definitely could have taken the trip. I wish they had contacted me sooner so I could have found a different company to do this through but it was already 4:30pm when the sail would have taken off at 6:30pm. There were plenty of boats out in the evening. I honestly wouldnt have been so frustrated about it but the representative on the phone seemed to laughing the entire time. Very unprofessional.

Ive booked two years in a row. The first year I went and bought 4 friends with me, the second time i went and bought 24 friends with me. It was great and every one had the best time. Thanks to Bobby and his crew and team.

Pros: Really nice boat, nice staff, good music and they offered decent snacks onboard. Party bus to get us to the pier was fun (but packed). They pair you with other parties.Cons: Overpacked on the bus ride to the pier, departure times changed a few times (luckily we were flexible), you have to pay for your whole group all at once. Bathroom is tiny and with a hand-pumped toilet.

JD was the best captain, we had so much fun!! He made sure we did too. Definitely recommend!

First, the time was changed from 2-5 pm to 3-7 pm. This was quite an inconvenience for us as we had reservations for dinner that we had to cancel last minute.  Not only was the time changed but the boat was also a half hour late to pick us up. To add further to our disappointment, the food we were promised in the description was not even close to what we were given on the boat. Instead of grilling up burgers, sausages, veggie burger etc, one platter of fried chicken was brought onto the boat. There were chips and dip but there was nothing to put those items into.. no bowls for the salsa or chips, everyone was just reaching their hands into the bags at their own leisure. As for the water toys, only one of the numerous things promised was actually there. I was told there would be paddle boards, water noodles, a water trampoline, and there was only a floating water mat. All of this was extremely disappointing and ruined our experience. I would 100% never recommend this company and am so surprised that they have the audacity to steal peoples money the way they did.

If I could give no stars I would i first want to start by saying that we never even bored the boat I called the place a hour b4 our trip ride the guy told me the boat had broke down and he need a day or so to fix it but he would refund me my tickets in the mean time 2 hours later the guy calls back saying that the boat has been fixed and I had 30 mins to get back or lose my deposit the guy was very nasty and disrespectful I wouldn’t recommend booking this boat at all save your money book with a more reliable service

I’ve been on two Island Party Boat w/ BBQ trips and two Sailing Yacht Party trips. Of all four, each time we went to a different island, all of them fun. My favorite though was monument island, which has very pretty, soft sand beaches and fun to swim. Both of those cruises are party cruises and unless you reserve every seat on the boat, your party experience will vary depending on the other people that are on your cruise with you. Meaning, I’ve experienced somewhat chill party people all the way to full on party party! If you are open to all crowds of people, you will have a great time, like I have. If you are more particular about your party scene, you might want to pick another cruise option specific to your needs. You can bring your own alcohol or drink what they have, which is a decent selection of wine, beer, etc. On the island party boat with BBQ, they will have hotdogs, hamburgers, and chips/salsa. Enjoy!

Visiting from the military went out new years day and had an awesome time. They had wings unlimited beer and wine. Then we went to a dope island and they put out a water trampoline and other toys with loud music and an dope crew. The best time I had in miami

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I booked a sunset cruise and was called 3 days later by I assume the owner. He asked if we would mind moving to the earlier boat ride. I let him know that we were arriving that day and would not make the earlier boat in time. He said Ok no problem, would you be interested in a Friday sail? I said.. unfortunately we are in town for 1 night and Friday is not an option for us. I asked if something was wrong, and he said the boat was overbooked. He assured me that he would work his magic with some other guests who booked this specific sunset cruise. I then receive a call 5 minutes ago from the same person asking if we were interested in a Island BBQ cruise I was livid. I told him we were in town for 1 day and our schedule was limited to the time frame of the sunset cruise NOT an Island BBQ cruise. He then said the sunset cruise was not going out at all. Which is an obvious lie. They overbooked it and unfortunately for me, our fully paid reservation was chosen to be kicked off. I then am told again to rebook for the Island BBQ (the person does not listen, clearly!!). He stated the sunset cruise wouldnt go out because we have stuff to do to it before the weekend But the kicker is....I asked for my money back he said I did and then was HUNG UP ON! 2 minutes later I receive an e-mail saying my reservation was cancelled and that I was refunded (though the money has not been posted into my bank yet) This company is a scam and unprofessional to say the least and I am positive that any positive review is fake. I wouldnt refer this company to anyone. Please go elsewhere!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Easy to book the non private party boat. Drinks and food were plentiful. Fun activities to do like jumping on trampolines once in the water. Super fun DJ! I went with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and the boattook us to a small island for water sports and sitting in the sand. Chris, the boat owner was super friendly, accommodating and fun! Awesome experience!

We went on the BBQ party boat and had a great time!! They let anyone hook up their phone and play their own music and we went out to a private island out in the river. The only thing I have to say is that we thought it would be BBQ but it was really just a burger haha but it was really good! Would definitely recommend!

Our bachelorette party of 8 people wanted to do a boat activity, and we chose South Beach Party Boats for what seemed like a fun time.A week before the trip, I called Bobby to verify all the details and he seemed to have been juggling a couple of calls at the same time, putting both phone calls in one three way call... it might have been easier for him that way but that was definitely unconventional and I did not appreciate it. During that same phone call, he asked if my group wanted to rebook a similar boat activity but one that would include unlimited beer and wine and free water and some appetizers. Apart from the included food and drinks, he suggested it because we had one person that might come and being on that similar boat activity allows us flexibility for that one person as it was a bigger boat. It was going to be an 1130AM to 230PM trip. Our group agreed.The day before the trip, Bobby gave me a call and let me know that they were not sure if they will be docking in Miami or further north due to the winds that day and the next. We agreed to meet at a location where a party bus would pick us up so that we could meet their boat, wherever the boat was docked.On our boat activity day, the party bus took an hour and a half to arrive to the destination (Hollywood, FL). The bus itself was comfortable. Chris and Reese were very nice and polite during the ride. We finally got on the boat, but our group overheard Bobby and other crew members talking about how unsure they were of how the boat would fare with the strong winds, and how the timing of the trip itself would not work with the bridges schedule. One of them acknowledged that timing would be hard when we consider the bridges, how far the sandbar was, swim time, etc.Despite this, Bobby pushed for the boat activity to continue. Bobby himself did not join us. Chris gave us 2 choices: ride on the boat for a bit and then arrive at a sandbar and enjoy there for a little with the water toys, or just ride on the boat for the entire time. Needless to say, we ALL chose the sandbar option, because that was the activity that we paid for (the fact that there was even an alternate choice was confusing...) Plan was set for the sandbar.We never arrived at a sandbar. We merely stayed on a boat anticipating to get in the water, but approx 1.5 hrs later we get back to our original dock without even touching the water toys or the sand bar. Everyone was disappointed.Chris stated that we didnt get to do anything apart from sit on the boat and eat because of how late the trip started, the winds, and the timing of the bridges. THE EXACT SAME HESITANCE THEY HAD PRIOR TO LEAVING THE DOCK IN THE FIRST PLACE. So sad how our bride to be and everyone who came from Peru, California, NYC, IL,Boston didnt get what they paid for. Chris was very nice and respectful through the process; when we mentioned a refund, we were referred to Bobby as we did our booking details mostly through him.Again, at this time, we felt our time with them of about 7 hours on a Saturday was a waste. We could have NOT gone on the boat if they knew the impediments for the trip themselves.Due to all this, I told Chris of our disappointments and that we wanted a full refund. He was very empathetic and he said that he would work something out with his crew/team, but to call Bobby as well as again, we did most our booking through him.I called Bobby for a refund. I explained our grievances, specifically how the services paid for were not delivered. we understood that nature is unpredictable, but they pushed for the trip even though they seemed to know how lousy our experience would be.He outright said that the services were delivered and rudely said that we shorted him with payment since the 9th person (that was supposed to be a flexible factor and everyone else was FULLY paid for) didnt show up.Bobby was unprofessional: increasingly defensive and dismissive of our concerns, he even cut us off while trying to talk. We ended the conversation unsure of what the next steps would be.

There were not enough life jackets on boat for every passenger which is my biggest complaint. The snacks were mediocre and the only wine option available was Pinot. It should have been priced much cheaper. $90 was way too much. The crew was nice which is my only positive.

Went with my family and it was the best day In Miami. I got to snorkel jump on a trampoline and jump off the boat. I had a lot of fun.

This was such a great experience! I would totally book it again and recommend to everybody! We were a party of 5 and there were three other small groups with us.The boat crew and captain took really great care of us. They aren’t necessarily “South Beach Party Boats” staff, they are the ppl who supply the boat and everything else. The captain (female, I cannot remember her name) was so good to everyone and She even gave us some extra time on the boat.The ONLY thing I would recommend for the boat is a better sound system for the music, and to not let the guests be the DJ because if someone doesn’t like the music they are playing, it may be like pulling teeth to request a song (our situation). - first world problems. But other than that we made great friends from all over the world (literally) and it was definitely worth the money.

I had the most fun time of my life. It was a girl trip that me and friends took in August 2017 and our first time on the trip. We just didnt party we enjoyed the island that they took us on. The staff was very helpful and full of fun. Nobody was a stranger on that boat and people were proud to say that they were from Louisiana and they played our ratchet songs and everybody knew the music. What a time...What a time we had!

The guy that helped us book everything, Chris was very nice and helpful! The people that worked the boat ride were horrible! They made us give them our bottles which was understandable however, they had no knowledge of who turned what in so it was just like open bar to anyone. The captain wasn’t friendly at all, he didn’t say one word the entire trip. Everything that was advertised wasn’t offered during our boat ride. Actually nothing that was advertised was given. There were noodles on the boat and that’s it. We didn’t kayak, weren’t provided life jackets. The guy told us if we can’t swim that was our problem. It wasn’t that life jackets weren’t on the boat because they were! When we went to get them he made us put them back. There were no paddle boats either! We didn’t stop anywhere to really get off the boat, take pictures, or just to have fun. The ride was great because of the other people that happened to book the same boat as us. Other than that it was a waste of money. I’ll nevee book here again simply because of the customer service.

Took a cruise during Easter weekend after seeing this on the TV show Vanderpump rules. We were a party of four. The crew for one of the vessels for the Easter morning sailing called off so the manager called us and gave us a better boat and excursion. This sailing would actually pull up to the shore on the little island beach. I had guests from out of town and Im so happy we booked it. We had an absolute blast!! It was a bright hot sunny morning as we headed out. The music was awesome on the boat. The wine was great! You must be quiet when the captain is giving the safety instructions. The trampoline, The stand up paddleboards/vests/walking foam mat were all provided. The 2 1/2 to 3 hour duration of the cruise is perfeccttt. We were lucky there were no little kids on ours either. We had a whole bachelorette group partying from Canada. We all wind up partying together. The music was perfect at the island from the boat. Dance top 40, pop, hip hop reggaeton. All other boats were out partying. I loveeedd it! We got back to bayside around 2:00 pm, just in time for a pool party at SLS south beach! Ive already booked my July 4th booze cruise for some more out of towners coming in. The captain was experienced and his second mate (tall dark haired guy) were both nice and friendly. Everything was on time, professional and well organized. My friends were so happy! This is the best party boat excursion on south beach. Great price for an excellent time.

A must do! I have been partying for years now in different cities, states, and countries. This is a unique experience. Being out on a boat just makes you feel relieved. I had so much fun the first time that I went, I recently came back to do it all over again. The boat that I went on had a DJ spinning, chips, water, soda, beer, and wine provided. They allow you to bring your own bottle of liquor. One thing that was cool about being on the boat was that everyone mingled with each other, much better than a standard club where people are standing around all stiff and nowadays where most girls come just to take selfies. Real dancing and real partying takes place here. Once the boat gets out to where it is headed to you can get out and swim or chose to relax on a private island. I was able to take a 30min or so break from all the partying and just relaxed on the sand on the island. Bobby and his staff provided exceptional customer service starting from my initial phone call to inquire about his boat tours. They remained courteous and professional throughout.Im on a boat!

Wow! All I can say is WOW! Best party boat experience ever. Bobby and crew provided first class service and were overly accommodating to our Bachelor party group. Everyone had a good time, the booze kept coming, music kept rocking, boat was top notch and the party was real! I did my research and also reached out to local contacts in scheduling my brothers bachelor party. Worry not, this is a treasure!

Never ever book through this company. Our group paid 100 dollars each to spend a night on the boat and we’re served 20% wine mixer as liquor. Please save your money and book through someone else.

After reading the reviews I was prepared to have a terrible time on the island bbq cruise. I booked our May cruise with Bobby in Jan 2019, for a bachelorette party of 15. Days leading up to the cruise communicate with the company was not good. I emailed, called and texted to no avail. I finally got through to Chris (the day before our cruise) and after figuring the details out from Bobbys notes, he confirmed our package was still good. I was so nervous leading up to the cruise, expecting Chris or Bobby to mess things up. Chris was great, he picked us up on time, and was very friendly. The boat staff was great, they took us to a small island and took out the toys. We were able to take over the aux cord and play music for the entire boat. The bbq is really just cheeseburgers and chips, there were some beers and box wine. I suggest eating breakfast/lunch before or packing some snacks you like. Its definitely a plus its byob. All in all, it was good time.. everything worked out well.

Booked the BBQ Hip Hop Party Boat for my dual same-sex bachelorette party of 13 and I cant begin to tell you how much fun this was!! My party had a blast!!! The other ppl on the boat had a blast with us! Everything started on time, our captains were very nice and fun. We had unlimited beer compliments of South Beach Party Boats, we were able to bring our own alcohol as well, and the cheeseburgers were amazing. This was truly the highlight of our weekend! My party is still talking about the boat party! Thank you for a great experience!

False advertisement. Not worth the money. No water or bbq. The island they take you to is filthy. The boat is over crowded. Only pro is the nice people.If you are thinking about booking, do yourself a favor and don’t !

I would NOT recommend. The captain was not friendly, his working crew was not people friendly except for Chris who wasn’t on the boat, everything that was adversited was not giving such as kayaking, paddle boarding or the other water activities. When it was time to go the bartender decided he was going to hide/steal some of our alcoholic beverages, and we were told that we were not going to receive lifevest because it wasn’t their fault we couldn’t swim. Do Not Waste your money on this !!! I wish I would have spent my birthday in Key West with my friends doing the same exact thing with friendly people and a company that exactly offer what they advertise. This is a SCAM !

Bachelorette of 15 and everything was amazing. Brought our in cooler on for extra drinks, wouldna t have changed anything. Communication leading up to the day is sparse but if you show up to the boat on time with your money you will be good to go.

If you all plan to book a trip with this group DO NOT! I booked a trip for the week of September 15th, and due to Hurricane Irma we were not able to go. I contacted this group via email on September 5, 2017 to see what their action plan was and have not received a response. I have sent multiple emails and no one has reasoned. I have spoken to Bobby on the phone numerous times and he has lied every single time informing that their internet service is down and they cannot respond. Bobby then proceeds to tell me that they are going to refund half of my deposit because the policy says you have to be there in person to cancel. I COULD NOT FLY THERE!! He was the most rudest person I have encountered in business. I have disputed this with my bank. The customer service was the absolute worst and the lying was off the chart. I would no advise anyone to go with this group. I am also filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. The gentleman also wanted me to go on and give a great review, I will not lie to save his business. I am sure I am not the only person that has been calling and emailing them. They want to give me a gift card for trips that I will never use, absolutely not give me my money back crooks!!!!!

Our party of 10 booked with South Beach Party Boats on their official website weeks in advanced to ensure our reservations. When we got to the dock, we were told we werent in their system. Turns out their website goes through a 3rd party to handle their bookings and they never actually booked us. The ten of us ended up wasting a big portion of our day on vacation dealing with this nightmare. We were all refunded but were all extremely disappointed with how they handled the situation and how hard it was to get in touch with a manager. I would not recommend booking with this company at all. Very unprofessional.

Had the BEST time!!! Bobby set everything up for my bachelorette celebration and we had a crazy great time out on the boat and island.Pictures afterwards were an unexpected treat, highly recommended.

Awful experience, do not book here. We booked and never received a confirmation email, the man we called to clear up the issue was very rude and hung up on us several times. We finally asked for our money back because we didnt want to have to encounter him in person during the boat ride, and he refused to give us our money back because he didnt have us in the system even though the reservation was made a few days in advance and the money had come out of my friends bank account. Still hoping to get a refund eventually. Very unprofessional, this is NOT how a business should be run.

This is a business that neglects to monitor their employees and is ran as if the dock was their backyard, disregarding the fact that they operate out of a residential area. Blasting music at least 3 days out of the week when there is not a single costumer on their boats. The noise is to the level of it reaching the 14th floor of my apartment building. There are constantly drunken altercations and fights, amongst costumers, as well as, with people working on the boats themselves- the fact that they dare mention FAMILY ATMOSPHERE on their page is laughable to say the least.

Even though it poured for the first 15-20 mins...all I can say is FUN FUN FUN!!!

Have you ever booked a dinner reservation and they somehow lost your reservation? Well, this place managed to lose ten SEPARATE reservations (weeks in advance) for a party boat in Miami. Thats ok, mistakes happen right? We kindly ask their staff on the premises to help make things right and get us on the boat - we all paid already and have confirmations with us. Instead they rudely dismiss us and tell us its not their problem since were not on the list, even though we have proof that we are. We call their business number and reach Bobby who dismissed blame on himself and hung up on us numerous times and failed to get us on the boat. Thank you South Beach Party Boats for ruining our Saturday afternoon. If youre considering booking here, I recommend preparing yourself for a bigger disappointment than the Warriors blowing a 3-1 lead to the Cavs.
