Loved it here. Didnt buy any drinks but it looked like cash only. Only downside. Other than that. Loved the venue. Loved the spread of djs and dancing areas. Great night club for those who want to go out but unfamiliar with the area.
What an awesome place to dance. Miami has not been known for its dance scene, but Bootie is definitely a club party that rivals that reputation. The mashups are generally very good and catchy. The drinks are decent price, and some of the bartenders pour heavy.WORD OF ADVICE: Get there before 10 if it is a special event... it fills up QUICK
I feel very disappointed. Even at the point of crying. I’m Cuban, and have lived in Miami for over 20 years and this has always been the place to go. So upsetting to go to the store what once was your favorite spot and find that the new management is running it into the ground. If you’ve never been before it is not specified that when you reserve that doors open at 9pm but the performance doesn’t start until 11pm. That’s a 2 hour difference that should be told to the customers. I got there at 10:30pm, and the place was almost empty and no music playing, not even recorded. This place used to be good to go dancing, music always playing, even if it was recorded, and was always full. Which tells you the place is dying. The food it’s not good quality and it’s over, over priced, and 18% service charge is added to your bill even in a 2 person table. After the performance started the noise coming from the back bar was unbearable. We couldn’t hear the performer talk, and even after they were told they didn’t care and continued talking very loud and making lots of noise. This were the servers. Overall, a very unpleasant and very disappointing experience.
Had a great time. Owner and staff were so friendly and spent time with our group. The bottle service might be high . But you have a fabulous time here and feel right at home. So to us. It was Priceless. And ️loved Amaury Gutierrez.
We went there to see a group (Timbalive) that was advertised to play at 11:00pm. Their show didn’t start until 2:00am. They did play nicely but I don’t see why they announce a show for certain hour and then it starts 3 hours later. This showed a lack of respect to the customer. Will never be back.
WE HAD A BLAST HERE! And on a Tuesday night! It was the KOBE QONQUEST promotion. We watch Kobe Bryant battle it out with Ray Lewis (Linebacker for Baltimore Ravens) on Hoy Como Ayer
For a casual Saturday night, this was $15 well spent. There was a live cover band, aerial acrobatics and of course good mashups. Drinks might be a little expensive, but they werent weak. Pizza next door afterwards was a nice perk.
One of Miami finest establishment presenting some of the greatest Latin Superstars that perform singing dancing acting you name it they all go there theyve been there they done that Willy Chirino so many Latin American performers throughout five decades have made this one one of those coyotes shows or little Havanas popular places for top name Premier Entertainment a place not to miss enjoy
The manager is a nasty person, called Yani
SUPER EXPENSIVE, $5 a bottle of water so imagine...Also I feel like the service was not even remotely good for what I was paying, publix has better customer service. The space was too tight and no space to dance, I didnt like the place at all. Personal opinion.
Cute place with a live band the night I went. There is a cover charge and the drinks are a little pricey but everything in Miami is. It is a small place with tables. Very little dancing room.
My first time in miami Hoy Como Ayer had a wonderful live band and I enjoyed every minute of itThank you
The place is closed. Does not operate anymore, it seems. I just went halfway across Miami to find out...
Go on December 17th “Vísperas de San Lazaro”. I have attended ok hay date for a few years on the row. The most authentic “velada” cubana. Every time at “Hoy como ayer” is a magistral class of the best of the Cuban culture and the heritage of its music and influence in the south florida vibrant and characteristic Latin ambience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It was cloesed at 230 am when we got here on a Saturday
This place is an authentic Cuban place. I personally love it...its not a restaurant it has tapas, but to me the singers and shows are off the chartsMe encanta
Great ambience and show but prices excessively high
My favorite place to go any time of the year, incredible ambience. the best lounge to enjoy great music from very talented musicians
The energy, music was all terrific. Very happy and nice crowd. The bad, drinks are water downed and expensive., beer is not cold. Park at the bank across street dispite they say its not available, valet expensive too. Take uber, adk bartender not to water down.drinks and enjoy a very nice place.
Hmm. Difficult to rate this one. Wed hoped for dancing, an authentic Cuban club playing real latin music. Instead we got songwriter night - lots of talking (in Spanish) about what went into each song, lots of sitting quietly listening and non dancing whatsoever. But thats not their fault, so I wont rate them down - a lesson to us all here, check to see whats on before you travel out of your way somewhere!
One of the greatest places in Miami, good service, the best cuban artists and music. Every time you go, you feel you ar at home, with friends
Looks like a good place, in cube stile. There were just opening when i got there. So there wasnt any people.
Show started too late!
I love this place! Nice environment! Its showed in the movie Chef
$81 for 2 piña coladas and 3 beers. No receipt. Not worth it at all.
Good drinks and great live live music

Latin ambience
These guys are crooks. Their prices are ridiculously high, they overcharge even for valet parking. Crappy looking place!!!
