Great venue that is conveniently located in downtown. I went to see the Saturday lineup and it was really funny. The drinks are reasonably priced. Lots of seats...I like the theater style seating. The comedians are really nice and down to earth. After the show, we ended up going to a local bar with a few of the performers. I recommend this place for both locals and visitors alike.

Awesome show! Cute bar serving beer wine and specialty drinks prior to show. Each comedian better than the last! Conveniently located near Union Square. Will take more friends back to go see again! Loved it!

The tickets to Willy Chirinos concert specifically stated to start at 9 p.m. Willy got up on stage around 11 p.m.; two hours later! My guess and I were unable to enjoy the performance as people were standing and moving all over the place. Flamingo Theater is definitely a scam to have people arrive early so that the attendees can purchase drinks and food (no price on the menu) and have a hefty check at the of the show.By the way, if you are wondering, Willy Chirinos wife didnt steal the show this time.lace.

Amazing place plus a great customer service. The drinks are really good and price is affordable. The food, I loved, the topped tostones and cazuela mixta was the best, for 8 people it was enough food. The music was fantastic. Beautiful place, it has good AC, you can dance and enjoy. I recommend this place with closed eyes loll.... Really nice experience.

Personally I didn’t have a good experience there . The show started 2:15 hours late.Service was slow, they don’t give you advice about menu .Some time you have people standing in front of you and there is not security or personnel in charge to keep the show in the way should be.And there is not vale parking anywhere... you need to find your own space outside.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I went to the Eddie Santiago concert last Friday, he still sings good but I paid 120$ for just 1 hour of concert ? 2nd the acoustics of the place is terrible !! I think that this kind of scenario is more for comedy shows that for music concert .

Nice place for a concert. The chicken wings are the worst, only fried with no sauce or even salt. Be aware that they include the tip in your check (18%) if you pay with a credit card and then they try to score even more (tip) when you sign the voucher. Is better pay with cash and that way you can give a tip accordingly to the service that you received.

Nice ambiance with good acoustics, a library themed theatre /bar combo with the feel of 1960s Miami.

The comedy show was great! The valet service was pitiful total lack of customer service. The table service and security needs improvement. They had no clue on how to treat people with courtesy and respect. I have it 3 stars because of the show.

The place is wonderful, the waitress no that much.... but we had a great time!!

Came for a comedy show which was great. Venue leaves a lot to be desired, stuck in the 80s not up to par with the surrounding area. Valet parking available. At the bar skip the watered down spirits, stick with beer or water. Plenty of better food and drinks elsewhere.

Show was ok. Service was not very good.

Place with good potential but unfortunately plays with the time of the people as they please, make the promosion for 9pm and it is 11:30 pm the artist has not appeared yet. When you ask he staff working in the place at what time is the show, they do not have the slightest idea of ​​when the show is going to start. Unfortunately it is disrespectful to charge an X price for listening to music only. I am ready to begin a legal process by playing with peoples time without previously informing what time is the show . ITS VERY disrespectful .

The place is nice, the service not that bad, at least our server was very attentive and very diligent. The bar service lacks variety but you can survive that (dontask for the house wine...its the cheapest in the market = headache next day). What is really disrespectful is that the show started hours, and I mean HOURS late. So, if you park on the streets get ready to leave before the show even starts (3 hours maximum), get out to move the car or get ready to get a parking ticket. Valet parking, I read they steal from cars, so Im sure I dont want to use it. This is my first visit and I can tell it will be the only one. Im sad because ot has some potentials but the managmente has that disfuntional Cuban touch.....(and I am from Cuba!). Avoid this place guys.

UPDATE: I don’t know how can someone complain about this place, is the BEST place to have a great time, see the performers you like, the service, the security, there is no other place like this one.. the prices for the food and drink are the best, we went to see El Micha, Lenier, El Chulo and we had soooo much fun!!!!! Terrible food, poor service, expensive place,I went last week to see the comic show, George Harry a comic from Venezuela and I was very disappointed in step of having a great time and relax from all day work. I got into a terrible stress this guy was talking about politics for almost 3 hours, I though this was a comic show not a political show, I call the theater and complain but to my surprise nobody call me back. I feel like I lost my time and money . So if you plant to have a good time, well forget it you will lost your time and money.

The show was as expected, but the building installation is out of maintenance. They should take advantage of the great location they are. Attention in the show was good too.

Been here twice and it wasnt pretty. The first time it took them about 30 minutes into the act to actually take my order. After another 30 minutes I was left wondering how long does it take to bring a coke to the table and mix a mojito? So I signaled to one of the servers to repeat my order and explain my situation. 5 minutes later another server arrived with some appetizers that i never ordered so I told him, thats not mine please take it back and he was like thats yours it says here your table number and I was like your server might have gotten confused because I never ordered that he said thats yours you keep it and walked away. After another 20 minutes the coke and the mojito finally arrived at our table and then I told the server look please take this back as I never ordered this. The rest of the night went smooth. The second time i was there i didnt have the horrible customer service I did the first time but when I got the check 4 drinks had come out to $90!!! Thats ridiculously expensive. To too it all of the management team of the act I was going to see had no idea what they were doing and I even heard the employees bad mouth okk ng each other while the VIP area was waiting to be seated. Make sure you really love the artist you are going to see before coming here because the place it self is not great.

Awful experience 2/11. The check in process was slow and convoluted. They couldnt find our tickets even though I bought them through eventbrite, not another unaffiliated 3rd party. Once we were seated the server spoke to us once then disappeared for an hour. Tried to go direct to the bar but then found that all of the reasonable price items on the menu they didnt have, such as a pitcher of beer and they havent in a long time. Print new menus people. Once the server did come back and we ordered, we waited another 45 minutes and it still hadnt arrived and it was just a bottle of wine, very easy order. Additionally, the show was supposed to start at 8 and didnt start until they had everyone seated at around 9:00. The show was also a disappointment. It was supposed to be a burlesque show but wasnt. The dancing was quite good however it was not as advertised, if youre going to say it burlesque, then the acts should be as such. We left at intermission.

The place is lovely, gives you that lounge, live show feeling while drinking and dining. They are very involved with the Arts and the community. I highly recommend this venue for any parties you are planning, or events you are putting together

The show was supposed to start at 9 pm, thats what I understood. So stupid I didnt read the reviews. Time passed and we asked the server and she said so fresh and firm and quote ... it will begin at 11 pm we say at 9 cause people need to seat... For God sake, it is not the Miami Arena! The show will last an hour and a half only.... So stupid. There were not some of the menu offerings, like pitchers of beer another negative thing. Not too bad for the money. I think they do it so you can consume some more. So boring from 9 to 11, solo musica mecanica. The only good thing spending time with my wife.

Food is ok, but really bad service, slow and with an attitude. You better finish everything you order because you cannot take anything to go, according to the waitress. Parking is a nightmare, if you are not lucky enough to find street parking (pay by phone) you will end up paying 3 times more to the vallet or the garage around. Not worth it.

Drinks are overpriced, like... a lot. Show though, is the best in town - as long as you speak Spanish.

I came to the Alvaro Torres concert on March 24th, 2018. I had a great time at the place except for the waitress. She had a terrible customer service. I had to call her like 20 times and she always had an attitude. My table was the 27 and the waitress was a little fat and wore glasses. I don’t know her name, but she shouldn’t definitely be working here. The worst thing is that the tips were included in the bill, I wouldn’t have left her not even a penny. She was rude and impolite.

Went to see los amigos invisibles and the doors opened at 8. the show didn’t start until at least midnight, with some sub-par comedian opening the show. it was packed in there, and they kept just stuffing more and more people in.

No easy parking .. no cheap parking .. its no a nice place .. that doesnt deserve even 1 star ..
