This place is great. I used to go every now and then but Ive been painting more since the COVID situation. Now I frequent the store more often and the people here have helped me improve my painting skills. All the employees there are super polite and very good at helping me with my questions. Theres a few workers there that I always try to specifically get input from because they have been so helpful. I wish I couldve caught their names for this review but they are wonderful. I literally just got home from a visit there and I got excellent help on what I needed for my next project. Ive been able to enjoy this hobby more and this place always has just what I need. I included some pictures of just a small sample of things Ive painted using Blick paints. Ive done a lot more and will continue to do so and will continue to go to Blick to get materials and advice. Excellent location and excellent employees. They should get recognition for their efforts. Great, friendly people.

Warning warning warning I’ve had it with that place I used to go there before they change the name the people the sum are cool but I got to say I had a very bad experience . I call on to all my fellow artist do not go Buy anything there anymore these people are full of it the staff member this old old looking woman treated me so bad I will never go back she told one of the employees that there’s a Spanish person or black guy I think he might be shoplifting they don’t know who they’re messing with do not go there and buy a recommend Jerry’s art supply where you can get better discounts become a member pay 25 like me I became a member and I bought for about $975 dollars compared to almost 1600 dollars that I would’ve spent in Blick art materials I will definitely pass the word around to everybody that I know that buys there for years

Well stocked for general and slightly specific supplies in various media. Staff is fantastic, management has done very well to make sure the customers needs are always met. Highly recommended.

I love this store, my favorite place to spend time other than my painting studio. I get almost all of my art supplies from them, canvases, panels, acrylics, inks, medium, brushes, everything. A very happy place to be for an artist

So you run a sale of 50% off prints, have 1 person in store that doesnt know how to use the printer/scanner and do the service? He took almost 1 hour to let us know (after paying) that he didnt know how to do it and the store was to full to deal it, asked us to come back the next day (last day of the sale) to see if someone could help. Than the manager comes to refund the money and not even an apology for not being prepared for the sale. Shame ... Ill start shopping Blick online to avoid ... If I could give ZERO starts Id do it ...

OUTSTANDING! The guy who does the framing and printing there is named ANTHONY and he is AWESOME! I had to frame an important article for a friend but I needed help creating a background mat. Anthony went out of his way to find me the perfect solution/mat and spent a lot of personal time assisting me over several days. Eventually he created the PERFECT match for my project and was extremely friendly, efficient and motivated to make sure i was happy with the finished product. He also did everything possible to keep me within my limited budget. the entire staff there was friendly and helpful as well. I intend to go to Anthony for all of my future projects :)

Loved the fact that all of the staff here were artists. They were VERY knowledgeable and friendly, and they got me all the basics to get me started with drawing! They sell very interesting and versatile drafting tables that can be used as desks as well.

Attended an art class yesterday. The staff was incredible, they were helpful and professional. All the participants enjoyed the experience and left with their unique artwork. I will definitely attend another event. This is definitely the best art store in Miami.

How can you not accept cash when your competitors are accepting cash? You are not protecting the public. I can walk into your competitors store. Yet you force people to call a number and pay in card. So much for supporting small-business. Ill just go to a big box store where I can actually walk in and pay cash.

Given the recent turn of event, Blick Art supplies store like all non essential shops, offers online or curbside pick up only. This is fine, we definitely want to stop exposure for both shop attendants and customers. The issue I am having is that when you order your items for a curbside pick up they charge you for delivery ( even when the items are already physically in the shop). I was charged $8 more than the online price, and when I called the store manager she told me that the price is based on the lowest of store or online price. They compared the lowest of online price WITH shipping or in store. The online price was $8 less. She refused to listen to my reason (the price comparison is based factoring shipping..?....?..?. I am picking it up!!!)Moreover, when I arrived at the store, they put the item in my car, and once the attendant left I inspected the item. Not having the possibility of touching the item before buying it, I realized it was not appropriate for my project. I immediately called the store manager and she told me that she could not give a refund or process returns. When I paid through the phone she never mentioned she could not issue refunds or returns. Now I am stuck with items that I dont need, and I will have to waste more time going there once again for a refund once the store will reopen.Customer service is horrible, I talked to three different managers, two at the store and one at the toll free number. They all are very defensive, hostile. It feels like they already have in there mind they need to do absolutely anything they can NOT to give you a refund. Their attitude is not courteous at all.I am very disappointed about this shop, the store here in Miami.Update:Eventually, customer service reached out and they issued a egift card for the overcharge.

Our first Visit today- awesome- a big Sortiment and we found a special Size of Cardboard that we needed. The Service is awesome; they cut the Size we needed. The Staffmembers are very friendly ; kind and knowing their Job very well.The Shop looks clean and the Prices are mixed : low to high - but you will find something you can afford . If you like art supplies, this place is a palace. They have a friggin shrine to Bob Ross. Seriously. They have a canvas aisle. They dont just have watercolors, they have a watercolor department. Oils? Really?? You dont need to ask, just go.

The store is centrally located in South Miami, with plenty of parking. Its just the right size: you can quickly find things in their cozy floorplan, and they have a wide assortment of products, with packages to suit every budget and level of quality. The staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and share your enthusiasm on helping you with your pet project!

A Wonderland for artists! I got fabric paint because, as a hobby-level designer, I was curious about making prints by hand. I learned so much because of how knowledgeable - and patient - the staff is. I was pretty much walked through building a beginners painting kit, step by step.

This place is seriously dangerous for my wallet. If you, like me, have this uncontrollable urge to purchase art supplies only to amass them inside the closet of your 1 bedroom apartment in case inspiration ever strikes you then look no further my fellow artists. They also have delicious salted caramel chocolates.

Really cute art supplies store! The staff is super nice and can really help you with any question you may have about anything art related. Its not very big but they always hold in-store events like painting classes and theyre really dedicated to making sure their customers are content.

All the employees here are wonderful people, who know what theyre talking about and are happy to give you great recommendations for new supplies and always know where to find things around the store. They have everything an artist needs, with reasonable pricing and frequent sales!

Safe is always friendly and they carry fine art materials that most craft stores dont. I browse here for inspiration for new projects.

Manager and assistant manager have major attidutes like snobby. When asking simple questions all the rest of the associates are fine and are nice. But those two need to shape up or ship out. I can take my my hard earned money else where. Tried coming to take my bussiness there a couple of times and everytime I have been very displeased.

This store is very easy to get into trouble as you will want to buy nearly everything in the store. Its best to have a plan on what you intend to buy else you buy even more.

I just left the store with the best customer service provided Karissa helped me with two huge lists I got for class, she was super helpful and nice and I got most of the things I needed. Its a small art shop. I was kinda disappointed with the inventory. It seemed to have a lot of really basic stuff and then a bunch of random stuff. I went in looking for Paracord and no one even knew what it was. Not really a knowledgeable staff for an art store. Definitely check Michaels first

Normally order online because there arent any stores near me. Was in Miami during Thanksgiving and visited the store on Black Friday. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. The products, as always, are excellent and well-priced. I definitely recommend Blick Art in Miami on US1 and 62nd Ave.

Good place to get all your kids art materials for school. The crowd is trendy and employees are extremely nice. Been coming here for years. Love this place.

The store is pretty well balanced in their inventory, however compared to rivals it is quite small in size but full of professional and student grade quality. As for prices, it is cheaper online. The shipping improved in speed over the last year and the stuff comes undamaged except for some pressing.

Staff was very friendly however it’s not very organized. I went to buy a brush, like those that you can fill with water. They had like 6 of them hanging and it said it was $6 for 1. I grab one pack and went to the front and turns out all the brushes were in the wrong spot and they were actually like $20???

The location is very nice and clean. They provide you with a variety of mediums to work with. Their prices are reasonable and definitely have quality items to choose from.
