Very entertaining place to be especially if you are bringing a significant other. Check out the photos below! The ice bar is great and the fire bar fire show is extreme. Staff is super courteous and the venue stays very lively. All told, great place for a nighttime cocktail or event.

Pretty cool place, literary. Wear socks and warm pants. Fun to experience but your done after about 30 min. A little pricey and no beer, just mix drinks.

Loved it, a place to at least try once. Please dont go if you cant stand the cold. It was expensive, spent like $130 for 2 people. That included 2 top shelf drinks each and access to the ice bar. Sucks to have seen so many people go in and not even last 5 minutes only because it was too cold for them...

It was fun. I feel like you have to try new experiences at least once. I didnt stay in the ice lounge long because it was cold lol imagine that. The fire show was appealed to the college student who apparently still lives inside me.

Visited for my birthday in August 2018... such a cool place (literally) a bar made of ice. We got a few drinks inside, then thawed out & enjoyed a fire show at the bar outside. Wasnt too crowded/busy and the place was safe and fun. I think there was a Groupon deal as well...

I had a great time here visiting Miami for business. There is a regular bar and a ice bar inside. Gloves and a coat are supplied for the ice bar, the ice bar comes as a package deal with a two drinks and the ice bar experience and you can always order more drinks. The bartender was amazing and kept me and everyone else entertained all night I can’t wait to come back and visit.

It is a cool place if is full of people. Drinks are good and strong, around $ 14. The ice part is super, is definitely something different but it was empty, good for pictures but not as night club at least my experience.

The bartender inside the ice area was nice, wish I would have been able to catch her name to leave in this review. Also the bartender in the fire area was great too. His tricks with the fire were insane. So talented. I also liked that the employees seemed happy to be there. Thats so important. Ive worked in the service industry for years so I am very picky when it comes customer service. The only downside to my experience was the crowd.. it was all spring break kids that were visiting. But thats not the bars fault. Ill definitely be returning and recommending.

The cooler was beautiful, the walls, the seats, the table, the bar, the drink glasses were made of ice. Music was great! So awesome they provide coats and gloves. Not expensive to visit whether it was Groupon or walk up. Drinks prices were fine. They had a painting class going on and that was nice to see. Everyone was very nice and funny. Will be back when I thaw out!

Just walking through and found this place. Thought we would just give it a try so we got the cheapest option, $34 per person with two drinks included. We walked into a small freezer. The frozen carvings were pretty cool. The drinks served in the freezer are small but not too bad overall. The experience was pretty average is the freezer but then we decided to have a couple of drinks at the bar which were awesome. The bar man was attentive and made up some nice drinks.

Awesome Ice Bar. Was first experience. Go early so you can have personal experience without the bar being crowded. Fire show from bartender was definitely next level. We tipped him just for the show!

Ive always wanted to go to an Ice-Bar so I was already hyped & excited. It was so beautiful seeing the ice sculptures & being able to take a shot out of the breasts shaped one lol. Me & my friends took a ton of pics./vids. then went to the fire side where the bartender had put on a good fire show with the bottles. (Pure talent!) They also have a dance floor which looked nice. Id definitely go again the next time I visit Miami!!!

This place is awesome!! Our bartender, Dylan, was the freaking shiz-nit, bees-knees, gold hat cool cat of the century! Took extra time to make my boyfriend and I some stellar drinks that he thought we’d like! Fire show was amazing as well. The ice bar is pretty dang, COOL, too. ;) Drinks ARE expensive, but that’s what you should expect in Miami. They were priced the same throughout multiple bars we went to last night, but none of the other places had staff as friendly or accommodating as this place. Would definitely go again!Dylan, you rock!!!

An experience... over all-lame place & bar staff (lady working ice bar tried & nice) could have made a better experience.. Getto ice bar, coats & gloves (old n tattered) Decor such as “fur” to sit on was icky n worn out. OH & don’t book early their “fire bartender” doesn’t come in until later at night.BTW “fire lounge” is a joke...no fireplace & old furniture n mildewy. Shady crowd overall & $$$

Very great experience! The drinks are served in cups made of ice which is really cool. The place makes for awesome photos as well. You can only stay in the ice bar for about 30-45 minutes and you start getting too cold. At that time we moved to the regular bar. A little pricey and the ice club is a little smaller than expected. We forgot to make reservations, but the staff was able to get us in for an extra fee. Not sure if Id go back but the experience was great!

Definitely an experience for those sweltering in the 305. This place is great at providing visitors with a unique place to hang. There are two areas, a fire lounge which is like your basic cocktail bar and an ice room where everything is made out of ice. The music is usually great, they provide you with everything you need to feel comfortable in a bar made entirely of Ice (boots, gloves, coats) and they make some killer cocktails that are as delicious as they are pretty. On top of it all, the prices for their ice bar packages are extremely affordable...especially considering the bars south beach location.Definitely check this out.

This place was very nice. It so happen to be comedy night (once a month on Wednesday) so had a blast with 5 different comedians. Drink, laughs, very nice bar and customer services! After the show visited the Ice Bar which is in the same building they provided sock, shoes if need but you do get a fur coat as well as gloves. It was an nice experience couldnt stay in to long I dont do cold weather but I do recommend try it at least once.

The fire show was pretty cool, although the guy dropped the fire torches a few times which made me a little nervous that he would eventually set one of us onlookers ablaze. The ice room however is the BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AMD MONEY. Take my foolish advice....get your drink from the fire bar...watch the fire show from a distance and get out. The ice room does not look the way it appears online. It is also very small and has absolutely no wow factor. It actually looks dingy.

Visited for my birthday and boy was it fun ! I loved the vibe and the coat and fur boots and free drink package we got . totally would recommend. Be aware it is pricey i think it was like $60 or $80 for 2 people plus the 20 % service charge and then tax . So whew.

We had a great time but the place was mych smaller than what I expected.

So we paid $79 for four dinks... Way over priced for what you get. The amount of drink you get is less than a normal bar drink because they way the cups are made. The fire side of the bar is a small painting on the wall and the ice... Well is just ice. Not worth the money. If you want to see some ice in the shape of a bar then visit this bar if you would rather pay regular price for a drink then I would skip this bar. This is for sure a tourist trap. The only plus side is the staff. They are very friendly.

The Only Negative For Me Is Ur Establishment Is To Small U Should Really Consider A Much Bigger Venue For Ur Fire Lounge & Ice Bar & Then It Would Be Even More Super Awesome! But Overall Our Experience Was Very Good!

Everything was nice except the rude bartender in the ice room. My boyfriend had moved the drink sign to the side so he could pass me the drinks when they were finished and the bartender proceeded to say “ where I am from it’s ladies first.” When he should have remembered that we had been there together since he had served us earlier and there were literally 10 people at most in the ice room. It was overpriced, but that is what you get when you go somewhere gimmicky. The fire show was pretty cool. If you want to go somewhere to get some cool pics for your social media and maybe freeze your butt off this place is it.

Ive never been there before so I thought I try it out. I think the ice bar is awesome especially when its really hot in miami. But Im not a cold person so i didnt last long. The bar inside is really nicely done, looks clean and is not too big. The bartender was nice and drinks were pretty good. Yet the whole vibe when it comes to the staff is very weird. There was a pregnant girl running around in heels? Which I do understand that pregnant women can work regardless unless they feel bad, but I know miami very well and I know that those heels were pretty much work clothes and thats a total no go. Those heels are a danger for her back and her health no matter what. Other then that the staff wasnt really that friendly all together except for that one bartender. Very weird way of talking to people when it came to the coats and also just simple things like an excuse me was very rude said although we were walking all out of the same door. So that being said. Its all in all a nice place to experience but I personally are about service. So I wouldnt rush back there to get that.

Neat spot. Smaller than I anticipated. Make sure to check the tickets the person at the cashier hands you. I paid for premium and the girl ended up handing me tickets for call and I only found out once I was at the bar. Since I had to wait for a while for my drinks and the time was limited in which my friends and I could stay there because of being with a bar crawl group I didnt have time to exchange my tickets for what I rightly paid for.

If this is something that you deeply and truly want to experience I would say go for it, but don’t expect much. If it is something you are on the fence about, I would not recommend it. I was there Thursday night and the fire an ice experience is drastically overpriced for what is included. You can feel free to enjoy the lounge, the fire experience and a regularly priced drink for less than half the price of the fire and ice experience. The bartender in the ice bar was aggressive, rude, unwelcoming and muffled his speech through a hat and face mask. He did not engage any of the patrons or make them feel welcome or as if they were taking part in something special. His demeanor was transactional, cold and disrespectful and it felt as if he just wanted to get everyone out of there. I think it’s safe to expect an engaging and welcoming staff when paying so much to have an enjoyable experience. Take your business elsewhere.

AMAZING!!! This place is just amazing. I went there on a Thursday because I read an article about this place in Miami new times. First of all, the price for the ice bar is an excellent deal because you pay about $35 for all your needed gear plus 2 cocktails (thats not even the full cover price for most clubs). BTW there is NO cover for the Fire Lounge, where I happened to witness one of the most spectacular FIRE SHOWS I have ever seen. Plus, the ambiance is great, a lot of tourists from around the world. Super sexy girls OMG! Honestly guys my experience was great. Cool new concept, reasonable price, professional staff, and cool people. I found my place to party!!!!

A nice cocktail bar. Since Im from Sweden I did enjoy to go in to the ice room and feel like home for while. Entrance to the ice bar costs extra, approximately 20$ get you coat, gloves and two drinks in the ice bar.The bartenders did also put on a great show in the fire bar with flairing and shooting fire.Was a bit too crowded when I was there, dont know if its like that always.

Its nice and all but the website sounds n looks more exciting. I thought I would end up getting pretty artsy drinks in the ice room instead an ice shape cup with liquor n juice, really? Then the fire room the night I went could have played more updated music; but the drinks were better in this room. Over priced with room for potential.

Vegetarian review: The vegetarian food served here was atrocious. Most of us stepped out to get decent food. That being said, the steaks here according to my colleagues were amongst the best theyd ever eaten.The club itself is very cool with the highlight being the ice locker. Be earned that you may need to wait a while to get in because of the limited space inside. For the price they charge, I dunt think its worth it.The music on the other hand left much to desire. We went to Bodegas for a better late night time.

Good place to have fun

The staff was EXTREMELY rude. They spoke rudely to customers, would shove them when walking by. The drinks were terrible; everything overpriced. The place and the concept was cool, but overall experience bad.

Drink house fire and ice is a very clean and pleasurable venue to visit on south beach . It is the only ice bar in miami so quite an interesting experience. They have a nice selection and interesting specialty cocktails. Everyone is very nice and a good crowd. Definitely a must try at least once if your in the south beach area .

Total scam! This place advertised fire juggling, flame throwing, bottle juggling for entertainment and none of that was present. I demanded my money back and was refused. They also told me there was no money in the register to give back to me either. I believed it because the place was so dead and empty. These people will say anything to get people in the door. Bait and switch. Others were upset because they were told the same thing but were left disappointed. If you are dumb enough to pay to go here please be sure the entertainment advertised is actually there otherwise you’ll be staring at an empty dance floor.

I had a BLAST at this place. I love that you put on full gear to go into the ICE room. I also enjoy the bar outside of the ICE lounge so you can warm back up. The only downside is that the boots are wet when its the end of the day so if youre a germaphobe then I suggest bringing a pair of spare socks.

My new favorite place! Its 2 very different bars in 1! They provide you with everything you need to stay warm.You also get to drink out of ice glasses and an ice luge! They have fire shows too! Definite must see!

The Ice bar is cool for about 5 minutes. It is super expensive, even with the Groupon and out of the 5 staff members I dealt with throughout the night, 3 of them were very rude. Specifically the one tall women who was working behind the front desk. She was incredibly rude, wouldnt even look our way when speaking to us. I barely had a word out of my mouth before she turned and walked away. I was very unimpressed. What was suppose to be a fun date night on the beach sucked. I wont be back, nor do I recommend it. Zach was great, very friendly and helpful also the bartender inside the ice bar was nice as well.

Im a Groupon shopper, I seen it and purchased it for $22 for 2 people. I made reservation for 10:40 when me and my friend got there we had to wait in line for a hour then had to pay a extra $40+ for taxes and other un-necessary fees. the music sucked we was told the DJ took off so they just played a play list all night. We didnt have a problem with customer service because there services was not needed. Not only that without the groupon we would have ended up paying lots more money to stand in a freezer for less than 30 minutes cause if u stay too long your going to freeze. It was an experience but I will not be back it was a waste of money

When on a Saturday on my birthday Dec 22nd around 6-7ish with my girlfriend that she used from Groupon. When we went in it was a ghost town. 2. The prices werent bad for the menu but the drinks were horriblly made. I was thinking of a bigger area for the cold room and the music to be more recent not so old. We walked in the decorations were awesome. But there were old drinks scattered everywhere it was mess. I couldnt put my drink anywhere. The drinks were weak or too strong. I shouldve went with the cheapest package to save that money. We stayed for 15 mins and walked out. Good luck hope my opinion will help for the future.

We went on a Monday which was Latin night. The DJ/Dance instructor was wonderful. Overall costumer service could be better.

Great place, super sweet staff. My only issue was that it smelled like vomit the entire night. I dont know if they didnt change the mop water or something, everyone smelled it. It was hella gross. If that wasnt there, I would have given 5 stars. I didnt see any other reviewers mention that so I guess this is just a one time occurrence?

Dont let the location and size from the exterior fool you - one of the coolest bar experiences will be found here. While the Fire Lounge is definitely intimate and interesting, the real fun begins in the Ice Lounge. Youll enter decked out in a faux fur coat provided by the staff as you take in one of the coolest, literally, experiences in Miami. For a small fee, you can chill in the Ice Lounge as long as youd like. For a bit more, you get two complimentary drinks - not bad at all. Tons of photo ops and interesting drinks await in the Ice Lounge. Friendly staff as well.

I became ill and requested a refund for a NYE event ... in advance of the 1 day required, as per their refund policy, and was declined. It took several emails before i was acknowledged... and the reason given to me was that it was a sold out event Why is there a refund policy then? I wish I had read their reviews beforehand.

My fiance and I went here on a friday night was excited to experience the Ice portion of the bar. We went in and the room was way smaller than I hoped it would be. Theres only one seating area and a chair that kinda resembles a throne. The room looks cool but very underwhelming for what these people are charging. We stayed for about 30 minutes or so, just so we can finish our 2 drinks that came with our package. I mean, the drinks where so small you could probably get 4 or 5 sips and be done. I wouldnt recommend going here but I guess its cool if you have the money and want the experience.

Listen if they had 0 stars, this would have gotten that. The whole gang went me, and all my friends. Anyways small ugly bar, didnt let my friends in. Some big jacked guy sent me out. You know im real pissed, whatever after that I went home and had good love with my wife, my kids were at a sleepover so we had alone time.

This place is a complete scam. They say one thing over the phone and another thing in person. They try to advertise online to make you come to the location and take more money even when you payed them already through Groupon. I’ve never in my life came across something like this before

This place is horrible! I bought the package with the 1 ice glass drink ticket and lost it . They made me purchase another drink ticket when there was only 1 bartender and he clearly knew I had not received my drink yet . The bartender in the black fur coat was extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service . When I told him it must have fell he said you better go find it girl save your money people

I went to this bar and had a terrible experience. I gave my coat over to my friend to check out the ice room, I bought tickets and the coat. The woman saw me give the coat over and immediately told me I wasnt able to do it. I apoligized not knowing I cant give it over. She then took the coat away from me saying; I was trying to do something not allowed and violating policy. I replied saying; no one made me aware and I had no bad intentions. More than taking my coat away, she told me, she shouldve thrown me out out for it (not being aware of a policy and immediately willing to abide by it once I was made aware) and shes being nice by letting me stay. She told me the policy is written somewhere.. probably at the bottom of a paper in letters smaller than poppy seeds. I am still furious over thia behavior and customer service.I was told that she is the owner, even if not, thats a terrible way to treat a customer or any other individual. I had two more tickets for the ice room and the woman didnt let me redeem either, because she didnt remember me purchasing them. I ended wasting my time and money. They are looking for the buck over customer service. Would they care, she wouldve explained it to me and moved on. Not allowing me to redeem my tickets and taking my coat away which means no access to the ice room. This is called white collar crime. Will not go back. I found the staff to be ride and neither accommodating. There were very few people and pretty much an empty place.

It was a very unique experience, they even give coats, the bar itself was really cool. There are seats and plushes to make the experience better. There are frozen drinks to go with the atmosphere as well. The outside bar is the fire bat that is overall ordinary outside of the lighting. Overall it is an experience that I look foward to doing again.

We had scheduled a cocktail class as part of a bachelorette party and the customer service that we got was horrible. We called ahead to see if we could cancel and were told we couldnt without losing our money so we said we would still make it and when we got there, they had cancelled our class! She argued with us instead of trying to accommodate us and our 2 hour class turned into a half hour event with the bartender just showing us how to make 1 drink instead of 3. The management needs to work on their communication and customer service skills. They refused to even give us a partial refund which we should have gotten because we were not given the service that we paid for. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Its ok was expecting a lot more small ice room size of large bedroom says Miami beach on one side stuffed pegiuan in a chair on other side couple of ice sculptures in between drinks are ok but way over priced, fire room absolutely no different then cheap club room they did fire show by then so packed only people by bar could see last all of 90 seconds. And it only caters to one group and color I like bars with diversity in atmosphere and music, all should feel welcome, trust me, felt very out of place . Would definitely not recommend just a over priced tourist trap.
