This place is pretty awesome. For the price ticket of the birthday party it really was worth every penny. We are from Minnesota and there is nothing like this with unlimited play and food at this price point. The food was good and the children were entertained for 6 hours. Definitely worth the investment for a Birthday Party.
Fraudulent company. Workers put on a facade. I worked for them awhile back and they fired me because I was showing a child a toy he could have won by playing the games. Highly recommend going somewhere else!
I dont know why but I am absolutely in love with their pizza! Their buffett exceeds expectations everytime. I would be willing to come just for their food.
This place was amazing. Love the wrist bands I got... (work Christmas party) wish I could have saved the 200 tickets I won using my wristband... I wish they had a sign that explained the wristbands and how to use them and then explained what it meant to upgrade the bands (when I won tickets and it said I could save the tickets) the place was amazing and me and my fiance are planning a day trip here with the kids!
Super fun! Love the unicorn Tacos
This is essentially an upscale version of Peter Piper, Chucky Cheese and similar venues.PRO: There are a large assortment of games and a decent variety of rides. The food is actually pretty good. The buffet is a great addition. People can get food or drinks whenever they want. The place is clean. Staff are courteous.CON: The place lacks any sort of ambiance or atmosphere. Its basically a large collection of games thrown into a building. The place is extremely loud and noisy to the point an extended amount of time spent there results in a torturous situation where you hope your kid passes out from exhaustion so you can leave. This is likely a function of the sheer amount of people who can be in at any time. A huge chunk of the games available are ticket based. If youve purchased the unlimited pass these games become entirely pointless. While I understand that would be ridiculous to have essentially unlimited tickets, but it cuts the amount of enjoyable games down considerably. There are only two rides children under 4 can go on, the carousel and tea cups. So for toddlers this isnt really the best place. The carousel is really rickety. The other rides arent really adult rides. The wristband solution while a good idea, in practice it is extremely obnoxious because the readers are located in locations that are hard to reach. You end up contorting yourself into uncomfortable positions, only to be told erroneously that you have a zero balance.Depending on how much youre willing to spend and how long you are willing to stay it may be fun or it may be painful. If youve got kids you dont need to supervise its probably worth it or if you dont have kids at all. Id say ideal age for this place is is 6-12.
This place was really neat. I’d like to preface that we have seven year olds, which was likely a sweet spot age for this place. We got in on some weekend deal, so it was 50% off and we did the PRO package (unlimited all day). Now I feel like it is quite misleading. “Unlimited non-redemption games” was explained to us as the midway games. So, there we are playing games to find out that is not the case. No one really explained what to look for - so If your reading this review here is now you know:Non- redemption games - blink green and blue where you swipe your cardRedemption games (most of them)- blink fun coloursBowling - this is awesome that it is included.Buffet - awesome perk. Was pretty delicious, and unlimited drinks. (Alcoholic are extra - I assume I didn’t consume one)The rides are.... for younger kids. At my kids age they weren’t really interested. We’d be back. It was a nice air conditioned change!I feel like a 3.5 star would be a better. Everything there was great, staff was friendly, just didn’t explain it quite well so we were let down on the games.
Jakes is back with ad much fun as ever! New procedures at the buffet ensure you can enjoy all the great food - still all you can eat! Plenty of new hand sanitizing stations too.p
This place was very fun and entertaining. They have an all you can eat buffet that serves but not limited to pizza, pasta, salads and desserts. They have a few different rooms to sit and eat that have screens to watch different movies and such in. They have a wide variety of activities and games. This is a great family fun day or even to celebrate. I wish we had one in california where I live. We were lucky enough to go while visiting family. Ill be going back on future visits. If you havent gone I recommend you do!
Best price for an all day games. Fun rides for the kids. Food is good
Honestly wont come again. Got the pro deal and expected unlimited arcade games. I figured the claw machines wouldnt qualify, but literally all u could play was shooter and racing games, nothing else. I suggest they allow all games besides claw machines to be unlimited and if u dont have credits then you dont earn tickets but can still play. Toys for tickets were super cheap quality. My kid got a whoopie cushion for 100 points and it broke on its first use in the car. Wait time for bowling was 1hr and 45mins, waited 2 hrs and still didnt get the text to go play so we left having been there for 4 hours. Buffet wasnt all that, three different pastas, baked potatoes, soup was out, salad bar, pizza. Dessert was cookies, some burnt cinnamon roll looking things, and soft served ice cream. The four rides they have were okay. We got a $15 discount but I would never pay $45 for what we experienced. Staff was nice tho.
Lots of fun stuff to do. Reasonably priced for how much you get. Pizza and salad bar are pretty good, the hot pastas were dry and not very favorable. Lines are a bit long but as long as youre in no hurry its all good. Plan to spend a good 4 hours there (all day pass highly recommended). Well continue to be regulars!
My 8 yr old son loves this place when we go we end up spending all day here! The buffet has a good selection, although i think they should have more kid friendly stuff besides just pizza.it does get busy at times. Please add chicken strips
Much improved after the renovation. It seems much darker inside so good luck trying to find your kids if theyre out roaming by themselves. The food is edible and there are a fair amount of options for those of you with food restrictions like myself...its a buffet so just expect there to be plenty of kids breathing on it.
2 years in a row best place to have a birthday party
My wife and I love coming here just for us-forget the kids! They have awesome holiday deals often and well spend literally all day here. Tons of fun stuff to do for the whole family. The food is good, too.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This place has so much to do for the whole family. You cannot get a better deal anywhere else in town. All day buffet and drinks are included in the price so our rather large family was able to stay and play all day without having to pay an arm and a leg to feed and hydrate everyone.
Such a great atmosphere of an arcade. Its a little pricey but when you break it down for an entire day of entertainment, its worth it! We always get the Pro Pass and it comes with bowling, unlimited rides, unlimited laser tag, unlimited arcade games (you dont get tickets but Ive never liked the cheap prizes you get at arcades anyways). It also comes with the buffet. We always come first thing and make it a day activity with lunch and dinner. The food is actually pretty good for a buffet with pizza, salads, pastas, soup, baked potatoes, and desserts. The places to sit and chill if you are done playing for a bit are great also and are great for any age (theres a cinema room with 3 different movies playing, a room with some TV shows playing and/or news and then a sports area.) Overall, its a great place for a family fun day!
First-timer here. I really loved it. Its kind of like a Disneyland with unlimited food, a theater, less rides, and more arcade games. For a price of 32 dollars per PRO ticket, I feel like its not overpriced for all the things that are included. In the buffet, all the food is really good (especially the pizza), but the pasta is just bad. As for the arcade games, I honestly got overwhelmed at how many choices there were (but no tickets). My only complaint is that they make it hard for one person (with a card) to play with another person (without a card) on the same game, together. Laser tag is really fun once you get the hang of it. Dont underestimate the power of hiding in the upper level and sniping people ;) . Overall, the experience is really amazing, and its really fun to come to this place with your friends or family because a lot of the attractions are competitive.TL;DR: Jakes Unlimited is like if Chuck e Cheese, A Cruise ship, and Golfland morphed together.
This place is AMAZING! Perfect place to take your children. With everything from arcade games, virtual reality rollercoaster, basket ball, Laser tag, Amusement park style rides, bowling (for both the little ones and the adults) and the unlimited buffet! Such a nice place. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I feel they should have lockers for people to rent so that they dont have to carry their stuff all over. Plus theyd make more money :)
So much fun for the price. Usually buffet food in an arcade is aweful, but I was actually impressed with the pizza and salad ( good beers too). Staff was friendly and relaxed. We easily spent 7 hours and left only because we were tired. Activities for all ages from toddler to adult. Highly recommend the pro card.
Fun place to spend some time, with friendly staff and good food. Decently priced (when you consider what you can do for the price you pay). Worth a visit for every family.
The place is big and kid friendly. The food is not that great other than their salad bar and there ok pizzas, BUT remember you ARE mainly there for the rides and games.Always ask for specials or sign up for their E-Mails to get discounts. Been there twice and will definitely go back again.
This place is amazing. We did unlimited all day. We stayed for 6 hours and had a blast. I would recommend doing the unlimited. Food was great to.
Awesome time with my kids. First time there since remodel and I love what they have done with it . Summer deal package was great. the only thing that was difficult was the wristband reader . I prefer a card.
Absolutely loved this place it was perfect in every way we needed it to be for celebrating our January birthdays. Very reasonably priced for what you get to experience. Kept the family busy for hours and were completely exhausted by the time we had to leave, which is exactly what I was looking for.
We had a ball my son was so excited
Best unlimited place to take the kids! We were there for 10 whole hours and the kids didnt want to leave. The unlimited band is worth every penny. The buffet is really good! Pizza, pasta bar and bake potato bar. Oh, and cant forget the desserts.
This is a typical pizza arcade kinda atmosphere. There is a good mix of games and rides for the size of the building. I think they have a pretty decent buffet from soups and salads to pasta pizza and baked potatoes. Ice cream and sweets. And a little bar area for adult sanity. Prices are competitive with other places like this. If you get your tickets online you do get some perks compared to buying tickets at the location
What a fun place to take the kids! I’ve taken my nieces and nephews here a couple of times and it’s always fun! It’s like a chucky cheese on crack. They have a buffet which is nice, the food isn’t amazing or horrible it’s just a buffet, but it’s cool if you want a piece of pizza or salad. The photos below show the infamous unicorn tacos (aka diabetes in disguise) these look amazing but holy cow they have so much sugar it might make your teeth hurt so these deserts which are a la carte are definitely for the kids. That all being said there are plenty of games and rides to choose from, laser tag, bowling, carnival type rides etc. what really makes this place stand out to me was when a machine ate some of our credits the customer service rep came over fixed the machine put the credits back on our cards and gave us 3 free rounds of the game. So I’m pretty happy that they put effort into making sure you have a good experience. This place will get crowded at times because it’s a nice indoor space to take the kids, keep that all in mind and enjoy!
Kids had fun the ultimate band is the best option. You dont earn tickets with those bands, but do you really need that stuff from the ticket rewards? Food is ok. It kept the kids recharged. Rides were good. Tea cups, a frog jump/ drop and a spinning torture device called The Radius. Skeeball, basketball, games of chance and plenty of arcade games to keep everyone busy for hours. Regular bowling and minibowl are also available. Typical of Main Event. Worth it to go again.
We bought a family package day passes however a lot of the games were not included. Bowling was fun! Some lane issues but they managed them efficiently. However the buffet needs much more thought and attention.
Visiting my daughter in AZ. She suggested we go to Jakes. We had a great time. Kids played tons of games. Played on the rides. Eat lots of good food. I loved the Cinema room. Bathrooms were clean and staff friendly. My only complaint would be the food service. The set up feels backwards. And the amount seemed off for a holiday weekend. As if management was not prepared. Did I mention mini bowling!! Very fun. We truly got our moneys worth and then some. Well be back. Watch out Chuck E. Cheese. Jakes is awesome.
Buffet needs help. Vegetable soup tasted like water. Pastas need more flavor. Dough on pizza is too thick. In the game areas, the general volume is obnoxiously loud to the point of causing permanent hearing damage. Easy fix is to just turn down the volume on each game by about half.
Wanted to try cotton candy drink. It tasted fine. However all their employees are kids as well. Bartender had his girlfriend sitting at the bar and paid no attention to his customers.
If you have the money totally worth it and wont break the bank. Reserve rooms or specific tables or just walk in if you dont have a big party to worry about. Super friendly staff and tons of stuff to do, a few things are extra but birthday packages include unlimited bowling, laser tag, rides and video games. Again some games and activities are extra such as virtual reality ($5) per person, some video games but overall a great time. Birthday packages include table service which is a staff member who will bring fresh pizzas and pitchers of soft drinks, coordinate the cake and birthday song, answer any questions, very helpful. Our birthday was for a ten year old but there were many older and younger kids. Everything is online. Bring your own cake and ice cream and they will keep it for you until its time.
We had a group of almost 20 go on a Friday night. Paid $20 for unlimited games wrist band which seemed genius until the band wasn’t accepted at several machines or when scanned read 0 tokens. Usually required multiple swipes to get the correct number of tokens to appear. Since we had a large group, we got 3 free pizza. Pizza wasn’t bad and unexpected and free with 7 kids, it was perfect. We had a lot of fun. Stayed for about 3 hours.
Food is decent for a buffet, and they even offer a gluten free pizza, when requested. The games are fun, bowling and laser tag are the best. Friday deal is awesome, $25 for unlimited games and buffet (obviously no tickets for the games given but still fun).
TODAY IS MY GRANDSON BIRTHDAY HE IS HAVING A AWESOME DAY HERE!!!
Not to good food but dessert best. Fun games for the whole family and lots of entertainment. Staff nice fun people, needed more health sanitation, needed to improve ac more
It is a fun place for kids. Adults, yea. We have to be there to supervise the beasts. The best food was the Salad . The pizza was cold. I tried the Mac N Cheese. Do you remember eating paste in Kindergarten? THAT is the Mac N Cheese . The Alfredo Pasta wasnt anywhere NEAR as disgusting. The Pasta with Marinara Sauce was passable. The fountain beverages were pretty good (note the SLIGHT HINT of sarcasm?)! A kid slipped on one of their signs, and the gal working there was just ambivalent about it. Someone had reserved the great room to the left when you go in, but the sign was on the other entrance to the room. The Manager? Assistant Manager? Security Person? Said they only have a few signs to show an area is reserved. ... ALL the other areas had table signs or signs that STICK to the DOOR of the reserved area/room. Stick with that story dude. Sounds viable.A gal was cleaning a table next to us that had had a party. She poured all the Cola drinks into one pitcher, and the clear sodas into another. IF they are getting dumped, what does it matter if they get mixed or not? I shudder to think if what her thought process is ??????? Is she going to RE-SERVE that?
Awesome for kids parties remember to tell everyone that the party is one hour early because they literally kick you out before. They have a pretty decent bar,and the manager provides you with good customer service. I gave it 4 stars because despite the high cost and gratuity included my waiter did not provide me with good customer service.
Love the update of this location. Clean food was good and lots of variety. Not much for toddlers under 5 tho
It is a blast, descent food for all you can eat, fun for the whole family. Theres rides, games for the whee ones to teens, laser tag and 2 bar areas for the adults just to have a drink or two, ok maybe three. I would highly recommend Jakes Unlimited.
We (family) love this place, it was our first time here and we all had a great time playing games, bowling, and our favorite was lazer tag. For a buffet the pizzas were really good, the salads were fresh. Very much worth it, and its inexpensive when getting a package deal.
ACTION Packed! This place is super Cool in all respects! We celebrated a birthday here and it was especially nice! The FOOD choices were really inviting!I thoroughly enjoyed my selections. They offer Baked potato with toppings..large variety of raw salads, pizza, veggies, pasta and sauces among other things. The rides, the games. the lights, the smiles, the ENERGY!High Impact!Unlimited...its definitely a worth while fun place .JAKES!
The buffet was horrible. Maybe because its a Tuesday and not busy so they dont keep it fresh. The unlimited games and rides was the best thing. I might be back.
Get the Pro package for $44.95, its worth every penny!
Fun place for kids 7-13 earlier in the day the older crowd rolls in around 5PM. Lots of options for them to partake in. Pizza was pretty good, excellent salad bar. A little pricey but if you plan on being there for more than 2 hours its totally worth it.
Good place for the kids to play games/video games/ rides and for sure eat all the pizza they can.
We love this place, so kid friendly and very much worth the price for all day play. This has become our family go to spot for birthdays and we always look forward to the next visit. The staff is always helpful and friendly! We truly love Jakes and will continue coming here.
Fun place. A lot for everyone. Bowling alleys a little bit hard to get into when its crowded but its like going to a fair with a bar. Its Dave & Busters but with a bowling alley. The buffet dinner is okay. Nothing special but theres a lot to be entertained by here for the whole family. Not too expensive.
I took my 3 year old daughter here for her birthday. I was VERY disappointed. We got there at 530pm and the buffet was empty. There was barely any food items or desserts. A few of the fountain drinks were empty and never refilled. We were told that we couldnt just sit wherever we wanted because we had to reserve a table, even though there were open tables to sit at. There were children sitting up at the bar right in front of signs that said that area was for 21 and over. We sat by the entrance and watched well over 20 people just walk right past the sign that said you needed to have a wristband to enter. None of them were wearing wristbands. We watched people walk right up to the buffet and grab food to eat. We paid over $20 for each of us, and these people didnt pay for anything. I will not be returning here.
Kids love this place. Lots of fun, had my daughters last bday there and the kids had a blast. Seemed like a good value for the price. It is busy and prob not something you want to be involved with during Corona, Flu season BUT its good. They also offer gluten free options you just need to ask.
So much fun!! Our family in Arizona treated our whole family here...great place to get out of the heat and have fun. They even had a discount for our military family. Good times.
The games area was very neat, clean and fun. The buffet area could use some improvement. Its very hard to reach some of the food items. It could be cleaner. I mean, it was good, but personally, I believe, it used to be much better.
Where do I start I almost spent $400 for the boss package and I honestly feel like it was not worth it. We felt super rushed even though we got their 15 minutes before our reserved time. We were not even done eating dinner when our hostess announced that it was cake time. The hostess was nice and helpful but she completely destroyed our cake by the way she cut it. We honestly got the boss package because it sounded amazing which included the all day dinning, unlimited games, arcades and bowling. But every single person in our party had problems with the wrist bands. It kept saying that there were no available funds or it kept reading error. I will never host another party here, I dont think its worth it nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Been going here for years. Food buffet is terrible since remodeled. Fewer selections, soups not labled what they were. So much more room for a good buffet that isnt being utilized. Kids had a good time on the rides and playing games. They need to add another rest room in the back,
Took our 3 year old and she had a good time, but did have a few frustrations as well. We got her the little pixels package. We also got an unlimited adult game card for one of our packages as we knew shed want to play other stuff. The litte kids area is nicely grouped together so its clear. However the basketball machine was out of basketballs and they have a pay for use photo both in that cluster. When she went to play the older kids games with the unlimited game card, she got frustrated that so many of the games are ticket games and are totally off limits. Rough guess is that its at least 1/2. Its hard to explain to a little kid why they cant play certain games, especially when there are some ahead normally loves like skeeball. I really think Jakes should take the approach of other places and allow play on ticket games with the unlimited card, perhaps just with the ticket accumulation disabled so youre just playing for fun. Just felt odd to have so many off limits things when we had spent about $65 between the 3 of us to get in.Overall though, we did have a good time and we didnt think the food was as bad as others had said. I didnt see anything wrong with it for a kids place.
Our Family always enjoys a good time at Jakes Unlimited. Today I attended an event where the owner, Jeremy Hoyum, spoke. I was blown away with the integrity and hope this man has. He spoke to youth on overcoming things in their life and using it for good. I really appreciate how he gives back to the community. Our family will definitely be back for more fun!
Not bad!! Very fun... seems like nobody picks up trash or clean often, dirty cups inside games, hardly any clean tables to eat from.. Still had fun though!!
Had a blast food was the only thing that was bad had no taste. Dont pay for food eat something then go in to play.
Fun place for kids, decent buffet, salad bar pretty good.
Only wish the buffet was better. Otherwise this place has a good selection of video games, laser tag, bowling...all kinds of fun for my 2 year old and my 6 year old! My wife n I had a great time too! The cost is worth it
I had my daughters birthday party here and it was a great time! The party rooms are roomy and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. She helped us in finding a new spot to gather after our time was up in the party room. The pizza was surprisingly great! Everyone in my party commented that it was the best pizza theyve ever had at a kid joint. Couldnt agree more! I suggest going early!! This place gets crazy busy on the weekends starting at 2pm+The only cons I have is the play cards. The games are very expensive and its hard to tell how many points are tracked on the card as you go.
Some staff members seemed undereducated with the process of how things worked when it comes to having a party and having other join a party. Salad is good but the pizza is (meh). Lacks cleanliness. Tables were not cleared for SEVERAL hours. No staff member even came close to clearing or cleaning these tables. The other tables where people are sitting, they had to clean them off themselves.
Brought my kids for the first time. They had a blast stayed til closing. Only complaint is the lack of parental guidance. Playing a game of bowling with my family and constantly had to tell kids sorry but this is our family going on.
Kids played all day! Could improve the quality of food. Only other suggestion would be to let the adults come for free because I never eat the food yet still have to pay 11.00 to get in. Would come more often if I didnt have to pay to get in as an adult
Awesome time at this place I love how they remodel and they have a variety of food. Came to celebrate a 6year old birthday nd she had a BLAST!
Great place to get kids and baby energy out. Food is amazing same with drinks.
Gr8 experience up until a rude manager argued and made excuses over a order of cotton candy tacos that took more than 20 minutes. It took another manager to correct the issue. Other than that, gr8 place to bring family.
We came in for my nieces birthday party. Our party included 13 kids and 5 adults. When I pulled up, there were 5 buses already parked in the parking lot and expected to wait. To my surprise they had our reservation pulled up and were ready for us. Max, our party host, immediately checked us in and got us in to our room, where he proceeded to get us pizza and drinks. He constantly asked if he could get us anything else and confirmed times for cake cutting and the Sugar Rush. Everything went smoothly, until we had a hiccup with the Sugar Rush, but it was easy to overlook because of how friendly and flawless everything else went. There is plenty to do here for the kids. Theres bumper cars, laser tag, bowling, carousel, video games and a couple other rides. The kids had access to unlimited games and food, with no time limit, you cant beat that. One nephew had an issue with his wrist band, he got it wet, and Brian immediately stepped in to fix it. Turns out he was the floor manager and I was able to give him some feedback, which he welcomed. Everything from making the reservation, getting a confirmation call to the actual day of the event, I was met with friendly, courteous and professional staff.
It was slow, so I kind of understand why the food wouldnt be totally fresh, but it was not as I remembered. I hadnt been there since it was Amazing Jakes. The food was really good then. What saved the night was the gentleman running the bowling randomly let us play for free. We thought it was nice of him. We will be back for sure.
Took a gamble and traveled from Tucson to visit this place. Made the best of it as 14 of us went, from Grandmas to the little 5 year old. Had a good time and well worth the summer special they were running. Getting there as early as possible ensure you will get to try as much as possible. Do the bowling as soon as you can. We missed out because we didnt know they use a waiting list model. Wish theyd use the first come model. Food was pretty good. A little bland, but thats understandable. Bathrooms werent as clean as they could of been, but above average, considering they only have one and how busy it is. Laser tag was fun as a number of us could go together. Would go again but maybe next summer.
Had a great time with my grandkids! They got to play games they liked over and over!! The buffet was great! Good pizza with a variety of choices. Same with the extras for the salad toppings! Mac and cheese and Alfredo was good too! They didnt want to leave after 5 1/2 hrs!!
So much fun, wish I would have known the GAMES you need actual cash as well as some games require multiple players to start but so so much fun kids loved it
Attended a birthday party. Had a great time. Food was decent but not many vegan options, so eat before you go.
Great place for kids not too bad for adults could use some extra restrooms towards the back.
Great time at Jakes Unlimited on vacation with the grand kids and family. Monday at 11am the crowd was less than I would imagine on weekends. We ate first. The buffet was well presented and the food was tasty. There were healthy choices, too. We had purchased the Unlimited 3hr admission. I was a little surprised that the games with pink or blue card swipe boxes were for an additional fee and not included in unlimited play. We had plenty of fun and entertaining things to do to keep us happy and did not wish to spend additional money. We finished with ice cream in the movie room. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family. It is the perfect place when the weather is hot outside. I appreciated their cool air conditioning that truly, contributed to our familys fun enjoyment at Jakes Unlimited.
Unless youre going for bowling and laser tag, you dont really get a great deal.Paid for all day unlimited pass. Unlimited rides, bowling, laser tag, arcade and buffet. Turns out most arcade games, you still have to pay to play. So Id you have little ones with you, thats a loss already. Food was mediocre at best. The rides were also ok, but only a couple worth riding.Bowling and laser tag was fun though.
We went on a Sunday night from 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm.The place is not as clean as it should be for such a high traffic establishment. When we first arrived all we had seen were empty, dirty tables and teenage workers with no sense of urgency. The use of low grade cleaning products did not leave a clean smell. The womans bathrooms were close to unusable towards the middle of the night. The buffet was mediocre at best and nothing compared to Johns Incredible Pizza. My family enjoyed the fun and games and there was something for everyone to enjoy from ages 2 to 16. A really great place for family night as long as you can afford it and get past the sanitary conditions. Bring loads of sanitizer!!
Its a fun place to experience once especially if you have little ones. The food was descent. Rides were entertaining. Downside is that there is not a limit of plays on each game so people will sit playing forever. If you are scared to ask for a turn, pick another game or plan on standing for atleast 20 minutes waiting. The building is so dark and loud but luckily they have different areas to eat in and those are quieter so you can get a little break. If you are the type of family that likes to stick together it may be difficult. If you are the type of family that wants to watch sports and let the kids roam free and eat unlimited ice cream, this place may be perfect for you.
The gaming and activities where a lot of fun. The fact that they ran out of chocolate cookies shortly after 3 p.m and were serving store bought donuts was disappointing. It would be nice if they would label their food so that you know what it is. The Food bar desperately need improving.
Good place for Family...kids ate, played games and laser tag. Plus, small rides and toys for tickets. Adult drinks available and big screens with the game...Everyone Wins! I appreciate Good Service, Fun and kind people.
Such a fun way to spend a day with the family. If you make a day of it, between the activities and food, its more than worth the cost.
Love going for Jacks After Dark when admission is free. People are really awesome and friendly. Tons of fun for everyone in the family.
Awesome deal 25 bucks for the propass!
Love this place for birthdays just wished birthday room was available for a longer amount of time
Wonderful full day of family fun for all ages. Laser tag, arcade games, bumper cars, rides, food and more.
Great remodel! Hadnt been in years. Son had a fun birthday party. Laser tag was the favorite.
Amazing place i love my kids loved it awesome
This place is like if Chuck-e-Cheese got mixed in a blender with the Tron film from the 80s. I had a blast running around playing life-sized versions of some of my favorite apps and newer versions of games I played as a high-schooler (Time Crisis and Lazer Tag). The mini bowling lanes were pretty neat and I didn’t have to wait long to use one of the life-size bowling lanes. The food selection was rather tasty too!!
Great place! I couldnt get my kids to leave....I am exhausted .My family was there for more than 10 hours. Definitely worth the money. Kids had a blast.
