Been years, But this was great. Great arcade for kids if they not bowling. Pro shop was awesome. Never knew so much was involved i getting your own ball. So much detail. Finger size, thumb angle, etc. Amazing all around. Clean alley and great staff. My little girl loves it and we will be back.

Decent bowling ball selection. They always disinfect the area you used after you leave, to make sure theres no spread of Covid. Also thier wings are really good!

I bowled a tournament there. I liked the idea of the plexiglass between those in the pit and others on the concourse. Lanes seemed taken care, everyone wore masks and large video game area.

A very well decorated bowling center with friendly staff. This center is also in good repair and does an amazing job in keeping up with the times.

We had celebrated a birthday there and everyone that went had a good time. It was supposed to be a hosted party but it seemed to us that we had to be the one to host

What a difference! The Mesa Bowlero was so much better then the Gilbert location! They are very friendly and helpful. Completely opposite of the horrible experience at the Gilbert location. Who ever that employee was who was working at the Gilbert location with the inappropriate joker/scary clown mask on should be fired. She is unprofessional. Maybe some of Mesas staff should take her place

My kids had a great time in the video games. Theyre video game area is a lot more extensive than I thought. Pretty awesome! And then we came to the bowling shop to get bowling balls. The guy was extremely helpful. And explained a lot of different things to us it was pretty great!

Great facilities, great staff, and way to expensive...total 9 games and 2 shoe rentals in less then 1.5 hours cost me over $65. Thank for taking care of us on fathers day. I will not accommodate such thievery.

It was our Anniversary. We didnt want to spend too much so wings and bowling would be fun and inexpensive. Not really. We were ignored for the first 5 minutes that we waited at the desk. We ordered food. The cook was very nice. There was only the two of us. We bowled 3 games each. We ate one order of wings. An order of fries, and had a pitcher of beer. We had even our own bowling shoes. The cost was astronomical at $86.00 for that. So sorry we spent our time and money there. We wont do that again. There are better places to spend $86.00.

Search Groupon for deals before paying upfront. Its worth it. The kid at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. But I was trying to order food and was not receiving any service. Other than that, the place was great. Staff was great and the atmosphere was super fun!

Nicely remodeled facility, pleasant and friendly environment . Bathrooms still need help, maybe still to renovated ? Food is good and prices are reasonable . Lanes and approaches were nice and clean, little surfboard tables are cute but mostly in the way . Staff has been great so far, will return again .

The place looks great and the atmosphere is good. Really enjoyed it like I would any other bowling ally. The one thing it lacked was the food service. Was never asked by waiter for drinks or food we went to order them 2 games in. We waited so long till the point I had to threaten to cancel my food order to get something done. I dont mind ordering my own food cuz it gets done faster but whats the point of the whole waiter thing if your going to expect someone to come take your order and never do. It was not busy at all to the point I was confused if they are gonna come take orders or do we have to go make our own orders. Good place to bowl tho recommend to leave the food for after.

This bowling alley was Awesome. Has arcade games, food, and 40 lanes of fun. Highly recommend. However they need more staff on weekends.

Newly remodel ally still under construction is looking great, needs more high back chairs and tables. Tables attached to frames are too low to sit comfortably, needs to higher. Even though constriction is being done ally is still very clean. Need more waitresses.

The recent renovations are nice but I would strongly recommend to renovate the staff instead. There are usually 7 or 8 staff there and at most, one is working while the others are standing around. There is never anyone behind the bar or at the food stand. They dont come to your table so you have to find them to order anything... And good luck finding them. I have witnessed physical altercations between the kitchen staff and servers- not professional. I am a league bowler and am here all the time so I would know.My advice: fire 99% of the staff and youll still get the same amount of work out of them.The only exception is the punk rock looking lady she is a hard-working server. Or I suppose, the only one who works.

The exterior and interior got a whole new makeover and it is absolutely stunning. From the entrance to the lanes to the kitchen to the actual bar area. It is so pretty and definitely a great upgrade from the old furnishings. BUT the service here does not meet the amazing remodel. The lane service is not attentive and easily forgot about us. Checked once on us and even forgot to bring our bill. We bowling but hopefully staff is different next time we come in. Food was mediocre as well but I dont expect it to be amazing.

It was okay as far as the bowling went. Always best to have your own shoes. That saves about $4.50 a person.I ordered a shot for my wife and I and combined they might have equaled one shot. So Id recommend avoiding that. Also I asked our server 2 times what the $3 drink specials were since the website said they had them. Not once did she say, our $3 drinks are the domestic beer. Instead she said they didnt have any and tried to sell me a bucket of minis for $24.We had the unlimited bowling and after playing some skeeball came back and our lane was turned off after 2 games. Guess you cant take a break. There are better places but the proximity works for us. We may or may not go back

Came to Brunswick bowl in Mesa from Maricopa. I arrived and the manager said that bowling now is $5.45 per game. On you web site it says $1.84 per game from 9am and noon.The manger claimed that they announced to everyone this was ending last week. I bowl on 2 leagues here and there were NO announcements.There were at least 20 plus bowlers who walked out.The worst is that she lied to me and others. If I could give you a zero on this survey I would.

This place is awesome! The employees are friendly, the service in the pro shop was awesome, and the lanes are properly oiled. I get great curve with my resin ball every time I go. Their bar is currently under renovation, but other than that this is an awesome place to bowl. A+

Its a fun place to come and have a beer and bowl. They revamped the arcade, and it even has games for adults. Beware they do have a lot of league bowling nights so that may cause wait times on certain nights.

We just had a charity event here and I have to say...AWESOME customer service. The staff was AMAZING and the managers on duty were the best! The bar was kind of behind curtains because of some remodeling happening...but, they were gracious enough to open it up for our party!

Decent pricing. Located in a great area with plenty of stores, shops and restaurants within walking distance. I was really impressed with their food! Service was fast, focwod was actually fantastic and the menu quite big.

The staff were very kind, They took many extra steps to prevent the spread of Covid 19 both in the bowling alley by the lanes and the arcade.

Ive probably been bowling twice before in my life. My son in law and daughter took me here for a night of fun. In the beginning I was nervous but as soon as the league players started playing I became more relaxed and enjoyed myself. The lanes are beautifully kept and there was also a lounge and arcade and snacks. It was a nice night of bowling.

Games are expensive and had a problem with computers scoring and cut my game to 7 frames then turned off. Save yourself a headache and go to a more customer friendly ally

Really great deal Tuesday nights. $2.00 for 5.00 worth arcade and $2.22 games. Way worth it. Arcade area was very fun. Plenty of lanes to bowl. Pretzels were fresh and wings just right.

This place is ok. It wasnt very busy this Sunday afternoon so the service was fast and they were friendly. The price however was not so friendly. For only 3 games with my 2 kids it cost over $60. Yes the place was clean and cool and the service was good, but I think its a bit much for just 3 games and rental shoes.

The bathrooms here are disgusting, looks like the toilets havent been cleaned in ages. Not a fan of the new layout either. Was better as a Brunswick

Ive been coming here for years and its a great place for family fun. But, the food service could be better. I had to ask for help with food during a bowling league and the girl disappeared. I stood and waited for 10 min before someone went looking for her. When she finally came she looked inconvenienced.

1-17-20 this is the worst house in Arizona. If you have your own ball or shoes, if you care about scoring in the slightest, then stay away! Im in a friday league here and since they put in new lanes the shot here is the worst ive ever played on. Bowlero cares more about lanes that glow in black light than providing a fair, fun, and consistant bowling experience. And dont get me started on the food, 45 minutes for a sandwich that gave me food poisoning! Vomits and diahhrea for 2 days....

My family had so much fun here on. Sunday afternoon. Its very clean amd comfortable. Bowling atea was nice, and had cool lighting. The food was pretty good (pizza was ok, loved the fries and jumbo cookies). My kids (preschool through college) had a lot of fun here. Over 20 different kinds of games. The prizes for the tickets were kinda dull, but my younger kids had fun with them. There is a big machine that counts your tickets and dispenses prizes. Time flew while we were here.

I take my son to play in the arcade weekly. He always has fun but the games are starting to not work and they have removed so many. Bowling there is fun. They have tournaments or teams just about everyday so youre sqeezed into a corner with all the other amateurs. Lol. There are always open lanes and the food is decent for bowling alley prices. All in all, its definitely a good time with the family or a date night.

I took my kids and grandkids to the one in Mesa for the grand opening and I was quite impressed we had a great time I dont know

We had a couple issues with our lane, but staff relocated us with no issue. The serving staff were good, but perhaps a bit too eager to help. Overall great experience nonetheless.

We did my daughters 5th birthday party here. She danced and giggled the whole time... excellent experience! All the kids had a great time. The package they provided was perfect. We received fabulous service from management and staff. Jody is a gem! The area was set up adorably and we had a great space to interact as a group. The facilities were all clean and modern. The staff did a great job smiling and having fun while interacting with the guests. I noticed a smooth level of teamwork. It was busy, but nobody was acting like they were too busy. Great service! We definitely felt special!

Fun bowling, but the management was really rude. We brought some outside food in because in other states thats fine. The manager was really curt with us and not helpful at all.
