This Michaels location is clean and has a nice selection of products. Michaels is always one of my favorite places for crafts.

Nice and big, always has some goodies to snag. Its pretty popular though, so expect a crowd.

Theyre working hard to get all the rest of the Fall/Halloween stuff out. But they had enough of for my witchy little heart, pretty decent amount. Plus, they always have just helpful and nice employees. I Michaels!

Good product selection. Something is here for nearly all crafters. Will absolutely visit again however it would have been nice to have had some help from their customer service team. Was there for about an hour looking at things and didnt get a greeting.

Michaels is a great place for finding supplies for all kinds of crafts. I especially love their large selection of beading supplies. They also have supplies for candle making, baking, painting, knitting, and much more. They offer competitive prices and the staff are great. The only bad thing is there always seems to be a long line at the check out.

Lady at the framing shop was super helpful and friendly.

One of my wifes favorites. Always great selection of crafting merchandise. They were in the midst of their Christmas decor clearance sale with 50% off most of their seasonal merchandise. Very busy, but they had most of their checkout registers open, so the line moved quickly. Im just the taxi driver, so I dont participate much, I just observed.

Customer was really good . The store was really clean and all the shopping carts where freshly sanitized with sanitizing wipes next to them so you had the option to wash them again yourself if you wanted to . That made me feel alot more comfortable. Also the clerk when checking me out seen I had some items that were on coupon that week that I wasnt aware of and she offered them to me and it took my total way down

I love Michaels! This review is specifically for their kids art project days on Saturdays. This program is a great deal! $5 and kids are able to create something fun.I took my son for the first time on Saturday to check it out. The project was a cactus rock painting session. The lady leading the activity was friendly and really nice. The materials they provided were good quality too. My only issue is that there was no instructions or guidance given. My son kept asking us for help and instructions. The project was not difficult but some children want a step by step play of what to do, when, and why.This is a great thing for children and an affordable project. I would just say to stay near by to assist your child if needed.

Usually when I go to Michaels I have a good time but this time when I when I encountered too rude employees that werent willing to help with anything I left frustrated and mad and that usually doesnt happen here but it was not a fun experience this last time

Store employees are the best! They will assist you with all the information regarding product availability. Reccomend this store above craft warehouse where you have to search out employees.

Lots of holes where items should have been. The items that were there felt cluttered and out of place.

This is a big Michaels, which is nice, but make sure you get a 40% off coupon from your phone before you go in, because its a concrete deathtrap for mobile data and while they have wifi, Ive had trouble using it in the back of the store.As long as youre using a coupon, Michaels is great. Without a coupon, everything is about 40% more expensive than it should be, so beware. The cashiers are good about the coupons, though, so they can help you if youre not tech savvy

Still lots of items it of stock during this crazy 2020 year.

This is a great spot for quick pick up items. Remember if you want specific or unique items ( statuary, multiple options) you must go to the large store. The 4-star is for the lack of friendly customer service.

Generally a good spot to pick up yarn (not a good selection of hooks or needles), seasonal decor (when it’s on sale), and scrapbooking supplies. The staff is helpful, but hard to find outside the framing desk and checkout. The Boise store is more well-stocked and seems to get seasonal displays out at least a week earlier than this branch. .

Yarn selection very limited. Online is great but when you only need 1 or 2 skeins ordering does not make sense. Most of the crafts overpriced

I love Michaels, they always have great coupons for whatever I need! I could totally get lost in their stores.

We took several pictures and portraits in to get reframed and matted. Kim was extremely helpful in sizing and reframing our choices. Couldnt be happier with her helpfulness and her aid in selecting the right frames to complement each picture. She worked diligently to make each piece of artwork/portrait perfectly sized and framed for our house.

Very helpful employees, and some great deals if you watch for the sales.

Michaels usually has what I need. One thing I am upset about is they got rid of their open stock paper for drawing and painting. They have a great selection of supplies though and I especially enjoy their selection of yarn.

They accept coupons for JoAnns, so I can get craft items there when there are better prices. I enjoy the atmosphere and great variety of all types of craft supplies. I use cake decor, wreaths, painting supplies and misc. They dont run out of stock like JoAnns.

Pretty good selection on decor and most craft materials, but the branding is limited. So if youre committed to a particular brand, you might not find it.

Many crafting items and brands, yarn, crochet and knit tools, floral, photo boxes, scrapbook and journal supplies, learn crafts kits, big selection and good sale prices. Find your online coupon before going in the store.

Customer service can be pretty bad. Last time I was in, employees were talking about another employee in the aisles and it made me uncomfortable. Work cultures says a lot about a business, so I feel uncomfortable about doing business here.

Love this place! The have so much! Its not overwhelming like hobby lobby, and their prices are really competitive. I love their jewelry, super pretty an will make great stocking stuffer. Its a fun place to visit, you never know what kind of treasures you will find!

Even though it was VERY close to closing time, the sales TEAM were very helpful and courteous. Smiling and not once made me feel uncomfortable about my poor timing!
