We have been here many times and always love the food and service. This time though we arrived at 5:30pm on a Saturday night and we were ordering our favorite meal there, the finger steaks with mashed potatoes and clam chowder! So good! Unfortunately, they were out of clam chowder and only had one order of finger steaks left. Kind of surprising for so early in the weekend. Still awesome food though!

You guys are absolutely amazing! Y’all take the time to get to know your neighborhood locals by name and faces and it makes me and my kids really feel like weMatter and are cared for when we come to eat or simply just get coffee here. The service is great the employees are so kind genuine and friendly. I love how you help promote other local buisnesses by allowing others to display their art or business cards here. It’s decorated super cute. The fire pits are so classy I just love you guys. Thank you for maintaining such a positive buisness manner during such a rough time with the pandemic it’s rare these days and makes you guys really stand out. Thank you!

Perfect place to have a great cup of coffee and pick up some food. They never disappoint. Place is comfortable, warm, homely, and the staff are super nice and hospitable.

Very cool spot in Meridian. Have been treated well each time I have gone there. Just an update to my previous review. Still getting awesome customer service each and every time I go in. I average probably three times a month for different meetings. The staff and owners are all extremely friendly and are very accommodating when we have larger meetings.

Stopped in Saturday around 10am. Nice servers and clean, nice decor. Wait time was long. took awhile to get our order taken after we received the menus. Was just about to leave when she came over. Ordered french toast. I believe it was 45 minutes to get it. It was hot and good when it came out so that was OK. Never saw the server again. Had to go up to pay as she never brought the check to us. Seems the outside people were getting a lot of attention. Hard to say! Food was higher than some. The blended mocha was good although I did get a larger one than ordered. I will return for one of those as it was really good!

This is a hidden gem. Very friendly waitstaff. Excellent coffee and the breakfast dish I got was amazing. Im in town here for a week and will be back. Great find!

I enjoyed the live music. The pasta was delicious. The garlic bread was less than desirable. The best dessert was the fresh baked cookie with ice cream. The steak sandwich was excellent.

We came here looking for a new breakfast place as we enjoy eating breakfast and were very pleasantly surprised by this coffee shop. Our waitress Cecyle was super friendly and awesome! So was the other waitress that we didnt catch her name. We got options for coffee. we loved trying different flavors. We tried bold and also fruity. Both were awesome! I was actually asked how I liked my bacon. No one in the places I have went to have asked me that! I asked for crisp and I got crisp! I asked for over medium eggs and they were perfect with mostly solid yolk...just a bit of runny. The food was very good and we are excited to come back and try other dishes. Who knows...this might become our new breakfast place!

Really enjoyed it here! Our server was an absolute sweetheart! She was on the ball with everything. The food was good, big portions and it came out quickly. They have a good sized menu to choose from as well.The bathrooms were clean and maintained, and they have a meeting room you can reserve. Bonus points for having clean highchairs!

Never heard of this place before, but on Saturday when my husband and I went to visit our financial adviser, he gave us a gift certificate, and we walked across the street to try it out. We were super impressed! Its a cute little coffee shop, we were not expecting much, but ordered breakfast and coffee, and were blown away. My husband had a Gunslinger burrito, I had a Bobbies breakfast bowl, both were delicious, and flavorful. I just had a white chocolate mocha which was good, but my hubby had a Bill Murray, and it was delicious! We both agreed that we would come back, which is not normal for us, but we will be back for sure!

Place was nice and my family liked the pasta dishes: bolognese, pesto and meatball marinara. My putanesca was nothing special though.

The best customer service in the valley...Dustin went above and beyond. The chocolate cake will change your life. They are locally owned abd operated. We support them and their staff! Come and be pary of the family.

I am a delivery driver and got an order for Deja Brew. There was a problem with the order going through but the staff was soooooo nice and helpful trying to get it figured out. Once they made the order, it was cancelled from the delivery service and they gave it to me anyways. I dont know what it was called, but it was literally THE BEST breakfast sandwich and Chai I have ever had!!!Kudos to you and your staff for creating a great experience out of a frustrating situation. I will definitely be coming back (to pay for food lol) and recommend to friends.Thanks!!!

My husband and I came here on a date a few weeks ago and were so sadly disappointed. We ordered breakfast, and my breakfast bowl was inedible. Now, I dont say that lightly - I have never been unable to eat something at a restaurant before. But the potatoes tasted like they were from the day before, they were so hard and stale and cold. :( I had exactly four little pieces of diced bell pepper in my bowl. I had asked for gravy on the side but it was served on top of the food, and the waitress asked if I could just avoid it because she didnt want the cook to have to remake the dish. It was so unfortunate - Ive read so many amazing reviews of this place and was looking forward to trying it but maybe the chef was having a really off day because we left without being able to finish. The breve I ordered was pretty good! Maybe if we venture back we will stick with coffee.

Meridian gem! This is a fun little local cafe. They have a variety of quality offering on the menu and the perfect environment. I love the addition of showcasing art from local artists as part of the decor. The staff are always friendly and inviting. I will drive out of my way to visit!

This place is everything and so much more than what we were expecting. We were looking for a cozy coffee shop to catch up onlife. And this place nailed it, Amazing coffee, wonderful fun spunky positive atmosphere and the most amazing service. I will become a regular and the prices are perfect.

Weve been here a few times for breakfast, they have great coffee, and their specialty drinks arent overly sweet which is nice for a change. Breakfast plates are really tasty and well proportioned. I like the Gunslinger breakfast burrito, my Wife really liked her Eggs Benedict. Its pretty quiet, the staff is really nice and so far no ridiculous wait times.

I had the Eggs Benedict hands down the best I have EVER had!

Went for coffee and pastries. Took 15 minutes to get my crossaint and it came burnt. The bagel that we ordered was also burnt. Service was not very friendly or helpful.

Delicious protein breakfast! Yummy coffee. Unfortunately, no changing station in the bathroom for babies. I dont feel comfortable changing him publically where people are eating. Seems that it would be a simple add on in the restroom stall to include mothers & babies at this wonderful little spot.

Arrived between 10:30-11 on a Friday morning - my first time eating here. Took server 15 min to notice me despite only 4 other tables were full. Ordered the frequently advertised biscuits and gravy, and a coffee. Coffee was good but never got a refill. Food was awful: gravy was way too greasy and tasted like onions and bacon - also, who puts green onions and cheese on top of biscuits and gravy??? Potatoes were way too salty, and eggs tasted like water. Server never checked on me until the lunch rush started coming in, then she came over and instead of asking how my meal was, she looked at my still full plate and said, You can order a half plate next time. I told her i wasnt impressed with the meal and instead of asking for feedback or offering a different menu item, she just took my plate away and still brought me a check for the full meal. I was going to bring in a group of friends for a lunch meeting the next weekend, but will be changing locations and not returning here.

This shop is locally owned. They have a full kitchen and espresso. Their coffee is from Identity Roasters which is absolutely one of the best roasters in the valley. They get a little busy in the morning with breakfast and you will smell like breakfast after, but it’s worth it!

This is a cute little cafe in the heart of Meridian. Its unpretentious and has good, home cooked food. Their coffee is the star of the show but the food was good as well. The relaxed atmosphere is the best part because it is cozy and casual at the same time which makes for a really comfortable dining experience. I would definitely go try it again.

Went to meet a friend, top 3 best mochas I have ever had. Smooth, not overly sweet. My 2nd cup had twice steamed milk, very much watered down with lots of foam in it, was disappointing. There is a difference between creme and foam. Only give a 4 star because of inconsistency.

So this place is gorgeous and has a very pleasant atmosphere but I was disappointed no matter how beautiful it was. Me and my dad wanted a good breakfast but it took my dad to go ask for menus because they were so busy and there were only like 10 customers. When we got our coffees both cup were gross with hard egg yolk on my dads and this weird dusty brown stuff inon the rim of mine. It took 40 minutes of us sitting and waiting for someone to serve us until we had enough and went somewhere else. Very frantic and scattered service.

This is such a cute little restaurant/bar/coffee shop. Amazing art on the wall, live music, excellent food, and HUGE portions. I went with a few of my girlfriends last week and our server was nothing short of perfect. He was tall, dark, handsome, had a great smile, and so funny. He really made my day 100% better. Ill be back again

This place is a little slice of heaven on earth. We held a birthday party in the back room. Staff was friendly, food and coffee were great, location is beautiful (parking can be a little tougher - hint: go behind it, theres a lot). Their events are also wonderful. Relax and enjoy!

Wanted to share this with anyone that is considering Deja Brew.We had been to Deja Brew once before and had a good experience. That is why we made reservations for breakfast on Mother’s Day with more of the family. They had the back room ready for our party of eight when we got there and that was nice.We understood that being Mother’s Day the wait could be longer than usual. The waitress was thanking us for our patience but being there almost an hour and 10 minutes it was getting very tight on making it to our plans for later in the day. We told our waitress that we would need to receive our food soon or we would need to leave. At this point another person (who we assumed to be the manager) came in to let us know that they would offer us a small discount for the wait. Her apology was diminished by her proceeding to say that if we left now they would have to throw out the food and “that wouldn’t be good” and there would be a long wait no matter where we went. Also told us that they had many reservations that morning. Perhaps they didn’t have the correct staffing?A couple minutes later they told us our orders were being “plated” and the food would be up soon. We were excited to see waitress coming but sadly found out the food that came out wasn’t ours. She took the plates away and came back defeated to say she would not be able to get us our food soon. To add insult to injury, as we walked out past the patio tables, that were vacant when we walked in, there were similar sized parties that had already received their food and were eating.They have a nice atmosphere and seem well setup as a coffee shop. From our experience, if you’re looking for breakfast or lunch they do not seem to have the setup, organization or management to accommodate busier days.

Its a great place. The times we have visited we have used the patio, the location and view is very nice. We have yet to join in on the trivia games. The server is attentive to any refills needed. Good service.

Everything I’ve ever eaten here has been bomb diggity! Not only is the food excellent, so is the service! Kelsey and Ricky are the best servers there! Ricky perfected my Mexican hot chocolate and made it just the right amount of spicy! Kelsey...well I can’t say enough about her shining personality! 10/10 would recommend.

Weve tried this place 3 times for breakfast. The service was ok the first time, but there were only 2 other tables that day. The last 2 times weve been here the service is awful, and it wasnt what I would call busy at all. We ordered drinks and coffee, took forever to get the drinks, and they just never brought the coffee at all. The food took much longer than I consider reasonable, and I sat eating my meal with empty drinks the entire time, not even water as the servers just walked right by our table over and over again. The food is good when you get it, but not worth the ancient to deal with the service. We wont be back.

This is our new brunch spot. Always recommend the ranch fries. Show up early or really late for the couch.

This is only a 5 star rating because of the excellent service we received from Nichol. It was our 2nd visit and the second time they had run out of their as advertised finger steaks. Nichol went above and beyond to make us happy. Her smile and laugh are contagious. We will go back because of her.

We waited an hour and a half for food and never received it because we had to leave. The servers were nice but told us when they asked about the food they were yelled at by the cooks. They gave us free drinks and offered us 50% off but we still left without ever receiving our food. Pretty poor service.

The hubs and I enjoyed breakfast for the first time in this quaint, hip establishment and are eager to return. Their breakfast potatoes, with their golden brown, lightly crispy outsides and creamy buttery melt-in-your-mouth insides, are simply sublime and are worth the trip alone! The breakfast croissant (with tomatoes, peppers, and onions) was flaky, buttery, and succlent hitting all the right notes of sweet-salty and soft-crunchy. Its a rare treat to find a chef who honors the natural integrity of food and prepares it with the passion it deserves. Well done, Deja Brew!

We showed up at 7:30 am on a Sunday to get coffee and breakfast. When we sat down, we were the only people in the restaurant. The waitress came to ask what we wanted to drink, we ordered one coffee and one cappuccino. It took almost 15 minutes to get them. When she served them, we asked for a menu because she hadn’t offered us a food menu yet, and she said we could have them, but the kitchen didn’t open until 8 (which we found odd since no where on the website did it state that the kitchen opened later than the cafe). We said, that’s fine and waited. At 8:10 she said, I’m sorry, but our cook isn’t here yet and we don’t know when he will be in. At this point we were no longer willing to wait and decided to leave, without even finishing our coffees because we really wanted food. She brought us our bill, which we paid and still reluctantly tipped, and walked across the street to Sunrise Cafe for breakfast... as we see other customers have done as well.

Tried this breakfast restaurant this morning because it was on the way to my destination... and it is highly rated. Always important to me is the ratings.The Mexican Mocha called “Groundhogs Day” is really good. I tried to order “Grans Tuna” for my meal but raw onions are in the mix, so anyone allergic to raw onions cannot order this item. As we age raw onions become problematic for some. Unfortunately I’m one of them. So, as usual, I spoke to the staff and asked if the chef and manager might consider removing them from the mix and offering raw onions to those who want it. To my surprise she actually said she would talk to them today and said it was actually a good idea! Wow! If they do make that change I will consider this my “go to” lunch spot! And I will change the review from 4 to 5 stars! Easily!Anyway, back to the meal I did have... French toast. It comes with 2 eggs, home fries, a choice of bacon or ham and 4 triangles of French toast. The syrup was not the real stuff which I prefer, by far, but it was decent quality at least. I should have asked the brand name... my bad. The eggs I got scrambled, well done... cannot abide egg goo of any kind. But instead of browned and cooked to death like my eggs usually come out... they were light and fluffy and totally cooked! Delicious! Now I’m really impressed! I chose ham over bacon. 2 very thin slices of real ham ... impressed again! The home fries are not fríes but diced potatoes cooked with red and green peppers and some kind of spice that made my lips and mouth burn a little bit. I suspect it was cayenne pepper. Again I forgot to ask. Again my bad. I don’t mind a little spice, but for those who cannot handle it... beware! My mom, for example, could not have eaten them. So the menu should mention the spice, but I do not remember any such warning. It may be there, so don’t quote me. I’ll check the menu next time.Overall, the meal and the coffee was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend giving Deja Brew Laugh A Latte a go. I know I will be back! See you there sometime!

Update (from 5 stars to 1) - We had family in town and decided to have a late breakfast at a cute local place. Well, we arrived and sat down and it took over 15 minutes for us to be greeted. And we werent actually greeted but 4 glasses were plopped on the table without so much as a hello. Then someone came back minutes later and asked if our orders had been taken. The groups of people that entered minutes behind us were greeted, received their drinks before us, and had their orders taken before us. It was not busy - 7 tables were occupied in the entire place and half of them already had food We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive our food which was way too long. Who I feel really bad for is the table that was sitting with their drinks before us, they didnt have their food come out until 2 of the groups behind us already received their food. I really want to love this place but after 2 poor experiences, no going back.Original - Great service and good food. We waited quite a while for our breakfast so to help make up for it, they gave us some sweet pastry treats. Amazing hot chocolate! My husband loved the breakfast burrito and I enjoyed thd Bobbies Breakfast Bowl.
