Very clean and organized store. While on the smaller size of craft stores, I found it to be a very pleasant shopping experience. They stocked all the items I needed. The quality of the other items (decorative) seemed to be better than the bigger craft store located relatively close. The employees asked if I needed assistance. Even though I did not, it was refreshing?I will return.

I absolutely love craft warehouse. They have a ton of items and they always have super fun craft ideas all over the place in case you need some inspiration and want to try something new. The products are great quality and you will pay for that quality. My only complaint would be that there are typically no discounts or coupons. All in all a great place to get your craft supplies.

Love it here and they have everything you could need. Prefer it over Michaels by far

My absolute favorite craft store to go to when Im in Idaho. I wish they were in more states. I love how they give ideas on what to do with the craft stuff and then all the supplies to make it right beneath the example. Get on their email list so you can get coupons and other announcements.

Our first time there. They had lots of fun things in the store. No coupons tho like youd find at their competitors. My daughter is the crafter and we just went in to see what they had. Employees were masked appropriately and seemed friendly.

Selections are not as good as they used to be. The prices are a bit steep but when you need that specialty Item they always have it. The staff is kind and welcoming but you need more workers to keep up with the influx of customers. I would give 4.5 stars with only improvements are prices and more staff!

The only down side to craft warehouse, is I want everything. They have a wonderful selection that is well displayed with ideas and their staff know how to help.

Way over priced. No place to park. I had to double check that all my items rang up correctly. They didnt. The isles are so small you cant simply pass someone. Its awkward. You can 3 items in each tiny cart.

They have a great selection of fabrics--its a fun place to get coordinating fat quarters. My mom always likes to come here when shes visiting from out of town.

Lots of fun stuff here, especially in the fall and winter during holidays.

I love Craft Warehouse! I can wander around this store for hours looking at all the different ideas. Today I went in for a specific item, but they no longer carry single beads and the strings of beads were rather expensive when I only needed one bead. I still love this store.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. I recently retired from teaching and told all my friends that I was going to get a part time job here! It is so inspirational. I want to make all the crafts I see. There are examples of finished projects on display throughout the store. Employees are very friendly and super helpful. Coupons are available and welcomed at the check stand.I was slightly disappointed to find the jewelry making section of the store greatly decreased in size on my most recent visit. There is still a nice selection of supplies, just not like it used to be.There is a custom frame shop in the back of the store. Prices are fair, and customer service is awesome. Employees are great at making suggestions for matting and framing art pieces and posters.

Dont shop here if youre medically unable to wear a mask!! They will ask you to leave. I am unable to wear a mask for health issues and I had employees escort me out. Wont shop here again!

Staff are never particularly happy or friendly; I notice this every time I go. They have a decent selection and unique craft items I cant find anywhere else so I keep going back anyway.

Clean, COVID-19 aware, and well lit. A little pricey and supplies were in multiple locations, which made it a bit confusing. For a small store it took me longer to find my beading and floss (and I had to find a helpful clerk) than actually picking out what I needed

I would have to agree with other reviews on the yelling at customers and such by manager. Was very unpleasant to shop here. Will not be returning. I will stick with hobby lobby. This place is over priced and didn’t have all things crafts

First time being in this store, it was as if every craft I ever wanted to do (in my life) was available at my fingertips.The shelves are 110% stocked up with every item you would need for any craft, honestly.In addition to crafting items, the store also has some really lovely completed crafts throughout the store to help give customers unique ideas (which I really appreciated).I was in the store for about 20 minutes, I dont recall of a staff member came up to me, I was on the phone.

Staff member emily was rude and offensive yelling at a. Customer to put their mask on when the customer was just adjusting her mask to breathe. Yelling over 20 ft. Customer clearly was having breathing problems

So many different specialties crammed into such a small place the selections are quite limited.

A decent craft store in the Valley. Still a chain but a small chain. They have a decent variety but the major brands they carry are way too limited. Theyre a bit on the expensive side - the markups are pretty high. But for the limited choices around, theyre a decent competitor.

Extremely helpful staff and tons of greatly products! Dont usually have everything I need for specific projects, but a great store for general crafting needs.

This technically should be no stars what so ever went in to do the heart pendant today paid for the heart pendant and then was told oh we only have a leaven hearts available so you might end up having to do the bottle I paid for a heart not a bottle we get over there all the hearts were gone so then we go back to the register to get our money back because they told us we could come right back and get our money back I was asked for my drivers license which was really none of their business because I paid cash and I had just paid three minutes ago and went through the same register with the same little ditz. The event started at 12 o’clock and we walked out of the store by 12:20

I was a bit disappointed in their yarn selection this time. Many of the fine Yarns that Id come to love were no longer carried. Very focused on bulky yarn so if thats what youre after they have a nice selection. Good selections and other craft items but I was specifically after yarn

Smaller than Hobby Lobby and Michaels, but a better selection than either. This might due its smaller size and not as well know as those 2 competitors, so they didnt have as a high customer volume. Their customer service was top notch and sale items reduced 60%. My wife found some good bargains and I came up with a couple of ideas for a future project.

Very fun to walk through. I hadnt been here before, so I found some unique things I haven seen at Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

This is 1 of my favorite craft stores (for Idaho). Pretty good selection of craft items, although I wish that they, along with ALL of the craft stores in Idaho, had more calligraphy items (not just for Italic calligraphy). I love how Craft Warehouse has TONS of finished, hand-made projects throughout the store to look at for inspiration.

This is a great place for craft supplies. They always seem to be having sales on the things I’m needing at the moment, so that’s a plus. They even have random things I haven’t heard of or seen before, like nifty unusual socks or candy shaped like mythical creatures. Any time I need help, I’m always met with a cheerful smile. The associates even point out the sales and try to save me money! I’m all over that.

Not accepting cash at this store however it is not clearly posted at the door or anywhere else that I could tell. Wasted time but still an ok store otherwise

Edited- so I just went back to the store again last night. Im changing my review from 4 star to 5! The staff is just so amazing I have to! Totally different staff from my first review, but still just as awesome! I will gladly pay a little more and shop in a slightly-too-dark store if i continue to get phenomenal customer service! Keep it up!Let me start out by saying how amazing the staff was last night! Super helpful and accommodating! They were closed too and didnt tell me. I had no idea and was just shopping unaware haha. I didnt know until I overheard a customer asking if they were closed. Not once did they rush me or make me feel bad for being in there. They even were so kind to help me look for a few items i wasnt able to find. Thats unheard of in retail anymore! 5 stars for service!! I will say i dont usually shop here, though. I feel like the prices can be a bit high and the store always seems too dark. But they have a good selection of all the basics. I continue to go here over the years, even if its not my first choice. But after last nights customer service i might be a more frequent customer! Especially, now that I have taken up watercolor painting.

Had some watercolors framed. They went out of their way to help me, even tho we arrived after frame department had closed for the evening. The pricing was better than their competitors and the finished product was great.

I had my arms full of stuff and I wasnt able to find what I was looking for. I asked a employee and she didnt know if they carried it. Item is a lap table so I can draw on the couch in comfort She brought me a clip board type thing. Cashier was slow and seemed a bit out there. young and not experienced We had some paintings mounted and framed and the artist noticed that her information was placed behind the piece that covers the back. It should of been placed on the back for reference of her work.

I was excited to find a wide selection of Diamond Dotz here!!! And several on clearance! Always find fun stuff to do here and the employees are very helpful.

A little pricey here, but they do have some very cute and unique stuff.

I love how they have crafts you can do and they walk you through step by step. Staff is very helpful. I love how they have kids day the first Saturday of the month and its free!

Prices are a little high on most items. They also dont have very good coupons and do not accept competitors coupons. They do have pretty good sales on picture frames.

I came in for one item and ended up spending almost $70. The on-the-floor store clerk was very helpful helping me find what I came in for and some. The cashier clerk, well not so much. She had two coupons on her register, one for 25% and one for 40% for one regular priced item. She never offered nor mentioned those coupons although they were visible on the countertop. When I asked about them, thats when she realized she had them. And then she proceeded to apply the 25% one. I didnt ask why she didnt apply the 40% but that tells me A LOT about the kind of customer service shes providing to her customers. She can certainly improve on this skill.

I love Craft Warehouse! I come here whenever I get to Boise. Its well arranged, and things can be found quickly and logically. It may seem a bit cluttered, but that is just the mark of a good craft storeThe staff is great. There are also great deals to be had. A must go for hard core crafters and browsers alike!

Great place to get ideas for craft projects. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase items for a project and left without those items because I saw displays that reminded me of things I already had at home for my project. But left with supplies for the next two projects on my list. I would have given 5 stars but the store is very crowded. Imagine what the could do if they had more space!

I was looking for something to use in a sewing project and the place I usually go to was out. So I stopped in to see if The Craft Warehouse carried it. I asked the lady at the fabric counter if they carried the item. She looked at me and seemed confused. Then proceed to tell me the only thing they had like it was located in the scrapbooking section. I looked at her confused and asked to clarify...they did not have it for fabric. She said no. I thanked her and wandered around. Guess what. I found the product. I grabbed it and brought it to her and said politely that I had just found the product I asked about and left. If you dont know what I am asking for that is OK. But if you dont, dont just say no. I have never been impressed but will definitely not shop there in the future.

Bathrooms were disgusting. You could smell them before you even reached them. There was bodily fluids all over.The store itself was well stocked and things were easily found.

A fun place to go for any crafting need. But I find their prices quite high. Dont go without your coupon from the paper or ad. And if you forget it, just ask them at register to apply one.

Ive shopped here several times. They have a lot of fun stuff, and very friendly and helpful staff. It is NOT hard to find someone/an employee who can help you here, I really like that. Also really liked the fabric choices though they dont have a massive amount like JoAnns. On this trip in I found that they only have about five satin binding colors to choose from and was told that is all they carry.The prices are a little higher here than some other craft stores. I think the availability of helpful staff may make up for that if youve got a small project or two. This day I ended up going to different store to get what I needed for my large sewing project.I would and will shop here again.*The four stars not five are due to the prices of some of the items here, as you can get them for less than half the price elsewhere.*But again I will say, that have super helpful and available staff to help you.
