They are doing a good job of trying to keep everything clean and sanitized. The updated laser tag room is nice as well. My kids enjoyed their day at wahooz.

So much fun for me and my 2 boys, costly but fun. My wife and I took our boys for our youngest for his birthday just for fun and found out that if we had his birth certificate he would have gotten a free fun pass! Overall they boys had a blast and that was the point, so mission accomplished.

Fun place for multiple types of entertainment. Miniature golf, bumper cars/boats, laser tag,rock wall, bowling, arcade. Family orientated. Decent food in cafe. Business/event Center as well. Been to a couple of events there and its 2 large rooms similar to fairgrounds buildings. Idk if you rent separately or together tho.

Spent the day at the park with a few breaks for food and shopping. Very few people there, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were cleaning and wiping everything down and were super nice. Loved it.

We planned a trip specifically to check this place out. It exceeded my expectations. I thought we would go through all the attractions and be done, but we spent a solid 10 hours here with my family of 6 and the kids did not want to leave. There were delays due to COVID19, but thats not their fault and they handled it well. Pizza, drinks, nachos, all reasonably priced. Staff was helpful and courteous. Entertainment was good for kids and adults alike. We went on a hot day, and the building was a refreshing temperature. Make sure you spend a full day there for maximum value. Will likely be back.

This is the best option for a family fun zone type place in Boise. There is a ton to do and the staff is relatively friendly until you have 500 tickets and want them redeemed for 327 Tootsie Rolls. Then they kind of turn on you!

Best Ever Experience! Excellent staff, extremely clean, priced Right. Went here for a birthday and had a fantastic time. Bowling, arcade games, miniature golf, high speed and kiddie racing carts and even a set of climbing walls and bumper cars. There are many more attractions than what I mentioned. The reconstruction of the second 18 hole miniature golf course turned out great. Good variety on each hole and details were well done. Shade throughout the course was very much appreciated.Take care on the last hole to earn a blast of fire from the tiki statue!

The unlimited package is worth it when you have active kids.I literally had to tell my kids that we had to leave. After 6 hours of fun they still did not want to leave. Even my 1 year old had a blast! We will definitely go back again...

This place is like Family Fun Center in Seattle but better.At first we had a minor issue with one of the people managing the lines at one of the go kart rides that was causing an unreasonable wait but the manager resolved the issue.If you want to do something fun in Boise, this is a good option.

Great experience, so much for the kids to do. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Even during COVID-19 they are so thorough at cleaning and sanitizing in between each ride and always making sure everyone is safe. Great family fun and the kids love it.

There is so much to do, I love the lazzer-tag and the bowling area. The bowling has a special room for partys that is super nice and I love the arcade as well with all the different types of games that you can play and to take someone you may like with you to have a fun time. The outside has some great attractions with the go carts as my favorite part. The mini golf is super fun as well.

My kid had a blast. I mean I can definetly go through All the details but Ill keep it short.Its safe, theres various amounts of things for the kids to do, and almost guaranteed to have a day to remember. Prices I would say are very fair and not unreasonable at all, but I went on a weekday plus with COVID half the stuff was closed half of the time for cleaning which sucked. But overall didnt even notice how 6 hours flew by.

We lost our keys at the end of the night! The entire staff helped look for them. They were all so patient and nice. David the manager was very helpful and he is so friendly and professional. Finally after everyone looked and looked to help us, Ethan found them in the bumper cars. I just wanted to brag on the employees because I was very impressed by all of them. We had a fun night and we will definitely be back.

This is a great place to spend some time with the family. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because it is a little pricey. But there isnt anything comparable in the area, so what do you do? There is something for everyone. Laser tag, rock climbing, arcade, bowling, events center, water park, mini golf, etc. Stafg are mostly teenagers but they are all very nice. They keep the place very clean. You also have a restaurant with adult beverages if you need to step away from the chaos of the kids running around. Summer is great in the water park. They have grown with more options and I believe still have plans to add more. Definitely take some time to play around here with the family!

Soo much fun I need to remember to wear closed toe shoes so I could do more. Cocktails a little spendy, but kind of expected.

Well I truly hate giving bad reviews but what a disappointment this place was. So much hype and yet so much let down. Don’t get me wrong they have heaps of things to do and most of it looks great however the workers aren’t in any hurry and so you have to wait in the lines forever! I guess I’m just not used to seeing a line of 10 people and still taking 30 even up to 45 minutes to get into a few of the games or rides. If you plan on coming plan on making it an entire day if you want to at least try most of what they have to offer. I feel I probably spent more time waiting than I did in the actual ride or game and keep in mind this was in the middle of the week not on a weekend.Would I go back maybe, not sure. I don’t feel like they deserve the 4.5 stars I saw though but what ever.

Honestly Wahooz never gets old. Ive been going here since I was little and the Go Karts, Mini Golf, and Dark Ride are still great fun. But to get the 5/5, I request an expensive but necessary update. Laser Tag needs a reboot. Outdated/germy vests mixed with the cheesy early 2000s aesthetic doesnt fit the biting modernity of the rest of the building, so there needs to be a new theme. Then Wahooz becomes an Idaho entertainment daring artistic front runner. For now, its just the safe bet. Oh yeah, TAKE ZOMBIES OUT OF THE DARK RIDE IM SICK OF HAVING TO PLAY IT EVERY GAME.

There is plenty to do at the newly renovated family center. My young children were especially fond of the playground with over 1000 foam balls.Of note, whenever I come here I always see employees with a rag and cleaner wiping stuff down. This means a lot to my family that they really put forth a worthy effort to keep this place clean and tidy.

Great modern family friendly fun center with exceptional variety. We spent the whole day and werent able to experience it all. Of note, the food at the grill was surprisingly good.

I really had a great time. It was my familys first visit and we had a blast. We loved the laser tag and maze. I have 4 teens so it was awesome to hang and laugh with them. I recommend this place for families of all ages.

This is by far our familys favorite place to go in the Treasure Valley. It is a bit pricey but there are so many things for the entire family to enjoy. There is bowling, lazer tag, miniature golf, go karts, a great arcade and more. The food here is pretty good and there is a bar in the Pinz bowling area. You can stay here for hours.

Took my daughter and wife to play mini golf and ride go-karts had a blast social distancing was not a problem my daughter never road go kart before and one of the clerks name Hunter showed her how to drive it. He was very happy to help her . He was very polite.

Wahooz is great. We try and bring the boys here a few times a year if possible. Favorites include, mini-golf, bowling, video games, and of course go carts! Plenty more to do as well. Parents can even get in on the action on just about anything. The service is top-notch. Very friendly and all hard workers. Keep up the good work!

Worst service ever. My wife and I like to bowl there, occasionally. Went there on September 17th. The wait staff that brought our drinks was horrible. The guy never showed up. Waited for 45 minutes and the place was slow. 1pm on a Thursday. To which we asked for a manager or what they could do to help. No response!Any time we have ever been there, we tip very generously.We won’t be back. This falls with ownership and management. Train your people and take responsibility!

Games and bowling and golf were fun. Batting cages didnt give us the number of balls we paid for. The bar drink were terrible and over priced...i got a mule and all i tasted was ginger beer, really disappointing drink. Fiance has a long island and he said it was very weak and had more coke than anything.

My son had a blast at his birthday but o wasnt a fan of how they expect you to eat pizza open presents and do cake within an hour. Then your out of the party room and have to find a place for all your things and guest to sit. Food was good and my son liked the experience.

A ton of still fairly recent updates for people of all ages to enjoy!My 4 year old spent almost an hour straight in the 4 level ball pit city that has multiple slides.My teenage sons were happy to play multiple rounds of both laser tag and laser maze!Bowling was a perfect way to get all the kids back to one spot to end the day.

I have a fantastic experience every time I partner with the team at Galaxy Event Center. They have incredibly well trained, professional, and attentive staff, as well as skilled managers and assistants who know their venue and are always working to accommodate. Beautiful space, great food, excellent location, and can fit a large audience! Highly recommended and we will be back again and again.

Amazing family place. The selection of arcade games and attractions make it an easy choice for a birthday party, a get together or a day for the family. The place runs pretty smoothly when theres a lot of people and the staff are super nice. My only complaint is there isnt enough stuff for older kids and adults to do. While there are multiple sections for kids only attractions the only attraction for people 13+ is one of two kart racing tracks. Over all, great spot to go to to have fun for all ages.

It’s like Roaring Springs, except you don’t get wet! Go to the Tiki Man (on the mini golf course) and you may even see some fire! That’s the opposite of wet. I definitely want to emphasize that—unlike its neighboring park—you won’t be wet. Unless, of course, you opt to participate in “Bumper Boats” (in which you may get somewhat wet) or in the unfortunate event of rain (which is typical with the inclement weather often seen in this region). If I had to pick my favorite part of this place, it would have to be the dryness, which I did not experience at Roaring Springs. A close second would be the laser tag. Make no mistake. Roaring Springs: wet. Wahooz: dry. I would recommend Wahooz for a fun date idea or for a family excursion for all ages who are wearing typical street wear and not swim suits or other bathing attire. Five stars.

Wahooz is pretty fun for a theme park with a variety of choices and a golf course that’s pretty fun. The arcade games can cost a lot if you’re playing with a $5 or even $10 gift card, and when I play in the arcade there’s always 1 or 2 games out of order. When I wanted to bowl there was a 1 hour wait, so I did not end up bowling. The food is also not the healthiest but still tastes good.

We had a birthday for our daughter. Everything in the first hour was more than amazing. Josie was extraordinary. So polite and helpful and on top of everything. Shes definitely needs to be recognized for her customer service and dedication to the kids and parents. Thank you josie for making the first part of birthday hour so fun. As for the rest first we dealt with being over charged and had to get money refunded. The package said unlimited everything except a few features. Unlimited bowling was one of our features in the package. But its not after our second game they said either pay or get off and get on waiting list. So needless to say we were kicked off and we paid over 250 for party. Either way it would be nice if this was all explained.

You may as well plan to spend an entire day here. There is a lot to do and if you buy unlimited youll want to do some activities a few times. The rock walls are super fun. The sky walk is challenging and fun while feeling safe up high. You can take a break in the restaurant with a beer too. The staff is friendly.

We went to wahoos with our whole family...18 people ranging from 18 months to 59 years. We have little kids, teenagers & adults. We were there for 6 hours & had a blast! And the food was amazing! Everything was great! What a wonderful way to have a reunion!

I love this place. Ive been coming here since it was Boondocks. Over the years it has changed, and changed for the better! So much to do whether you come with friends/family/kids. Probably the single most fun youll have in one place, sober or under the influence. Lazer tag, bumper cars, go karts, mini golf, arcade, a giant kids playground thats 4 stories high, wall climbing, bowling, and much more await you! Have great price points and you can buy in bundle or single activities. Staff is cordial and most are friendly. Young staff so please be patient. They do serve food and drinks of all sorts. A definite good time guaranteed! They even have Guitar Hero!

It was very busy because of the holiday weekend, we did feel a little rushed to get out of there, taking our bowling balls before we were done with our time limit, but we understood the rush and demand, they were very nice and professional about it. Overall a fun experience! The nacho fries are super yummy!

This is an amazing place to take your family, or go on a date. Its on the pricey side, but it is definitely worth it if you have the money to do so. We had a blast here. I enjoyed just about everything we did, bumper cars, go karts(As a bigger man myself, youll either want someone smaller in the kart with you or the kart to yourself), mini golf, the dark room ride where you shoot stuff(Absolutely a blast and probably my favorite of the day), laser tag, the vault laser maze, and who can forget the arcade area! The rubber duck claw machine was quite amusing. Make sure to bring extra cash if you want to buy food or drinks here, they are marked up, but the place is very fun overall!

I was highly impressed during my recent trip to Wahooz in Boise during the summer of 2019. We had spent the majority of our Saturday there after having purchased two of the ultimate unlimited passes after seeing all of the new attractions since the last time we had been there. The quality of service was above par, especially considering it’s summer time and the hiring pool is mostly of high school age. Whenever I had an encounter with an employee I was pleased with their willingness to handle the situation with courteousness and care. They even gave me their last purple unicorn and three extra tickets for an item that I really wanted. Thanks Wahooz for an awesome evening, I will definitely be back for more!!

The Galaxy Event Center at Wahooz is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!It is Gorgeous. No detail was overlooked to provide a 5-Star environment. Service was first class with attentive and friendly attendants.And the food was amazing; in terms of cuisine, presentation, flavoring, preparation,... it far exceeded my experience with similar venues Ive attended in the Treasure Valley.All this, including freeway accessible and ample free parking, makes the Galaxy a notch above its competition.

Prices are way too high but overall had lots of fun!

Big room with lots of space. Plenty of tables to sit at. Not sure of the price as I was there for a work party. They had a “bar” type area, soda machines and a dj. The food was alright, kinda basic. Soda machine didn’t work/turn on till 7:00pm which was weird so those under 21 and couldn’t get drinks at the bar, had to wait an hour since the party started at 6. Staff came and got the dirty dishes from the tables. Also, the silverware was kinda dirty when we got there so that was a downside but the rest of the place seemed clean.

I had a blast bowling with my husband, son, daughter in law, and granddaughter. Although they have much more activities that look exciting and fun. Come check them out. There is even a water slide park.

Very fun date night place, my boyfriend and I did the bowling and played arcade games. Theres so much other cool stuff to do. The customer service was just ok. The girls in the bowling area were really nice. But the girls at the snack bar not so much, they seemed kinda annoyed, one of the girls started taking my order and then walked away in the middle to help some kids. They just seem flustered. But other than that it was a lot of fun!

Great drinks, food, and service! I had the trash can and caribou lou and both were well made and strong. Reccomend the share appetizer plate... Best for 2 people to share and worth the price.

A group of us active seniors went for a morning of miniput and had a ball! BEAUTIFUL settings and you have several courses to choose from. They supply everything. We are going back to try some of the other rides (go carts, bumper cars, etc.) for it was great fun! There were all ages there enjoying the activities! This place is a great escape from the July Sun. We had a great time bowling the night before. Then visited the next day for the kids to do activities,video arcades, climbing walls, laser tag, go-karts,bumper cars and a great snack bar.
