We just celebrated my son’s birthday here, and just want to say it’s a great place for families to get together for a good time. The vibe is very comfortable and friendly. My young kids can last a solid 2 hours here. We usually have to leave because my 2 year old has nap time. (Which reminds me - there is an AMAZING toddler section!) JumpTime is definitely the place to go for a fun time.

Jump time is an excellent place to take the kiddos when they are a little too hyper for mom and dad or grandma and grandpa. They staff is friendly, they keep the public safe with their cleaning, and staff are always near by to help the kiddos as well as the parents. We came today for my nieces birthday party and masks are required unless you have a medical reason. Such as I have asthma, i still wore my mask when walking around but it was nice to know while we were back in our party booth I could take it off to get better air flow. Thank you Jump Time employees for making us feel safe, welcomed and most importantly for helping the kids work off all that sugar and energy, it is greatly appreciated.

This is such a great place to bring your friends and family. I have just as much fun here as my children do. I see just as many adults as well as children enjoying the fun indoor activities. if youre looking to stay out of the cold weather and want to have something fun to do thats safe and clean and it definitely takes the health and safety of their customer seriously, this is the place.

We LOVED it! Registration for my family was easy and took maybe two minutes. The sweet lady at the front desk was named Candy I believe. She was the sweetest person and made everything easy and exciting! She’s knowledgeable and kind. It was cheap and we had so much fun! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We live out of state and we WILL be back this week! It’s a cheap and fantastic way to spend some time with family and let your kids blow off some energy!

It was the perfect way for my 15 year old granddaughter and her friends to celebrate her birthday! Great staff, clean facility and perfect family fun...not to mention less than a mile from my home. My granddaughter traveled from Oregon and she said it was well worth it...she had a blast!

Always very friendly and helpful service. The place is always kept very clean and the upgrade the equipment. Never crowded so I feel my children can jump safely. In addition to great trampoline park, they offer skating, VR, and a laser game. Great fun and value!

Highly recommend 10/10. We took our boys and their friend and Candy (amazing sweet fabulous employee) made sure we had a great experience!!! They have delish food and It also doesnt hurt that they sell beer and wine. Well be back for sure!!!

First time to this business. The staff and public were not wearing masks. There was a warning sign on door about Covid, and sanitizer around the area. No one was wearing masks though.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Hand sanitizer stations all over the facility. Many signs in place for social distancing. Came early and almost no one was here on a Saturday leaving my son to have the place almost to himself. Employees are constantly wiping down surfaces making them clean. I’ll be back here again. I highly recommend. Pay for tickets online and sign waiver online to speed up the process when you first walk in.

Had a great time. Had a huge group of people for my daughters birthday party. We got our own area to bring in cake and presents and stuff. Kids got to jump around on everything and climb and do dodgeball. All in all a great experience for the first time being there. My own complaint if I were to have one is, you get hot way to fast in there lol. Crank up that AC lol. Will be going back again for sure it was that fun.

A super fun place! I took my son here for his birthday and it was a blast. There is eye in the sky seating for adults, a Nerf was zone, and video games in addition to all the jump areas. Kiddo had fun and so did I. I like the color coded wristband system they use to let you know when your time is up as well. Id recommend this place.

Had sooo much fun went with my friends had a blast. We stayed there for soo long and never got bored, there was a variety of things to do so it kept us entertained. All the workers were really nice and were always willing to help you! Definitely recommend!

This is a great place to take my kids. I love all of the big leather couches placed everywhere so that I can relax and get work done while my kids burn energy. I love the fact that you can use any brand jump socks which saves $$$. I found the manager very helpful and the facility very clean.

Great place for fun! We went at 8am on Monday for the little kids time and the boys had a blast. We were the only people in there for almost 90 minutes and had the run of the place, it was great!

Loved the new jumptime except for some young kid that Checked us in. He was pretty rude about my not knowing that I needed to resign my kids up at each individual jumptime. Not good customer service he acted annoyed with me and not friendly whatsoever. The staff was really nowhere to be seen most of the time. Luckily I follow my kids around so they were safe. Lots of parents just sit and ignore their children. Other then that the new place is amazing lots of fun things for the kids to do. All three of my kids loved it. The younger kids section has so much more now. Their own little trampoline section and ball pit. The diving platform for older kids was a huge hit as well. I personally love the ninja course! So cool for kids especially since Idaho has a famous ninja warrior here. You should do an event day meet and greet with him for families. We will surely be back but hope I don’t get the same rude worker again.

I have been coming to this place for years now and while there is a lot of good things about Jumptime, one of the main things that I have realized is that the staff are extremely friendly and nice.

Pictures dont do it justice! Its a huge place with so much fun things to do!! I brought a large group with all different ages for one hour and by the end of the hour we were all exhausted from having so much fun!! Staff is very kind and friendly!

I had such a delightful time, there are so many great trampoline pits and basketball hoops to dunk on! We had fun for the whole hour and wish we had more time to say longer. We’ll definitely be back soon!

My daughter had a birthday party on October 19, staff are highly welcoming, hardworking, always there for needed! The manager I believe his name is Sam, he helped us a lot even though he didn’t get me when I was talking cause English is not my first language, My kid and her friends enjoy a lot definitely come back again!

Had a great time. Employees were good and need to go on Mondays for the reading time. My son had a blast.

We bought one hour for my 6 yr old and a junior pass for my 4yr old. They had a lot of fun. My 4yr old was done at an hour but if my 6 yr old brought a friend she could have lasted another hour here. Must have grip socks to jump, you can buy them at the register or bring your own. If your just watching like I did you can have regular socks on.

We have loved playing here with our kids 5 and under. We haven’t had any problems with staff, but we have been pretty self sufficient. We don’t live in Boise anymore, but if we did I would have a family pass here!Great for elementary and below aged kids.

We planned on taking our kids there for my daughters 9th birthday, so I was excited when I got the email about stocking stuffer deal and bought the 3 admissions (extra money for her birthday stuff) Went to use it and apparently its not redeemable until after Christmas. So theyre refunding my purchase and made us pay full price for the 3 kids. Im super irked that it doesnt say anything anywhere about not being able to use it today (the girls birthday is 12/22, so every extra penny saved wouldve been super helpful). The place is clean and the staff is friendly, but still, if theres a restriction on an offer it needs to be on there somewhere.

For three 8 year olds, 2 pairs of socks and one hour of play, the cost was $45.00. Feels expensive for an hour of fun. And Im annoyed that no outside food or drink is allowed even though they have tables to eat at while the kids play. Besides the cost and no food rule though, the trampolines are awesome and our kids love to come here. I will give 4 if they lower the price and 5 when they allow outside food and drink.

While the kiddos have fun, the management and shady pricing practices are a nightmare for adults. We paid for normal jumping time, and towards the end of our time, our kids decided they wanted to try the new skate area. The price board says skate only $7, skate add-on $5. So we were expecting the $5 since we were adding on to what we paid upon admission. We were told we had to pay the full $7 because the add on pricing is only applicable if you pay right when you come in. I explained that we are still adding on to todays jumping, but they refused to honor the $5 add-on fee, even though we did do jump AND skate.

Great facility. Excellent Ninja course that kids can enjoy but still fun and challenging for adults! Lots of trampolines. Cool dart area where you can have battles with Nerf/dart guns. They now require grip socks... so bring your own pair if you already have some (otherwise you pay the premium price there).

Wonderful place to let my munchkin get her energy out indoors. She always has a blast. Its noisy but its expected with kids being crazy and having fun. My daughter and her cousin love to go there. They get so excited at the mention of its name or when we drive by.

Back again with another inconsistent check in process. No line but due to confusion with get out pass took 15 minutes to sort out and paid more than we did last time.Kids still love the place. Parents will just have to deal with the downside.

Let’s start off by saying I hate having to spend the time to type this out but honestly they deserve it. Jump time is mediocre for this type of place, but kids will have fun there. The problem is the horrible management. We reserved an area there for a birthday years ago and it went great! But this time we booked an area for my sons 6 year birthday. We booked it about a month in advance expecting to pay $150. TWO DAYS before the party we receive a long email about how they will be charging us more because HES SIX! Umm hello.. he’s turning 6 years old. We called and spoke to Liz who is supposedly the reservation manager (hard to believe) and she was completely unhelpful and insisted on increasing what we have to pay due to his age. She would not budge on this and refused to allow us to speak to someone higher up, because supposedly there is no else. After paying the deposit (goodbye deposit), sending out invitations, preparing decorations, cake, etc they waited until we are pretty much stuck with their company and then increase the cost. UNREAL! This company is taking advantage of their customer base. You are better off going elsewhere for your children’s birthday. There are plenty of places similar to Jump Time locally. This place is fine, so long as they cant hold your child’s birthday as leverage over you.

This place is amazing! They have thought about all ages and interests...they have performance trampolines for the most daring, yet have foam pits and basic equipment for the first time little ones. Huge area...nobody gets bored or has to play out of their comfort zone. And very nice couches and viewing area for the parents...could see the kids anywhere. Staff was friendly and attentive. Me and my family of 4 adults and 6 kids had a blast. Great place for any level of fun. Definitely going back!

Our kids have a great time here and we especially love coming in the winter when it’s too cold to visit parks. Our whole family likes to play ultimate dodgeball here. The prices are high, in my opinion, but we like using our GetOutPass for free visits.

The jumping is great but the new skate time I would NOT recommend. It is not real ice and they just walk on the ice with skates on you can not skate on it. Waste of money.

Went here for a kids birthday party. The overall experience for the kids was pretty good. They enjoyed themselves. We used one of their party rooms in the back, and had ordered pizza, which came almost an hour late, but was good pizza.The manager worked to help with our issues ( late pizza, and over overcharged for services) which was nice, but he was the only helpful employee. Wont be having a party here again.

My kiddo has fun and we come frequently however I am definately not a fan of the new pricing and the shortened time down to an hour.

First time visiting this place with my boys. They have gone before with my sister who lives in Boise. I know its for kids but there were a few adults joining in on the fun, including myself. Its was fun but definitely a workout if youre not use to it. Overall it was fun being able to jump, climb, dodge and enjoy playing with my children.

In complete agreement with the reasons for negative reviews. Staff is all high school age, and very inconsiderate. I observed a staff member sitting at the food tables watch a family wait at the food counter for service for several minutes. I was considering making a food purchase for my family, but turned away once I saw this. The overall value is overpriced, especially having to pay extra for socks or you can’t proceed.

Alot of fun and the best part is they have a version of an american ninja warrior course which is great to test your skills if you think you have what it takes to try and make it on the show for real.

Great indoor play area for kids 6 and under. Equipment was clean and in good shape. Enough variety (trampolines, bouncy house with slide, foam pit, balance beam) to keep kids busy and happily entertained for a few hours. Nice couches with good field of view for adults to relax on while the kids play.

Great experience with prices being pretty high for a party. Kids had a lot of fun the server (host) was not fantastic. Very disorganized planning with no real structure on how the party was planned.

Went here for a field trip for my grandsons class and I know I am bringing my other grandkids back it was extremely clean well monitored and lots of fun things to do. From laser tag to obstacles course Nerf guns and even a toddler jump area this place is worth the time and money! Highly recommend this for a family day the prices are reasonable.

My preschool aged girls always love burning an insane amount of energy here and I love that I can catch up on emails while they do! They have expanded their adult drink options and have coffees, beer and wine. Lots of meal and snack options and drinks for kiddos as well! Not a ton of extras to buy which is really nice if you are trying to stick to budget. Other parents are usually close so any kid to kid issues are generally easily and quickly addressed!

We love JumpTime! Its our favorite place to go jump as a family! It might not have all the bells and whistles of some of the other places, but its also a hundred times more clean AND much more reasonably priced! We have toddlers and come OFTEN! The comfortable couches and Wi-Fi for parents is also a huge plus.

Sellable items than listening to customer why should we go back It’s very overwhelming for an my asd kid to be happy in big open places and Be social . And Enjoy jumping the way he does . To the employee should learn a few things never jump to conclusions why a customer calls two don’t mock them with out use the brain cells you was given .Three When it come to children You might want to listen to a customer . My son Is been Nonverbal Till a few months ago . And he still don’t know a lot different words or Speaks to people he doesn’t know so I have to be his voice. Like I said in the beginning I am very disappointed in how the employee handling it with the csw work along with How they handle the call. As well. So this year we most likely look for another place to do his birthday due to some Serious employee get a make over . You shouldn’t worry about pushing sales that won’t even help that customer. Everyone is different and has different needs . I am waiting a few days before I use the gift card. One to cool off. Because I alway been upfront and if I run in to the employee that was so rude and inconsiderate I will say something with out care because she had no care . And what good would come of it if I did so we be by to use the gift card he was given. But after I am 95% sure we take our business elsewhere .

Took 15 minutes to check in and we have been here at least 8x. Took forever for them to figure out how to use the Get Out Pass on top of paying for an additional hour for my 2 kids. Even after they had 2 people working to figure it out, they still overcharged us. When we first bought the Get Out Pass, we had 1 hr per family member at both the Meridian and Boise location 1x a month. Now we get a half hour at just the Meridian location, and when we try to use the pass, it creates confusion and we get overcharged. Feels very frustrating. Even after I tried to explain how we had been overcharged, I was told I was wrong. I should have been charged $10.25 and was charged over $13. Not a huge difference but being told I was wrong at basic math after waiting 15 minutes for two people to figure out the system (while my kids are antsy to go play) is not great srrvice.

Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. I even attempted the Ninja warrior course, and got a good sweat going. I love all the seating areas for parents to sit and watch their kids.

These guys have the least expensive toddler jump rates which is great for those cold months where you cant get outside to burn off all that energy.

Beware- Safety is a huge concern here due to untrained staff. Back in March I took my daughter here for a fun outing and unfortunately she injured herself within less than five minutes upon arrival and upon opening of the facility that morning. I had to rush my daughter to the emergency room to be evaluated. During this horrific event, while my daughter was screaming in agony, not one employee offered any assistance to help us, not even to call 911. Not one employee helped me gather our belongings. Not one employee offered to help me load my other child, a toddler, into our vehicle as I carried out my injured daughter. The employees just stood behind the register with no regard or concern for us- the customer. And we were only one of three customers in the facility that morning so far.Fortunately my daughter fully recovered, but we will not be supporting this business. Please be careful and have an adequate support if you take young children here as the staff will not help you even if you require emergency services. The teenage staff here seems nearly oblivious to life, it’s that bad. Read the other reviews- their is no adult staff supervisor. Do not leave your children unattended here.

I was driving by jumptime today at 12:30 pm. on march 1st 2020 and their clock said it was 2:02 am december 19 2012 why waste power and advertise the wrong time day AND year. you guys are 8 years behind

I took my 4 nieces and nephews on another snowy cold day and had a blast!!! Had a buy one get one offer and they were super accommodating with coupons, an employee asked right when we walked in the door, have you filled out your 2019 waivers yet? Which was great since last time I wrangled 4 kids to wait in line 15 minutes the and were asked that at the register and had to leave our spot in line to go fill waivers and then get back in line. Thankfully they were quick and helpful once we got going! It does seem a little lower staffed than Ive seen it before but over all great experience. Fun times had by all! *Also, socks are worth the buy!! Otherwise you slip and fall a lot!

The new updated location on Franklin is clean and has something for everyone. The owner was onsite and offered us discounts for our next visit. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly. My three girls (ages 10, 6, 4) have a blast every time we come and its worth the money spent!

I went with my 2 year old boy to my older nieces birthday. I was surprised to find that there was actually a lot for him to do since most places dont accommodate kids that young. It was nice to let him roam free in the large little kids area. He really liked the merry go round and the interactive dance floor.

First time here and they have a little of everything. Two adults and a 3 year old. We enjoyed our time.

Nice place and we had fun. The 50 requirements are ridiculous, and closing areas down for most the day is just false advertisement. I had to do a little explaining to my son of why He could not do some areas and some things were not open, then He ran off and had fun elsewhere.

This place was amazing. Clean, affordable, (especially on Tuesdays) and my 2, 3 and 4 year old played non stop for 3.5 hours! Highly recommend!

My son loves Jumptime, but after how the front desk staff treated us we will not be going to the Meridian location again. I explained that my son is special needs and can not wear the paper bracelets so I would just hold it and show it to the guards of they asked for it. I was told that plenty of special needs people come in and they wear theirs on the back or ankle. I tried explaining that not everybody is same and that my son can not handle the feel of paper and he would notice it being on his back. The two employees (1 male 1 female) began to argue with me more saying that he would be fine. Maybe the staff needs to learn about different types of special needs and not assume every person is the same.
