I would actually give this place a great review if... 1. They actually kept the facility clean. 2. They would contact you back. I have been trying for 2 months now to get contacted back by their membership department. Its like passing a kidney stone. No matter how many times I fill out the forms on line to have them contact me they have not. Yeah forms. There is no direct number. Its all easy as pie when you sign up but after that better ask for thoughts and prayers. I finally got a direct email for them as well. Sent that. Guess who got a reply back? Not this guy. This is literally the worst business to work with unless you are trying to dump money in their lap for a birthday party. Then its extremely easy to get ahold of them. Mind you no one not even the facility can help you with anything else. Yes the park is cool but dont waste your time or money on this business.

We did a birthday party here, twice, within a few weeks of eachother. The kids loved it, equally, both times. And the pizza is surprisingly good. They let us bring party decorations, cake and our own drinks for the party. The zip line, lazer tag and mini golf are a great addition to all of the other fun things they have here. Be warned, they have a sock cop lurking around every corner and theyll bust you for not wearing Urban Air socks. Even if theyre gripping socks from another trampoline park. Theyll give you socks if you do the ultimate party package All the staff was super nice and the place is full of smiles. Its a really awesome place to take your kids and the prices are good. This is a great business, I hope they stick around. If you forgot about Groupon, check it out If youre planning a trip here, theres a really good chance that itll make it worth your while

I was absolutely APPALLED at the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the employees of this establishment, I would leave 0 stars if I could. I absolutely do not recommend coming here as a paying customer. I hope the supervisors or the owners read these reviews, because their team knows nothing about respect, or customer service. I will personally be coming back to file a formal complaint. I hope whoever I interact with has the capacity to comprehend the situation that transpired, and deal with it accordingly.

Kids had a blast and the staff are extremely friendly. Be warned, its noisy. I wouldnt recommend kids under 5, there isnt a whole lot they can do and with all the running around by bigger kids there is going to be a collision. There are some sponge bed trampolines for little kids but youll often find bigger kids on them. The tubes and slides arent a bad area for little ones either. Theres wifi and I saw several parents with laptops out so Im guessing some people get work done while their kids go wild. Not a lot of seating, especially around the areas where youre going to have little kids. But you can also participate in nearly everything as an adult. Yep, you gotta buy their socks but you can use them next time. Like bowling shoes imo. Tearing your kids away when its time to leave is the toughest part.

We went here for the first time today and had such an AMAZING time! There are so many different activities to do. As a parent, I saw my daughter having so much fun and just had to go get a parent pass to enjoy the place with her. The staff was extremely helpful and professional and the entire place was very clean. We went early on a Friday morning, so we didnt have problems with long lines. However, I can see that this place probably gets very busy on the weekends and could turn into a madhouse. Lots of tables for birthday parties and a little cafe too. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing! Kids aged 5+ will go bananas for this place! The best part, the entire facility is super clean! Kids played 2 hours without whining or getting bored. Price was based on the day and NOT a time frame. Compared to other jump locals, the price is reasonable. Lots of birthday rooms, mini golf, laser tag, trampolines...you name it. Snack menu available. No outside food items. Will be back for a 3rd time!

The facility is great, but I still feel like the prices were STEEP and only made sense if youre going to be there for an extended period of time. Pretty cool place for kids. It’s expensive if you are not member so might as well be a member and pay $12.99per person in a year vs. $26 for everything in a day. My kids are keeping busy and tired them up which is good because they are so energetic. They love the place and I wish it’s closer to our place so that I can bring them everyday and fun. I want to give 5star but It’s not worth it. Their customer service can’t help you. You have to email the corporation. I tried to give my phone number to call me back no return call. They don’t have enough staff to watch and control the trampoline area. In short the kids are uncotrolled because there are no staff to tell them the rules. One thing I learn too is ask them if they are open with the same time. I sign up for membership in summertime and I thought they have same time open everyday but I figured it out they open in school days 4pm-10pm I have 4yrs old and he just go in the school 2x a week and I bring him there early. They ask me if he is home school? I said no, and they don’y let him in. I drove like 25mins from our house and just one boy to let them in are so upset. We will never sign up as member again. They don’t value their members. They lack of staff too. I’m amazed that they are open and not safe for kids.

This place is comparable to Jump time and altitude. They have a lot of attractions that keep the kids busy for hours. It’s a great destination in the winter months when the kids need to get their wiggles out. However, they loose a star because they require you to buy THEIR socks. Even if you have non-slip socks from another trampoline gym. At $2.50 for a pair of socks, I spent almost as much in socks for my 3 kids as I did for one ticket! As a mom this really annoys me. Seating is limited for parents as well. Kids still had fun which is what matters.

This place is terrible, we had issues with our gift card working (which they eventually explained). We purchased our tickets on the kiosk, which was explained to us that if we bought our tickets on that we get no refund- keep in mind we had not even entered the jumping zone. So basically if something goes wrong with that kiosk (only two of which were running at the time) you get NO REFUND, they only offer store credit. Additionally we were harassed by the staff about our socks, we had appropriate socks (from a different jump place) yet staff told us we needed urban air socks because it’s company policy. Ok great, company policy I can get on board with but to initially allow us in with our socks (which we showed our socks to the front desk clerk) and then tell us we need to buy their socks once we are in and having fun with our kids. This is a cheap ploy to get more money for $2.50 for a pair of socks. We looked again at the entrance rules, there was absolutely nothing regarding this “company policy” regarding their socks. There is no signage anywhere about this sock policy, the entrance sign said that you need socks, but didn’t say it had to be Urban Air socks. We noted that other parents were wearing regular socks (with no grips) and playing with their kids, why was I singled out twice and no one approached them, to my knowledge? Never returning, I regret even spending money here.

We took our kids there and paid over $60 for basic passes. Less than 5 min later we met some people here and they were offered by the front desk to do a groupon for the unlimited passes which would have amount to $10 extra dollars from the original price we paid. We went up to the desk and asked if we could pay the extra 10 to do the deal THEY were offering and were told no. When my husband asked to speak with the manager they refused to come out of the office to even talk to us because the girl we were talking to obviously did not understand what we were trying to explain to her. If you OFFER something to a select group of people and then refuse to offer it to others thats shady business. We definitely will not be going back to that place. It was my kids birthday and they totally ruined the experience.

I Ordered a pizza, waited over 45 min, I asked for a box so I can take the pizza with me, due to family emergency, But was informed they were out of large boxes and couldn’t separate slices into a smaller boxes. I asked for a refund for the cost of the pizza ($16) since I wasn’t able to take it with me, but was told It was against policy. I wasn’t asking for a refund for the cost to get in or cost of socks, just the cost of the pizza That I couldn’t sit and enjoy, or no way to take with me(since they failed to order boxes).Management snickered and could only respond with “oh really”, when I was explaining the situation. I asked to speak with upper management and was told “well she will tell you the same thing and she doesn’t have time to come over here”. Also Compass Charter is on winter break. Urban Air will make special days for WestAda and Boise school is out on break. But my kids cant go today because they are not home schooled - oh and you have to show proof that you are home schooled . The owner should really think about how they are running there, business. We had fun so Im giving them 3 stars, BUT I wont be visiting this trampoline park again for a few reasons.1. They dont allow you to bring in a water bottle, not even an empty one to be filled up in the dining fountains. This is unacceptable to me. They said another location had an issue with someone bringing in alcohol. Bummer. Really, thats unfortunate. But, banning all outside waterbottles is too much. Tag my empty water bottle with a sticker of approval or something. Seeking out a drinking fountain on the far wall is no easy task with the absurd amount of people there.2. There is an absurd amount of people there. Ive gone on a week day (before the water bottle ban) and now on a Saturday. Both times it was packed which would maybe be tolerable if there was some regulation of the sport areas, but there isnt. There are posted rules by the battle beam, warrior course, and dodge ball arenas; none of these areas are regulated in a way that you can actually play a game of dodge ball, complete the warrior course, or battle in turn.3. We left dehydrated--see number 1

My kid was hit multiple times in the head in the dodge ball area, when they are supposed to hit below the neck.If you have a kid with food allergies; don’t expect the people working the snack bar to know anything about what allergens are in the food. Which is difficult because you can’t bring outside food in. My kid has a milk allergy and they had a very hard time helping me find something for him. It wasn’t until I asked them to ask a manager about ingredients until I got an answer.Which brings up another point, I had a coffee I wanted to bring in and was not allowed to bring in my Starbucks coffee cup but numerous other people had their own coffee cups. Which apparently the rule is NO outside food or drink.

I had to track down our pizzas which were sitting ready to be served. I had to track down our “host” multiple times including to get water and her to do the cake, presents and pizza. I might as well of just done the party myself and saved a bunch of money.Second visit: Despite my bad experience, my daughter wanted her birthday here 1.18.19 because to her, it was the perfect party last time. Spending another $300 exactly one week later was worrying because I wanted a better experience for that much money. It turned out great though! The pizza came out early, the host was always easy to find and we had so much fun, we ended up doubling our time from 2 hours to 4 hours! Can’t wait to come back here! Don’t bother depending on Google listed business hours for information because it’s inaccurate. Unfortunately, the membership locks you in for 12 months so no such luck in cancelling this membership that isn’t completely clear about its limitations. Being the first time there we just went to the front desk since there were people there. We awkwardly stood there whole 5+ teens awkwardly stood there staring at us. Finally someone came up to us and help and showed us where to go to sign waivers. We had fun overall and stayed till closing but I noticed that it’s not as clean as their website says it is, kinda smelly especially the ball pits. No one seemed to be paying much attention to the rules of the park, this place also seems to be ran by ONLY teens no adult insight. If you want your kid to be safe while they are having fun please be looking out for them because NO ONE is following rules at all not even the workers their. They lounge around and don’t do much which I understand if they don’t have an an adult manager telling them what to do. Again there are rules of higher limits but no one payed attention to those rules to jumping and no on payed attention to that either. Again it was very fun and we had a great time. We are going to check other parks out tho.

We hosted a birthday party here a year ago, it was great. We went a couple months after that and again it was a great time, cool place. Now, if it continues it will be a complete dump within the next year where you are lucky if you get out uninjured. Everything is in disrepair. If one or two things were off I could pass it off, but not in this state. The flooring mats are all bubbling up and tearing, they just tape over the holes - there is lots of tape. The high bounce area is shut down. The moving bag on the ninja course is stuck and the rope is missing (how hard is it to replace a rope and use WD-40?) Most of the lighting and other effects are out in the mini-golf. All the helmets for jousting are broken to the point of being unwearable. a bunch of the dodgeballs are torn. Some of the kids equipment in the tower is broken. Worst of all, their drop zone where you jump onto a huge air bladder - has a canvas cover, but the cover is split right down the middle. I could easily see a little kid falling under the cover and getting stuck between that and the bladder and suffocating. Management needs to be replaced immediately. This is not an instance of waiting a couple days for spare parts, the facility is in full blown neglect, and no one is fixing anything. They get 2 stars because it could still be salvaged.

Fun for the kids, but they need to make more provision for the comfort of the adults who bring them there, pay their admission, and then have to sit around for hours while the kids play. Id probably bring my child quite often if it wasnt so uncomfortable for me.

We just had our sons 13th birthday party at Urban Air. This place is awesome. We had kids at the party from 6 to 17. Everyone had a blast. Make sure and order extra pizza if the adults are going to eat too. The pizza was really good and love that they served it with water instead of soda. We did the suite package deal for 10 kids, Im glad we did because all of the kids get unlimited everything. This place is great.

Really fun place to play, but the policy that we have to wear their logo socks feels like a Money making scam that isnt worth the money they make for the bad taste it leaves for customers experience. My favorite place to play with my kids is Bodies in Motion because they dont nickle and dime you. J

So much fun for the entire family! Extreme laughter and good times! Lots to do...pricing seems to be going up though.
