Very nice park. Clean, safe, friendly love it

This is a well taken care of 55 years and older retirement mobile home Community. It is currently Under New Management and there are a number of open Lots waiting to be filled. We visited family here and were happy because the community is gated and the residents are friendly.

Great neighborhood, clean and quiet. My grandmother lives here and I love visiting with her and her neighbors!

Management is terrible. They require the old people to make sure everything outside of there trailor is spic & span. Obviously this does not seem like a big deal, but this is a senior park & my grandparents are in their 80s. If they do not comply they will be fined. Also the owners raised the rent $100 last year & now are raising it again $50. My grandparents are on a fixed income & can barely afford food. Yes, the economy is getting more expensive, but how much more could it be costing the owner? Before the current manager they had one who was stealing the rent money from the tenants & tried saying they never paid, she went to jail for that. If my grandparents could take there trailor out they would, but they can not afford it.

The mobile park is very beautiful, clean and friendly. We had a get together with family and held it in the hall, it was a wonderful place. I like the way they had so many things for the tenants to do. I also loved the picture on the wall about GOD handeling your problems. I also felt safe there even though its next to the park. Thank you for such a nice place for our parents to live.

Very well managed Mobile Home Park. A gated entry,which lends security toThe tenants. I guess it was quiet and isnt that what you want when youre looking for a Home?

The current manager is amazing, great place to live and always kepted cleaned and updated.

Manager has anger issues and needs to retire from working entirely and has bad smoking habbit.

This is the best park in Merced, plus the manager Brenda really cares for her residents
