Quiet and beautifully kept up mobile home park.

2 years ago I rated 3 stars but Im changing to 4 stars now because of all the improvements management is constantly doing!

I have lived here for 42 years. I love all my neighbors and enjoy living here. Much has changed in the past 18 months and its only getting better as new management has taken over. Its a much safer and cleaner place now.

Managers are very nice and professional and the neighbors are really nice, it is a friendly place.

This is a place that I would not recommend to any one to anyone. I managed mobile home park and know the rules and regulations. I had a girlfriend there that I took care of for two and a half years as she battled cancer. She is an alcoholic and was taking to many pills she would do some things like get mad and call the police for no reason. They would come out but there were never any laws broken, no rules or regulations broken so they would leave. Some how they took it on themselves, the park manager and her assistant, to give my girlfriend a notice that if I was there they would evict her from the park. Her cancer came back and she had to start chemo again and needed me but the management refused to back down. She would sneak me in but with her illness she was so afraid they would evict her she was afraid for me to be there and afraid she was going to die there all alone. It caused problems with us and she was to ill to take them to court. They had no grounds for what they did and should be held accountable. We had not broken any laws or the rules there and she was afraid I would be arrested but I just called the Merced police dept. and they told me I didnt have to have a police officer present to get my stuff there and I could come and go to get my stuff any time I could and I was not breaking the law. Im totally disabled and can only do a little at a time and I have been doing without because my girlfriend was afraid I would be arrested and she would be evicted if I was to come there to get what I needed. This new management also went way over budget doing some things that do any good and was not needed, the rent went up and will again soon I am sure. They also allowed their friends to move a fift5h wheel in one of the spaces on the main street and made it look like a camp site while all the other spaces look like homes. I wouldnt live there.

Only there to look at a moble home thats for sale.

Love this place and the prices are right.

The manager harasses some tenants about small things while letting others do the same thing he harasses others about.
