Have family that lives here. Its a clean mobile home park. 90% of the homes are kept up very well. There are a few that could use some paint and up keep. But its still a nice little place.

Jim The park is wonderful but, the manger they have working for them is over board with the power of running the place. Carrying a baseball bat threatening people and discriminating against women saying their not allowed in the gym that, its only for the males. This man came to someones home like if he was on the task force.

My parents moved here a couple of years ago. A nice and quiet neighborhood to raise the kids. Theres an elementary school down the street and its less than a mile from the freeway exit. Plenty of empty spaces are available to set down a trailer.

I am writing an offer on a mobile home in this well maintained park for a client this week.

I had not been inside this mobile home park until just the other day. Its not your typical trailer park. The little yards are very well kept. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the fact that it was difficult for me to navigate through the park according to the numbers painted on the curb. The numbers are bright and well done, however.

Theres still a lot that needs to be done that can make it a better place, but all and all its a great place. Any management is better that horrible miserable Sandy. Some of the people arent very friendly and they drive to fast thru the little streets. But if someone cared enough it could be remedied.

I lived here for 25+ years and worked/managed it for 19 years. Just did a forced out retirement a month ago but life is okay, I was tired of hearing, I know. Loving retirement and looking forward to moving on. I miss the the days when The Laus owned it. As a non-employee, I would not live here by choice now. It is a 3+ star at best, never could force people to take pride. Sad, but it is going down fast. No park steals your home, pay the rent or get out M.Childers. and Corp decides if you are qualified not the manager. Corporations decide everything.

A senior citizens mobile home park recently cleaned up and affordable, small crimes like recycling theft or bicycle theft other than that close to downtown shopping, and really nice neighbors.

Ok trailer park, only because I had a couple chicks I was screwing there, the tweakers are pretty bad there. But I could go there get my rocks off and be on my way. Not a place to hang out

This place looks nice for affordable housing.

Dont ever move here! Sandy the manager stole my trailer and is impossible to work with shes a trailer park troll. My advice stay clear of this place
