Interesting history. I have lived in Memphis for 25 years, and did not even know this existed. Right on the edge of Beale Street, there is this significant historic space. Not very much to the park, but I am glad that I visited.
Very cool site to see met a very great guy.
Good place, its the ruins of an old church, just the columns, we gathered outside and worshiped
Nice quiet park near downtown area
I really only go there when Africa In April is going on but it is a nice little park. Big ups to the guy Robert Church.
Great park for daytime shade & relaxing while on/near Beale St.
Look out for crack heads, but the history of the place makes it worth a stroll, albeit a quick one
I love Outdoors worship service, and the sponsoring churches, downtown is the place to be on a Sundays afternoons, Durning warm months, winter I wish we could have indoor tent services at church park, Ive been attending since 2001 a relaxed, and conouius free, non profit,I feel safe at this place, police sub station just up street, Famous Beal street close by!
