Staff was nice and everything was clean. The seats are fancy new ones but are comfortable. Both straw dispensers didnt work. The employee was really nice trying to make them work. The butter dispenser at the do it yourself station was out. They refilled it quickly and happily when told. The popcorn is, well it is gross. It is a huge reason we go to the theater but this wasnt good. Like, at all. It tasted exactly like it came from one of those big christmas tins. It was weird.

Im up here now getting ready to check out Brian Banks. I havent been up here since they renovated. They did a hell of a job. The lobby is beatiful and so is the theater. The seats are comfortable but I wish that they recline. The popcorn is good(ask for lots of butter). I will come back again soon.

Worst movie theater Ive ever been to. Times online are not correct. You better call the theater ahead and check instead of checking online. Me and my 2 kids came here only to find that the time online was incorrect. My kids were so disappointed. The clerk and manager refused to sell us the tickets because it was 15 minutes past time rule. I will never come here again. First and last time I will ever disappoint my children like this.

They have renovated this theater and it is NICE! Ive always gone to Paradiso or Cordova, not trusting Wolfchase because of what its turning in to. Pleasantly surprised. I will be back.

This theater is in a large mall. One has to walk by many stores and people to get to the theater. The mall is popular. It may take awhile to get to it. It has stadium seating. The seats are regular not reclining. Thus it has probably not been remodeled recently. It is not ruined down. It is clean and kept up. There is no advanced seat reservations. Get there early enough to get the seats you want.

Clifton was really friendly and nice. He gave us a little overview of the theater and mall and was just genuinely nice which is rare. I do wish the seats were reclining seats but that’s just a small thing. The theater I was in seemed to be pretty clean too. Didn’t try anything to eat or drink so can’t speak on that. Will for sure be back ️

This was our second time going to this theater. I love the seats and the smaller theater size. We never have to wait long for snacks or tickets.

We had a horrible experience. The movie started 22 minutes late forcing us to leave 20 minutes before the movie ended to pick up our daughter from work. Wasted $40 just because these people cannot follow their schedule.

I love to come here, its always nice and clean. The customer service is always on point. Its quiet and Im always able to enjoy my movie.

As part of their renovation project for various Malco theaters, they redid the lobby and seats. It looks very clean and dark in there now. Due to limited space the self-serving kiosk is off to the side out of view. Which in my opinion should be the other way around to keep foot traffic moving.The lobby has the normal selection of concessions but they now have a grille. Once you order they will bring you the food.The seating is they large soft leather recliner type. Really enjoyed sitting in the seats. Had to fight relaxing to hard or risk falling asleep.Really enjoyed the theater and their renovations.

We were on vacation and wanted to see a movie while we were in Memphis! This movie theater was nice and spacious. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there was left over trash in the seats and on the floor from the movie goers before us. That was the only down side, otherwise everything was nice.

The AC it doesn’t work! Is humid and hot inside, I want a huge icy slushy in the collectible cup like I had today before in the Cordova location and they said NO! The customers are paying, so give them what they want! Is hot in here!!!!

It was so cool that Memphis was finally getting a theater that served beer... until they did.It became an odd “Sorry you ordered a beer, my Manager is in the back.” Kind of thing. Hoped it was growing pains. It wasn’t. It’s April. They’ve been doing this since last year. Maybe they didn’t get a license that allows more than a beer a movie? Why is it so weird to order beer here???It’s painfully awkward to have a dude with no management experience try to understand what drink you want after you’ve been waiting in line for 10 min to get a “manager” to pour it.Maybe just stop offering it?

It was very nice! I loved it.

The good: the theatre was clean, and the bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with tissue and paper towels. The theatre seats were comfy. The movie screen was huge and the sound was great.The bad: the theatre was freezing. Its January and in the 30s. My sister had to go back to her car to get her coat to wear inside. They do not serve fresh popcorn. It comes pre-popped in a plastic bag. Its not good, and its full of crumbs. The counter service is slow. The guys spent their down time playing on their phones and using profanity loud enough for patrons to hear.

Seats were comfortable, attendant was polite, popcorn was fresh.

I saw end game with my boyfriend today.We waited to see it so there wasnt so many people. As we all know too many people ruin theaters, and there is only so much the theater workers can do about it. We were 2 of maybe 10ish people in the theater. It was amazing! The people at the front were super nice, too. I have a knee problem and the sweet girl told me I couldnt take my drink in the theater, but allowed me to sit on the couch (I was an hour early and waiting on my boyfriend to pull the car around) and wait for him. The man taking tickets was also a very sweet gentleman. Id rather go there than Collierville anyday. Plus, wolfchase is cheaper. 2 thumbs up yall!

I came to this theater to watch the purge.And the doors were locked but we got in. According to there website they were playing it at 9:40. When walked in also with other people who came to see the movie there wasn’t a single employee. And we realized they weren’t playing it. So I traveled 1 hour away to see this and they didn’t play it but on ur website they were???

This theater has really improved. We go on $5.50 Tuesday night. Great staff too.

Movie was good, but the theater was cold enough to hang meat. First time in theater number 1. Next time Ill bring my parka.

Movie was good however the security guard working the VIP event was very rude an overly aggressive to specific patrons! Also the popcorn tasted as of it had be sitting for hours!

The renovations (April 2017) were done beautifully. Its got a very modern lounge feel and offers more food/beverage options (including beer). There was stadium seating with wide, pleather seats and moveable armrests. The small bathroom did not look updated, but it serves its purpose.Wear shoes with traction!! Floor was ice smooth in my ballet flats!

Enjoy going here. But the food is so expensive and was cold.

I wrote there for an advanced screening the staff was nice and the food is excellent. They changed the seating and it was comfortable and relaxing.

Nice environment to watch movies, great selection of food, snacks and beverages (including beer and wine ) with prices being fairly pricey. The seats were okay, but could have been a bit more comfortable.

Good cinema that originally was old, dirty and not kept well.Was originally slated to shut down but Malco gave life by remodeling the lobby and the seats.NOTICE: Screen 8 is the only screen with projectors in the entrance and exits with commercials and the new lights
