Its a beautiful, cute, and well kept park hidden on the outskirts of Marshfield. Lovely flowers, ponds and plenty of places to sit and even a hidden picnic area. Its small but still lots to see and plenty of various walking trails.

A decent little park hidden away behind Menards. 2 ponds for fishing, catch and release only. A public pavilion to rent out for parties and such. There is a small bathroom here as well. Plus a few walking trails through the woods around the backside of the park. I would recommend this place, however if it was a rainy day or night beforehand, youd probably want to wear boots or really old shoes. It can get muddy.

I ended up finding this park just as the leaves were changing color. It was gorgeous. It is small, but if you explore all of the trails you will end up walking a few miles. Definitely a nice little place to go to for a picnic or to just get out of the house. Also, there are benches in a shelter by the entrance and along some of the trails. There is also a secluded shelter back near the middle of the longest trail loop. Both of the shelters can be reserved.

Beautiful trails but the longest one is only 0.5 miles long. Its really nice if youre just looking for a relaxing stroll.

Great free place to go on a nice day! Our dog LOVES walking here and its a great place to get some exercise outside. We let her pick which way she wants to go. Very well maintained trails, although they get pretty muddy after it rains! The pavement path around the lake is a nice alternative when its muddy. They have dog waste containers and bags in multiple locations. We have seen lots of little kids fishing and lots of gatherings in the little pavilion.

Wonderful family park that includes 2 catch and release ponds for fishermen, flush toilets in the summer, a fantastic pavilion in the front, and 4 well marked, well kept up walking paths that wind through a small woods.

Very nice and maintained area. Clean pavilion to eat with windows on two sides to stop wind from blowing everything around. Single bathroom for each gender, but no child changing station that I saw. Catch and release fishing. Lots of walking trails, but the mosquitos can be bad, so bring bug spray. Overall very fun and quiet.

In Marshfield there isnt a lot to do in the city so we come here regularly to be near water. There are wooded and paved trails with various areas to sit. The pavilion is nice three sides enclosed and a large grill. We like the cat tail loop for walking the dogs. We dont make use of the wooded trails in the summer because her to g everyone sprayed down with but spray for a 10 min walk isnt worth it to us. The little ponds are great for kids to practice fishing. Also, fish food is available for a nickel.

Nicely managed nature resource. Trails bring me back to the time. I was wondering in woods and birds singing in the background. Green grasses filled out the space. Mushroom and wood ears popped out. Bright yellow wildflowers, purple bells, and cattail seem familiar to me.
