Lot of junk trailers and the pot holes are horrendous. Its the roughest road i have ever traveled! It will tear up your car fast. Not sure if they will fix it or not.

I love the place the Manger is a very nice person and will work with u if u ONLY talk to her she is my friend and down to earth

It needs new pavement its got pot holes everywhere and delivering papers is a challenge at times

Huge pot holes. The manager does nothing to take care of this place. I had new tires before I moved here and had to replace two of them within a week. She sleeps all day. Oh and don’t get me started on the rats!!

The roads are destroyed Hugh potholes all over. the playground is a death trap its falling apart and nothing is being done. The pool was open 3weeks last year and only 3days so far this year2017. Cant get anything fixed and I have standing water under my trailer. The sidewalks are crumbled concrete that at one time might have been a sidewalk. Only move to this place if u cant find a box to live in. This is a Slum Lords trailer park!!!

As an Oakridge Boys fan I really question whether the guys would like having this trailer park named after them.
