It got a lot better than it used to be 10 years ago its almost all new trailers now

Because I recommended my friend I thought this was a good place and it is not they overcharged him and he has got a mice infestation! He has told the park manager!! And the park manager is taking his time and not doing anything about it! They also dont like to fix things!! So you got a place here it is at your own risk!!

Seems to be keeping a steady good look for this type of housing.

I have a good friend who lives there, and his lot rent is high. Plus hes had all kinds of problems with management doing there part. Wouldnt recommend getting a trailer here. Just honest

Good neighbors, always there when you need them, they watch for people who do destruction, great bunch of people

Great place to rent

Not a good place to bring your kids! Way too many child molesters and pedophiles living their grounds are not maintained place looks really ran down.
