Decent place to live but the office does not care to enforce all of their rules mainly with animals not being able to be over 40 pounds and Ive seen dogs well over 50

Streets need work. Drainage in the main road is bad and it floods every time there is a significant amount of rain. Cars have been ruined by getting flooded out.Cant believe that you have to pay property taxes on top of lot rent... ridiculous! We dont own the property... they do. It should be taken care of (included in) with lot rent!

More pot holes than road. Floods every time in rains. Management is terrible. There are probably some bad tenants in any mobile home but good god why is everyone treated like trash there are plenty of better places to put your trailer or buy one. If you want to be somewhere with bad management just dont come home from work .

Its a quiet community, however, no one minds the speed limit and it doesnt seem to be enforced. Children live here and play outside which can be very dangerous for the families that live near the main road or those out for a spring walk.

Worst place on earth. Management is very rude inconsiderable, and insane. I recommend that you recommend never to live here.

Horrible tailor park! Takes away your rights as american. They try to controll everything! Quality is not good enough for the rules that are in place.

Not a bad little Mobile Home Park and its reasonable for a lot rent

They dont do any repairs on the roads but continue to raise the rent. Its hard to get them to do anything in the park.

Pot hole city

Im never sure if they ever have anything available out here. Theres never any signs and the office phone goes to voicemail a lot and my calls do not get returned but it seems like a quiet place.

The management micromanage your daily life there is zero freedom here simple things like growing veggies and have pets in a home I own are problems they drive around all day the rent is raised every few months and nothing changes for the better its like living in a prison

Very hard to find the place ur looking for.

Its a nasty place the manager dont know what hes doing out there its a hole in the ground all it is

They are ridiculous with rule and price of lot rent kids running everywhere and alot of stealing goes on

My job Ive been there several times places a little rundown older trailers

Very quiet and peaceful

Roads need to be fixed

Its a quiet place

This isnt my house

Seems like a nice place to live

They are paying for a pool and play ground that isnt there

Peaceful

They sell you a home and give you few weeks to fix the things they should of fixed
