Nice quiet location to live. Went to visit my mother. I can honestly say that the speed bumps are excessive and way too much in a short distance. They are more like curbs than anything. Wish they would fix that.

Cheapest & nicest mobile home park around.

After my parents divorced, we moved in here. At first I was terrified going from a $350,000 house to a mobile home. They are strict, and for a 16 year old kid that is a darn good thing. They keep it nice, they keep it quiet, and the management and folks who make sure everything is kept in good order deserve to be commended. As i think back now; it wasnt like any mobile home court it was like a home. From the staff to the neighbors. It is a great and safe place to live.

Hate the speed bumps, but I understand why they are there. Very clean. Very beautiful. Nest and tidy yards. Garbage free. Very impressed. I dont live there, but would highly recommend or would consider it

Great mobile home community

Seems like a nice Mobile home park, but too many speed bumps.

My family has used this for many family gatherings over the years. Its always nice and clean, nothing crazy or super fancy but a very nice place none the less.

Very pristine and for 60+ population mostly. Rent is $380 and going up. Can have up to 2 dogs and a cat.

Fair rules, super peaceful neighborhood. Ive lived in two other parks in town, this one by far has the friendliest staff.

Need work

Old people with money make up most of the people living here. Had a family member living here for years and never heard any complaints. Well maintained and clean.

The nicest mobile home community in Marion, bar none. Quiet & friendly. There have been a few bad apples breaking into cars at night, but otherwise the place is decent.
