Buyer beware!!! Basically, my cousin purchased an upright unit from these guys several weeks ago and hasn’t received anything. They claimed it was to ship on Friday, yet when you ask for a tracking number the owner goes silent and doesn’t answer the phone or respond to any emails. So I sent an email to Trifectus asking about a unit for sale on their website, and Lord and behold they responded. They want your money but it seems you will get nothing in return.

This dude is a ripoff, he took the money and has never delivered anything to my boys. I have contacted local law enforcement and we are pressing charges against him. BUYER BEWARE.
