Places a covid tax on all orders. Said it was a bowlero rule but other bowlero/amf dont have it!

We were at the bowling alley for a tournament and it couldnt have been a better experience. The tournament was well-run, the manager of operations Todd was a really nice guy and hard-working, the only issue I had there when the bathrooms could have been cleaner - you guys need to clean the walls in some of the stalls. The food was delicious and we had several things over the course of 2 days. We enjoyed the well-stocked Pro Shop, and the vending machines with bowling supplies in them. Every single employee that I spoke with was very courteous and very helpful. Thanks to everyone at bowlero for making it a fun visit. We look forward to more tournaments at bowlero locations, hope theyre all is good as this one.

It was good had a tournament there food prices were a little high though

The alley is a nice size but the social distance is not good at all.

This was a great place to bowl, I had a wonderful experience bowling there.

A little on the high end especially when we came at 2pm on a Wednesday. They got an arcade too. Food is good just expensive

It was freezing but my family and I had fun . Even though food and drink services were slow due to being under staffed not due to the employees. The employees really nice and helpful.

This was a very friendly and clean place. The staff is friendly as well. Prices are affordable and they have a bowling league if youre interested.

It was fun. The equipment is a bit older than other places, and the pricing was way higher than other places. Its good for convenience, but Im unlikely to go back due to the price.

Fun, exciting, versatile and family oriented

Went to this particular location a few weeks back with a church group enjoyed myself even my bowling skills is lacking actually havent bowed in year, clean facility inside and out plenty of fun for the the entire family or anyone, plenty of parking ad easy from two different roads.

Fun for kids although we couldnt redeem our game tokens and they were no help

A nice clean bowling alley. Gentleman at the desk polite and helpful. Went at 4:00 p.m. and it was not crowded. Special each day. Today we could bowl till 4 for $3.75 a game. They have other specials plus junior and adult leagues.

Great Bowling

My son and I started bowling here regularly a couple of months back. Good pro shop. If you are going to bowl any at all buy your own shoes and ball. Worth every cent.Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars if food was earlier in the day but no biggie, saves me $$

Poor service tonight, I ordered food and it was super super salty. Went back in line to get some thing to drink they took the person before me ordered, when it was my turn to order they said they were closed. Really really poor service. Also our lane was jammed I asked the guy that was standing at the counter in a camo sweater to assist he said “what’s wrong with it” I’m like I don’t know It’s stuck. He never left the counter or called anyone. Took about 5-8 mins before someone did something and still didn’t hear anything from anyone.

My Daughter loved her 12th Birthday party there. Thanks to the management team Awesome job.

DO NOT order the chicken fingers.. I ate here the other day expecting at least a decent bite to eat but that did not happen. It’s way overpriced and not even a combo anymore... The bowling is average. I don’t expect to come here again if I don’t have to.

Besides the bartender being rude everything went great. Next time he shouldnt give an attitude. My sister and I look younger than what we are but we are of legal age and when we asked for our drinks he straight up said no to us. And then asked to see our ID. He didnt receive tip nor did we want to continue buying more alcoholic beverages.

My family from out of town and chose to bowl on MLK day because the bowling listed online they closed at 12AM. We have been league bowlers her in the past and have not been here in over 5 years due to bad service. At the beginning of the 3rd game we were told they closed at 11p. I will not be back to Bowlero Austell and will continueto go to Delk rd.

Food nor lanes as good as Delk rd. But still had a great time.

They posted their holiday hours online,closing at midnight. My son who is in the military and his family were here visiting and he wanted to come here because we used to bowl leagues here. I met them after I got off work we paid for the special. Before we could finish one game which was around 11 the rude clerk said we close at 11, I just let you finish. We proceeded to show her online what hours they had posted and she said oh well were closing it must be a mistake. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed in the service here and plan to never return. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Definitely Delk Rd will receive my business from here on out.

Bowling has changed since I was young. Now its more fun and family friendly. Food and drink service at your lane. Non-smoking. Remember when bowling was smoky and everything had a sad yellow tinge? No more.Arcade, bar area, pool tables. And bowling. Look for deals on day/night of the week, time, etc. It seems theres always a little discount.

The place alright. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. We played 2 games of bowling with 6 people it ended up being $75.

Best bowling alley ever

Summer league sign up. Wonderful summer activity. 2 1/2 hrs of bowling for $10/kid every Saturday 10 wks. Staff is great. Place is clean. They coach the kids.

Expected the interior to be updated but it was old nothing like main event. I wish i took pictures. Had fun until they overcharged us one game. Almost 100$ for 3 games. Never going back!

Good bowling alley, however they were low on shoe sizes and bowling ball selections. The lanes look well-maintained. My biggest gripe of the evening was the food. I will ordered a monster burger and received a patty that was way less than monster. It looked like a kids cheeseburger and they forgot the toppings. Id say if you do go, go to enjoy the bowling and dont expect much from the food.

My family and I wanted to bowl here and one of the ladies’s that worked here had a really bad attitude. When asked how or when we could pay, she got sarcastic with us, thinking that we should’ve already known this. When we bowl, my mother likes to use the bumpers, so when we asked the lady to help us with this, she immediately got irritated with us and reluctantly helped as she sighed and complained. We got really bad service and definitely won’t be coming back.

Great place to bowl. They also have pool/billards and an arcade with a good variety of games. There customer service is also good as I had some friends coming as well. What had happened was one of my friends came late, luckily though, they were able to add him to our party without any hassle and within 3 minutes of him getting there.

Nice clean place. Hosted junior tournament. They were competent and well organized.The score keeping and pin setters seem to be ancient. Gutter bumpers are manual, so they are either up for everyone or down for everyone. They lose one star for that.In the small arcade area, they charge you to initially get a card. Its like they are taxing you to give them your money.I absolutely will not pay for the card itself. We will never play arcade games there.They lose two stars for being greedy.The chicken tenders were very good.I would have given 4 stars if they didnt steal your money to get arcade cards. Shame on them.

Still love this alley after all these years. One of the older established lanes, but the crowd is mixed and no craziness when I go. Whether I shoot pool or bowl, it never gets old.

Visited this place recently and purchased a Hammer RIPD from their pro shop. The man working in the shop seemed very knowledgeable and was very fast at getting my new ball drilled for me. Even gave me a free game. My daughter also had fun there and the lanes seem very well kept. I left one ball for baking since I havent bowled in a few years. I hope it helps get it back to where I had it when I first got it. I will be back again.

We love this place!! It is our new go to place for bowling. We used to go to Main Event but they are over priced. This place has all of the essentials at a reasonable price and the staff is so friendly!

Overpriced since changing from Brunswick. Almost 50 bucks for 3 people to bowl two games. Its crazy. They didnt update the place after bowlero bought it. They only did the front of the bowling lanes by the pins. TvS are so old and the place is way over priced for what you get.

We. Had. A. Blast. Wednesday night, spring break. 13+ people, two lanes, three hours. Good drink prices, the platters were tasty. Our only problem was whether or not the lanes were crooked or our game was that bad. One forgets how much fun it is to bowl!

Man our job family had a blast, really enjoyed ourselves.

Not super high quality, but very good customer service. I enjoyed myself while I was there.
