The staff was friendly. The menu prices at the restaurant were reasonable. I loved my server Jaquil (I think thats how it was spelled). She was very prompt and polite. My kids had a fun and exciting experience.

This was my first time going to Dave and Busters in Marietta. It started off VERY bad. I wanted to take my boys there for lunch and some time to play for my youngest birthday. We got there about 12:30. They only had 4 tables open and they were all taken. All the seats around the bar were taken. We had no place to sit and order food. The manager said she only had 1 waiter and there was a big party. So I decided to leave. I went out to my car and ordered food to go. While we were waiting we went back in and let the boys play some. By the time our to go order was ready, the BIG party that was there left and some tables opened up. I wish they could have handled the big party better. They knew about it ahead of time and should have had extra help. They almost lost our business completely but I didnt want to ruin my kids day. If I go back, Ill probably go to another location and try them out.

I love Dave & Busters but this one gets trashed pretty quickly! The bathrooms get to the point that you dont even want to use them because they are so nasty! Also, when youre in there like we were on a Saturday night....you might want to have more than 1 bartender in the Midway section. I waited for over a half an hour for change and then just ended up going up-front.

First time I ate somewhere and didnt take a picture of my food. The presentation was horrible. Best thing served was the water. My son wouldnt even eat the nachos and kids usually have a more simple palette compared to adults. The nacho chips were all overcooked the ingredients seemed to be pre rationed per nacho plate. We joked that my friends nacho plate was actually the remnants from another table. This friend who is known for eating anything even cold food from the fridge hated the nachos and he was under the influence. Drinks took over 40 minutes to come and we were literally 3 feet from the bar. One worker tried to coerce us into battling another girl for a table because we had been waiting over an our and she said we needed to come take it and the establishment couldnt handle that themselves. Man there were so many more additional issues including games not working but having no sign and after reporting no sign was added. We were taken to another game which also had issues and no sign saying it. The guy servicing us was sagging and smelled like feces, plus had on way oversized clothing he definitely didnt work there. So many more problems.

My family night out was truly amazing D&B thank you for having sanitizing stations including gloves....Awesome by me being in healthcare its nice to know your locations took the extra step to keep us safe... Last but certainly not the least....SARAH or severe was Fantastic... Thanks Sarah

We went there this past Saturday for a birthday party and it was a little weird. First, the mask requirement is not enforced at all. There were people all over the place not wearing masks and no employees trying to encourage them to be worn. Also, they mentioned cleaning games frequently but we didn’t see any staff doing any of that.After walking around the game area, the group finally got a seat in the food area and had awful service. After three attempts to order a lemonade for our daughter, the server brought other people drinks and never got hers. A couple sitting next to us never received their adult beverages either (over an hour). We had to leave the group early to get our child home. I asked for our check as he walked by and ironically enough he said “not yet, I need to get these people their drink orders.” Once we finally got the check (that included the drink we never received), he literally took the card reader from my hands (saying let me help) when it asked to rate your service so he could type in a 5 for himself.Overall, I give it 2 stars because the lady at the bar area gave 5 star service. Outside of her, the place isn’t that clean and the service isn’t good. You definitely can find a better way to spend your money and time these days.

I didnt feel the atmosphere at all. They didnt have no one at the door to insure social distancing. I asked the group behind us to do so, and they caught an attitude. Most people werent wearing their masks throughout the space. The bathrooms were deplorable. What I ordered was not good. In the end, my grandchildren had fun...

Havent been in awhile decided to go today. We waited and waited for someone to sit us we never saw anyone so we just sat ourselves. Waited and waited for our server to come to our table they never did and it was not crowded. We moved to a both in the game room area. We waited and waited someone finally came to our table. Our food was horrible the worst we have ever ate there and we have ate there many times. The waitress never came back to the table to refill our drinks she didnt bring us napkins. We never saw her again until she brought our ticket. We played some games. Many games my son tried to play didnt work. Games were out of order. And games continued to tare up. Not a joyfull night. Worst night we have ever spent there. Wont be going back for awhile. I would like to say the lady working the area where kids pick out prizes was very helpful and nice.And the bathrooms are awful not clean at all.

My go to spot for watching away games for the Jacksonville Jaguars (Im a season ticketholder that travels back for ALL home games). The atmosphere there and the drink specials are the reasons Ive been coming for over 20 yrs. My bartender is Tiffany; shes very friendly and prompt. Thanks for awesome service gal.

I dont to sound like Im complaining. But just some quality checks on some of the games is all, food and drinks, and cleanliness were great. But a few of the games light guns werent calibrated or working at all (the Tomb Raider game and Aliens game come to mind). Also the Fast Pitch (i think it was called) baseball throwing game displayed an Error message after credits were received, i walked by it again as we were leaving a few hours later and it was up to 11 credits.

Drinks on point. But me and guess were sceptical about playing the games with everyone else touching know they cant be wiped down after every guest. Buy they have gloves. So all good.

Good games for kid, expensive. And the absolute worst customer service in existence McDonald’s TSA airport check in all rate higher in customer service then Dave & Buster’s. If you have kids do not go at night the people can be a bit aggressive towards the little ones. The only decent time to take a kid here is when they first open up plan on staying an hour maybe two tops and get the heck out of there. If you go with low expectations for customer service politeness and just general kindness out of the staff you won’t be surprised.

Dave and Buster’s should be ashamed of themselves with this location. We came on a half off Wednesday, and most of the machines didn’t have any cards in them, several took our money and broke in the middle of the game, and the staff were rude. Do yourself a favor, and skip this location and go to Huntsville! Theirs is 1000x better.I will go on by saying, I love Dave and Buster’s and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at the Huntsville location in the past couple of months. It’s my Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday hang out spot.Despicable.

Our family went in the evening at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. No one was enforcing the mandatory 6 feet apart. There are way too many people in there and is definitely not by CDC standards for social distancing. In addition, they have no rules for tables in the back by the games. It’s basically first come, first serve. This isn’t good when two people are going at it about a table and there’s too many people to see the issue for servers to even deescalate.

When you want to get away have fun and just be a kid again this is a great spot you go play the video games

Took the family for my sons birthday. Glad I went early in the day wasnt packed. Kids enjoyed themselves.

Overall pretty good experience. The burger I had was pretty good. They do have protocols in place for social distancing along with mask requirements. However, the mask requirement didnt seem to be enforced very much by anyone because I saw SEVERAL people without one. They do have the games open and the games next to each other are unavailable to play for social distancing.

We had a wonderful time there. The staff and management team were very polite and it was a refreshing experience especially with all the things going on in 2020. There was space between games and they had hand sanitizer and gloves for the public. Almost everyone was wearing a mask and the other patrons werent that bad either.

First bartender was polite and cool and made my drinks amazing. Second was ghetto and assumed I was gonna tip her bad service and didnt bring my change back. Wasnt concerned BC I could tell by her service she needed that 3$. If she would atleast smile I would have kept coming back for more drink and gave more tips. Games were fun tho prizes were few. This is a nice Dave and Busters so service should match.

It was clean, had alot of games opened. The amount of tickets you get on ticket games is pitiful. Food was good, the nachos were awesome, would highly recommend them.

Always a great time!! On a Monday you have the buy an Entree for $20 get a $10 power up card, but for $8 you can add free gameplay card and play all the blue games for free. Now if you like points you can add a $20 power up card for another $8. So in total you get everything for around $36! And can play all day!! I uploaded some videos and pics for you to enjoy. Hope it gives y’all a better feel for what the new games look like. If it has a green light it uses power up cards and collects tickets. If the light is blue it’s not tickets, you get free play instead.

Really enjoyed my time here! We played so many games but never ran out of tokens on the card. Had an awesome time and really liked that theyre were so many hand sanitation stations around the game room.

Always a fun time and great experience at D&B. Food is delicious. Just be prepared to wait for the food. Great variety and selection for all ages, tastes, and needs. HUGE screens for game watching and fun! TONS of games in the midway. Be prepared to spend some money for the full experience though. It is worth it for a family splurge or fun with a group.

We had a blast I brought my 13-year-old here she had a fun time if you go online and download the mobile app you’ll get half off your purchase of game tickets. And they’ve got specials Thursday Sunday and Monday night football game night as well. We had a good time I got the $29 deal they gave us about 170 points to spend which lasted around an hour but at the end we gained 1000 tickets and we cash those tickets in for a appetizer. They have appetizers from 500 tickets to 1000 tickets so not a bad deal if you think about an hour of playtime for two people and a free appetizer for $29. Next time I will download the app and get half price on the gaming tickets.I also will bring my five-year-old and two-year-old along with us because they will have a blast with the games in the food and it will be half the price because I learn how to download the app and get tickets cheaper I hope you enjoy this it’s a fun place bring the family and they’re open seven days a week from the morning till late at night.

I had a blast! There were so many fun games, plenty of space, great prizes, and delicious food. The staff really keeps the place clean unlike chuck e cheeses, but I wouldnt compare the two anyway because Dave&busters is light years beyond chuck e cheeses. Even with the parking lot full, the place doesnt seem that crowded. They have the best burgers with perfectly cooked patties and fresh toppings.

I’ve been to this location before and had poor service. I swore I wasn’t returning; however my kids wanted to come today and I received the best service ever. My host Imari was very attentive and provided professional service. He did not disappoint! Thanks Imari.

Great for Food and Fun. But please, If you love your self, stay away from the impossible burger. I tried it because I figured I would give the vegan burger a shot. That burger had so much sodium that the next time I had a check up the physician said I could be a Candidate for pre hypertension. Avoid the impossible burger at all cost but beside that, this is a great place.

Fun place, great food and drinks. Attended end of the year holiday party for my job. Everyone enjoyed the get together. The servers and bartender was very nice.

Enjoyed my visit here. There were many games to play and the crowd was reasonable. The game room staff was on top of making sure the games were working and nothing was out of order for too long. The wait time for a table in the dining was a little long but theyll text you when your table is ready. The dining service was great and the food was well prepared. They also had some pretty nice prizes available.

Theyre pretty far away from my normal hangout areas, but well worth the drive. Food was delicious and quick. The drinks at the bar were amazing. That new VR game is intense. Definitely do the Jurassic World one!

I dont know where to start.1. We had a party of 14 and was given a 45 minute wait time in a pretty empty restaurant.2. We were told that the wait was long due no server staff but there were 4 hosts at the front engaging in conversation and occasionally checking their phones.3. THERE WAS NO MANAGEMENT TO BE FOUND TO ASSIST THEIR SHORT STAFF NOR TO SPEAK WITH US.4. When they finally sat us 55 minutes later, we had to wait 18 minutes for a server to acknowledge us.5. One server told us that they were having a meeting about who was going to serve us.6. We were tired of waiting and decided to go to the bar and order our food... ALL 14 OF US!!!7. You cannot (for whatever reason) order Catina Nachos and add shrimp to them.8. It took 30 minutes for them to figure out that they didnt have linguine.9. Finally met the manager who was not a great deal of help. She didnt take responsibility for any of the issues that occurred. She deflected to her staff.The one thing good about this was the gracious bartender who served us all.

The bar service is quite literally the worst service I have ever received. Honestly, it’s astonishing how bad it is. They have 4 people behind the bar, maybe 7 customers at the bar, and still take no less than 15 minutes to acknowledge you, followed by another 15 minutes to give you said order.

I felt like I had to wait at these front door until I paid for tickets/tokens and food. Come to find out I could have went to the dining area and bypass the wait for tokens.The food server was friendly, but lacked getting drinks and check in a timely manner. He did take us to play area and explained the process and allowed us a free round of play.Bathrooms were ok, but needed some care especially since it was early in the day.The token guy at the counter, when we first came in, said our server could help us purchase the tokens, the server told me I could get them at the kiosk, and the kiosk wouldnt allow me to us a military discount, so I had to wait back in line at the front.Most games were in good working condition.Food was great!Now I understand the process, I would enjoy more the next time around.

Overall what you would expect for a Dave and Busters. It’s clean for the most part. The tables can be sticky and the games are usually in good shape. Food overall is what you would expect for bar food. High calories but decent flavor.Customer service is where this place could use some help. On two different occasions we’ve tried to ask for assistance in using the rewards that are printed on the receipts. Experience 1: we were told by manager that it wasn’t allowed on a 1/2 price Wednesday. Experience 2: manager said we needed to enter a check code and walked off with no other instructions. Tried to find where to enter it and no answer was found and none of the counter employees knew how to enter it. After 30+ minutes and trying to wait for the same manager I gave up.We will be back because we have kids, but they could improve on the customer service and knowledge of their business.

Drove from Florida to check it out for the first time since we were going to Atlanta and it was nice to be able to play games in a nice, fun and clean environment! Tim the manager was beyond polite and professional along with the bartender.

I love the atmosphere and the bartender was very friendly. My issue was that the food that came out was mine, but they gave it to another customer because they had ordered the same thing, but I was waiting about an hour for my food. I don’t mind waiting, but it was very disappointing when my food was given to another patron. The men’s bathroom is disgusting and smells like pee. I will definitely come back, but it would be nice if they cleaned the place up a little bit and found out a better way to serve the people at the bar.

Food was surprisingly good (First Dave and Busters visit) The avacado toast was amazing. The service started okay but got worse as the visit progressed. Another customer was making a scene so it was understandable to be distracted for a little bit but it took as long to pay our check as it had to order, receive, and eat our food.The games section was incredibly loud and a bit much for my and my partners tastes so we opted to head home instead. There are better games bar/restaurants in the Atlanta area but this could be better on a slow night possibly.

Great atmosphere. Need more bartenders for the crowd, saw several people waiting to be served walk away. Did not like the help we didnt received at the admissions counter. Young lady needs more training on how the purchases should work. We paid for the card online but wasnt informed that all phones didnt work with their game reader, this is after trying for twenty minutes. We had to go back to the counter, stand in line again to have our online card transfered to a physical card, an hour gone. Had fun once this was over with. When to another bar and same issues,understaffed. Oh well, we just sat and waited for her to get caught up to take our drink order. Did not order food, but wanted to be didnt know how long that wait would be. Overall great place.
