We came to studio movie grill yesterday afternoon 10/25/20 for the 3:45 pm showing of the Stevie Nicks 24k gold concert movie. I purchased the tickets online and this was the closest theater showing this concert/movie as we drove from an hour away,so I selected it. We were greeted by a Very friendly hostess at the door who helped us on our way and helped us on what to do seeing we havent been there before. Our experience was amazing!! The Studio Movie Grill is an awesome place to go and would recommend this to anyone. It seemed like more of an adult atmosphere but is completely family friendly and to have food or drink served to you at your seat was really cool. We do not have any theaters that do that where we live so that was a cool added amenity. We will definitely be back for more even with the drive. 5 Big stars and more for you all !!!!

This place was not Studio Movie Grill. The good drinks come from Andretti and the Chocolate Covered Grapes and Candy covered GrapesCome from @Spark_lingsweets and all was Delicious

We had such a nice time at our movie event. Movie Studio Grill was so accommodating to our party. The entire serving staff was awesome. We will definitely return for future events.

Love the movie and the place, but the service was really slow and its not like they are busy. It took 20 minutes to bring our popcorn and then another 10 minutes for our coke. So all together 30 minutes for our small order. We really loved the theater and we will be back hopefully we will get a different server next time

It’s a hit and miss here. Ticket price and seating are fine. Food is blah. Popcorn can come out buttery and hot. Then again cold and bland. Soda can be good with just amount of fizz. Then again its flat. Same with food. Its the movies. I don’t expect a fine dining experience *shrug*

I love it! Comfortable, reclining seats with a small table top attached for eating real food. The food is really good and priced reasonably. You can even order alcoholic beverages. Its all brought to you at your seat. On top of all of this, the tickets are less than my local AMC and Regal Cinemas. Give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

Very nice establishment, very lovely inside. Just dont order those nasty nacho chips they taste burnt. Also the queso dip is really cheddar based it was nasty too. Overall good time with my husband.

If have given it 4 stars since the service is great, albeit slow, but since covid theyve gotten rid of all my favorite things to eat on the menu.

Nice staff, good food, and clean environment.There werent a lot of customers here today. If the staff and kitchen can keep this up with a full theater, this place has a bright future.Side note that isnt related to this particular location...the menu on the mobile app wouldnt communicate with the server, so we wound up having to call the attendant to take our food order. Once the app wrinkles get worked out, this will be a fantastic place to take dates, family, and friends. That will push it to 5 stars for me.

Went with friends for a private screening of Frankenstein in honor of the Halloween season. It was nice to clap/yell for favorite stars and applaud great lines. We supplied the Blu-ray which looked and sounded fantastic on their big screen. They require masks in theater lobby and hallways and distanced seating. They have all, large, like-new recliners with swing-across-your-lap trays/cupholders, a full bar, and a snack/dinner menu. All we had to do was sit down. Wait staff took orders for drinks/food/popcorn, brought our food and brought individual checks at movies end. A fantastic time with friends for about the price of a movie ticket plus the meal. A unique, out of the house, experience with friends.

So this could have been a 5 star review, but during our movie some of the staff were talking very loudly in the little room under the seats that is right there when you walk into the theater. So that was annoying. We went to see Tenet. Besides that, the experience was awesome. There was only a hanful of people there, the staff bringing in food and handling drinks were awesome, the seats are comfortable and it is a nice spot. We will give them another chance.

My boyfriend and I came to see a movie scheduled for 8:45pm but when we arrived (8:30 pm) they let us know at the door that the movie was moved to 8:15pm and that we weren’t allowed in. We were told that after the last movie starts playing they are “closed.” Employees seemed like they didn’t care. I don’t think it’s fair to randomly move around movie times. They could’ve used a better excuse like “we’ve reached seating capacity due to Covid-19” but nah lol ....

This is the perfect time to see a movie. There is no crowd so its easy to socially distance when you choose your seat. Also since the crowds are low you get your food hot and timely which hardly happened for us before this pandemic.

My favorite movie theater i love the staff and the feel of the whole place manager also makes sure we was taken care of and my goal is to be regular like on the show cheers...where everyone knows your name

Been here about 4 times, everytime I come with my husband we spend around $90-$100, so considering that it would be nice to get Atleast 1 refill before having them tell me the kitchen is closed literally 5 minutes after we get our food, happens everytime, smh they need to do better seriously,

Pros: The seating is awesome, theres no need to worry about leg room or others using your chair as a foot rest. Food was great. Popcorn had dill on it, what a great touch!Cons: My MIL and I asked for refills on our drinks but we never received them. We were patient and tried to be understanding that it was a busy night. The special was 2 for $28 and not clearly stated what was included. We thought it was an appetizer, 2 enterees, and a dessert, but you had to pay extra for the dessert. Poorly communicated and advertised.Overall, wed come here again, but during a less busy time.

What can I say. I am now spoiled for movie theaters. The staff was extremely nice. My family and I were surprised at how good the food was. We all ordered something different and loved it. The chairs were supper comfortable and you had space to sit and relax. The temperature was kept good. We will definitely be seeing our movies from here now on

You cant beat pressing a button for service and not having to get up while watching a movie. The staff is friendly, the service is great, and the food is amazing.

Wonderful experience! The entire staff is super friendly and helpful! I have visited this location and every time its been one of the best movie experiences you could want! The last time I visited there was a little issue with my appetizer but the waiter was very friendly and helpful and I received it without any further problem. I highly recommend this place!

We arrived at 6 pm. Good concept for movie and dinner. One could order at the bar or in the theatre. I would recommend ordering in the theater if time is allowed. Wherever the order is placed, the tab must be paid at that timeWhen we arrived, the bar was under staff with only one person. Approximately, 35 minutes later two staff members arrived along with another staff member who appeared to be training.We ordered the classic burger and ribs which were good. The fries were cold not even warm.

Not a good first experience. My idea of watching a movie in a theater vs home is the ambiance. Big screen, good sound AND no distractions. The last part is not there at Studio Movie Grill.. You keep hearing paper noises when people around you eat their food.. You better have a numb nose if the person near you orders something garlicky.. The waiters keep moving around to take food and drink orders.. Then arrive with the food.. Then the check.. With brightly lit mobile devices in hand.. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the theater, just that the concept doesnt work for me. Sorry Studio Movie Grill..

Great Place... Great People... Loved It....

Love the reclining chairs and the cup holders on the tray that goes in front of you. The waiters are pretty prompt and do their best not to disturb movie goers. They put a card on file for you before the movie starts as soon as you order. Saves time later. A nice selection with a great option for people in pairs. Drinks good too but a couple of the mixed drinks are more sugar than drink. Overall, I still give it 5 stars. Its the only theater I go to now.

We enjoyed our trip to the Studio Movie Grill. We like going there because they have gluten-free pizza for me. The only drawback is that my being short made it difficult to push the recliner back. It would be really nice if you could push a button or pull a lever and it would automatically open up. The waitress was friendly and sweet. The bathrooms were clean.

Best place in Atlanta to see a movie. Food is good good and the service is prompt. Full bar for anything you might want to drink, and all you have to do is hit a button and they will come to you the whole movie. Better than other dine in theaters Ive been to.

The food is alright and the viewing experience is good, but all three times that Ive been, theyve managed to mess up the billing somehow. First time, they tried to give my buddy the ticket for the couple who was also on our row, which was more than twice the value of the food that we ordered. The second time, they double charged two out of three items. The most recent time, they neglected to bring two items we ordered, but still managed to charge us for them. Overall the experience is fine as a theatre, but be wary when its time to pay.

Nice alternative to the traditional movie theater setting. There is a full service bar and great food choices. The food is not the best, but I love the popcorn, and ask for extra butter. The chairs are very comfortable and have an option to recline. The sound quality in the theaters are awesome and will not disappoint. The staff is friendly and you get your orders pretty quick. Definitely a great date location, but also good for the entire family.

Came to studio movie grill we all ready had bought tickets online to find out that it was already closed and it said it was open online there was not any signs on the door or anything and there was people wondering what was going on not just us.

I was excited to try this place as I never had a meal like dinner at the movies.

This is great for a date night. Working and balancing a family can be tough so a night out with dinner and a movie can be more time than some parents can take. This is a good solution, clean, nice setting to just laugh and have fun, best part is you can order from you seat and even get that refill during the movie without missing anything.

Upscale movie theater. I was impressed when I visited yesterday for the first time to watch widows. I was really pleased with the service. I did not have to wait in line to place an order. I placed my order from the comfort of my recliner by pushing a buzzer on my food tray. I felt pampered. After working so hard it felt great to kick back and to relax with good food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this place. Also the staff was pleasant and professional.

I prefer the location in Marietta. It is clean and prompt and Duluth is the opposite. I love that food is brought to you throughout the movie so that you don’t have to leave your seat. Tickets are a decent price especially on certain days. The chairs are super comfortable and there is a police presence for added safety.

My family decided to go to see two movies. My son and I went to Ford v Ferrari, and my wife took my daughter to see Frozen 2.We went at 6:30pm intending to have dinner.They did not bring my wife dinner...at all. Never. Not even after being reminded.I had to ask our server 3 times to remind them of my order. I was finally brought at least 1 hr after the order was made.It was a Sunday night and not crowded. The servers simply do not care.It defeats the whole point of coming to a movie with dinner when you do not receive your dinner and you leave at 9:30pm starving.This isnt the first time weve had poor service, but at least the last time it was crowded.We will not be coming back to this theater.

Ok so Studio Movie Grill is dinner and a movie under one roof essentially. A spacious lobby area offers a full bar and large screen televisions similar to what conventional sports bars would offer.I only had drinks here but I cannot critiquethe food because I didnt eat from the menu.Studio Movie Grill has a full sized commercial kitchen and a menu with appetizers and entrees. SMG is not the cheapest place to eat in Atlanta.I would describe it as an upscale experience and the prices for items on the menu reflect that.Once you are seated in the theatre area prior to the movie you can order items from the menu and your order will be brought to your seat.Sears in the theatre recline and mini tablesare attached to the seat.The only reason for my.4 star rating is that waitresses buzz by during the course of the movie blocking your view of the movie momentarily but also during critical scenes!In any case I highly recommended the Studio Movie Grill for an evening out.

Came here after a very bad experience with another movie/dining competitor (Movie Tavern). Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Clean facility, good food, and excellent service are to found here. Oh...and less expensive. We will be coming here exclusively from now on.

Its typically a hit or miss with this place. This time was a miss. The show was at 4:30 we were not seated until around 10 minutes after 5:00. Once we were seated the screen was on pause for an additional 20 minutes. My husband and I have been several times because of the atmosphere not the service. We have at times waited until the end of the movie, without receiving any food. So this time my husband and I made a bet. We ordered French Fries and 2 drinks. He bet that the French Fries wouldnt come out. I bet that they would. The fries came out but my drink didnt show up until the movie was almost over. Im not sure whats going on behind the scenes, but we definitely dont show up hungry anymore.

My husband and I enjoy the movie theater itself and the service used to be great but the last four times they have messed up on the dining side: once I straight up didnt get my food, the second time we got the $30 deal where you get an app and two entrees or whatever - his never came out so they had to refund part of it later, the 3rd time we only ordered cookies...it is literally a plate of like 5 or 6 cookies and they didnt come until an hour into the movie (these were all ordered before the previews started). Our most current issue was when I ordered a drink about 45 minutes before the end of the movie and it never came. They brought a check (you give your credit card when you order), but luckily the server noticed our drink had never arrived. My recommendation is to order at the bar before the movie if you can. Again the theater itself has nice, comfortable seats and it is clean. It also costs less than AMC.

The bathroom looked like a war zone. When I flushed the toilet, water started coming up from the handle area.The frozen strawberry margarita was delicious. The $4 upcharge for the strawberry flavor - not so much (we had a pitcher). The nachos had a lot of potential but they were cold. Like sitting somewhere other than the kitchen for 30 min cold. The chicken tenders and fries were much better.

This food is hit or miss... sometimes it is really good comes out hot and there is no problem while other times it comes out cold and doesnt taste very well.. food is expensive but the ticket prices are reasonable. Have always had friendly service

Normally I would give them 5 stars but on this particular visit we had to ask 5 times for a drink. Im not sure what was going on but it has never been this way in the past. Maybe just a busier day than usual or it could be the time of day we went, but we shouldnt have had to ask that many times for a drink when the rest of our order came out in record time.

The place is nice and the chairs are comfortable. But the service was...eh. I went on Christmas Eve and the theater was full but no one approached me for service and I was one of the first people there. Maybe because I was alone? They still should have...My food was given to the wrong person and then even after personally asking someone for my check, I still never received it. At the end of the movie I went to the manager and told him about my experience and he took care of my entire food bill. Hes the reason why I provided an extra star.

Weve been twice in past three days. Yes, there will be a learning curve for the staff, but their enthusiasm is infectious. We met management members Wayne and Sean, both of which wanted to ensure our satisfaction- very professional and super nice. Love assigned seats, set far apart, audio and video quality was top notch. We will be back for sure. Recommendations: house red wine, chicken tenders, pizza

Really Great going in, watching a movie and having something to eat.

This place never disappoints me! I have been here many times, and yes, on the weekends the food takes a bit longer, its understandable. I would never give a bad review for ONE bad experience out of the many WONDERFUL ones Ive had. My suggestion is going online and selecting your seats a day before you want to see the movie. On Tuesday the tickets are only $5, but the theaters get full FAST. If you do have a bad experience, I suggest going to a manager or staff member not here on google because they are always willing to make things right... they are awesome!

This location is really bad with customer service. I’ve tired this location several times and every time, the customer service is horrible. I never get my complete order. The servers never check back, even when you press the service button. When they finally come back and you still never get everything you ask for. They don’t even bring your check at the end of the movie. You have to chase someone down. The worst part about it is that I go during times where I’m either the only one in the theater or there are very little people in the theater. There needs to be some serious training going on at this place. I really hope the other locations aren’t this bad, but I think I will go back to a regular movie theater.

My family and I have visited this location several times. The service has always been great, up until 12/7/19. We were excited to see the movie and even more excited about the food and drinks we planned on enjoying. What a big disappointment. I’ve never had service like this and it has my family and I thinking twice before going there again. Youseff(I think that was her name) she greeted us when we took our seats, acted somewhat professional, took our food and drink orders, and we never saw her again. It was 3 of us and the food isn’t cheap. We got an appetizer and it was the last thing to arrive, cold, hard ribs, a cold burger, and a pizza that was burnt almost to a crisp. What a big disappointment. We’ve enjoyed this place but the money we spent and the service we got was not acceptable at all. It is my hopes that Studio Movie and Grill will do better, I know it can be better. I wanted to give one star but my daughter did enjoy her drink. Please do better for all of us.

Movie theater is nice and clean. Seats are really comfortable but the food takes a while to come out DEPENDING on how busy it is. Ordered the BBQ Cheddar cheese bacon burger and it was tasty.

Well to start it off,The person who checks the tickets (in my case a short young lady) was very rude and didn’t hand me a menu. She just hold a couple of them in her hand and made us reach for them, instead of handing them to use.Next the chairs and they are pretty big and spacious but wish the reclined a bit back more. Are server was really nice, but doesn’t take away from the fact that my food came out before my drinks. Appetizers came out at the same time as my burger, forgot the briskest on the crispy potatoes, completely forgot my hummus and to top it off the food wasn’t hot.Great location, but I would recommend going some where else.

My husband and I have been several times and so far it was great but this time it was absolutely horrible. We sat down in the theater bout 30 minutes before start time so we could get our beverages before the movie started and then add food after we got our beverages well it didnt happen that this time at all. The movie start time was at 5pm we got sat down in the theater at 430pm. We pushed our button finally 10 minutes later finally someone came then we ordered our beer at around 440. Well the previews started folks started coming in and 20 minutes went by. My husband was getting little anxious that he or I had not gotten our beer when we were seeing folks get their dang food. Well I heard the waitress call bout our beers. 30 minutes went by and nothing so by the 40 minute mark my husband hits his button the waitress comes by and is upset we dont have our beer. Well finally 45 minutes later we get out beer! Our food came out very quickly after we got our beer but still a 45 minute wait for beer is absolutely ridiculous! Highly unusual for us to have this bad of service however we will try this place again. I just wanted others to beware maybe order your alcoholic beverage at the bar before you go sit in the theater.

Sound quality of the movie was subpar. I sat at the back of the theater and it was difficult to hear the background music that was played within the movie. The service and food was also not great. My food arrived cold and without utensils. My neighbor who ordered the same thing but after me received her food 30 minutes before I received mine. I was never brought a drink even though I specifically requested water. The waitstaff was very distracting throughout the movie going around asking questions even when no one had requested service. The seats were very difficult to recline and took a decent amount of strength. I had to get up and help my friend who was with me to get her seat to recline and even with both of us pushing it was still hard to get the seat to recline. Overall, I have been to several movie theaters with a similar dining concept and I would not rank this one high on my list. I would have eaten before I went and would have chosen seats much closer with the hope of better sound quality.

The theater is nice, with comfortable seats and the ambiance is lovely. The bartenders are awesome, however the food movie service is sub par at best. YASMINE who is the manager of the food, I am assuming over the theaters, is awful at customer service and rude as hell. We didn’t get our entree until 10 minutes before the movie ended. We ordered the 2 meals for $28 special which includes an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. They tried to deliver the appetizer twice, in which we told them we had not received our entree yet. When they finally delivered our food 10 minutes BEFORE THE MOVIE ENDED, I calmly told our server that we wouldn’t pay for the meal. We had only received the appetizer portion of it. When they brought our entree out we were so upset that we didn’t eat much of the meal except some of the fries and we never even got to our dessert. The service was so atrocious that there was no way I would pay for it. The server reported to Yasmine that we said we wouldn’t pay for it. She marched herself up where we were WITH A POLICEMAN and began to be very rude trying to make us feel like WE had done something wrong!!! I calmly explained to her that we had not received our food until 10 minutes prior. She began to TELL ME that I was wrong because she claimed she was standing by the door and she didn’t see anyone bring us food so we must have gotten it before she got to the door. When that explanation didn’t fly with me, then she said well, you still consumed food...meaning the appetizer(cheese fries) and fries that my boyfriend had consumed on his entree. I had eaten very few fries on my entree. But she was adamant that we needed to pay for the appetizer which was cheese fries and the fries that were consumed from our entree. No apologies for the slow service, no offer for compensation, no nothing except a bill for some fries. The server did apologize after she left and he brought us the bill. Listen to the reviews. We didn’t, even though there are plenty that talk about the orders being messed up and such, much to our detriment. Very disappointing. We won’t patronize this location again and I suggest you don’t either because if there is a problem there will be no empathy and you will be met with a policeman and hostility.

Service was very very slow. The staff was cheerful and the food was fine, but the speed at which the food came definitely colored the experience. They also wont allow delayed ordering as is allowed at the Holcomb Bridge location. The facility is pretty, but the service leaves much to be desired.

Sweet tea wasnt sweet. I asked for extra ketchup and never received it. Server we had couldve been more friendly/social. But other than that it was GREAT!

I had great expectations about seeing the rise of skywalker at Studio Movie Grill in Marietta GA with my family. However, the service was not good and the chairs we were sitting in were covered with food crumbs. My son and I were a with a group of 9 family members. He and I ordered first and paid separately but our appetizers never arrived and out of all our family’s orders our food arrived very late and not hot . I did explain this to our waiter and he said the kitchen was all messed up! This did not make me feel better about spending over $60 just on the food. I won’t be rushing back to this place.

If I could give negative stars that would be my choice. Unfortunately, there were absolutely no seating at AMC on Christmas day so this is what we settled for. Terrible!!! The customer service does not exist and to seat someone 5 minutes before their movie expecting them to order food is a recipe for disaster. But this is how they operate at the Marietta location. Thank goodness I wasnt going to order food.

My family has been to several studio movie grill locations and love that we can dine and watch in one venue. The decor at this location is outstanding but service is poor. While the crew is all young and very polite, they lack in service. When our order came, we received no utensils or napkins. Getting those took an extra 10 minutes. When ordering, I had asked for extra extra pickles on my sliders. They put exactly 1 on each and charged me $2 extra. It also didnt have any condiments. Waiting for mayo and ketchup (another 12 minutes). My food was cold by the time I ate it. My daughters mac and cheese was awful. No flavor, milky almost with no cheese. Lastly and most importantly, each time I asked for a correction, not a single person apologized. They all gave an attitude. Come on now, youre in the service industry. You know better than that.

My favorite theater, good food, lots of space (the seats arent crammed together), clean and contemporary. Used to have issues getting a to go box but the staff have definitely stepped up and are working harder to check on people. I always choose this theater when I am making movie plans for my family, friends and myself.

Hummus and quesadillas may be my new movie favorites.Our chicken quesadilla was huge and outstanding, stuffed with a full chicken breast. The hummus was accompanied by a large seasoned flat bread that was fast and filling.Seats were comfortable and service was good. Our food and beverages were only slightly more expensive than we would have paid at a casual dining restaurant.

The night could have been better. It took an hour to get our food and we didnt receive our appetizer until we were almost finished with our food. The bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I use to work in a movie theater and we always had someone in the bathroom constantly cleaning. For this theater to be as new as it is its still alot of of training that needs to be done. Customer service was good. Please please please clean those bathrooms.

I love coming here because the seats are comfortable and the environment is cool BUT everytime I come here and order food, my food NEVER comes out how I ordered it. I have to send it back 2 or 3 times. And then they still have the nerve to charge me full price. There have been times when I just order a drink and it takes forever to come or it may not come at all. The order takes and kitchen staff really need to tighten up because its embarrassing when I bring people with me and I tell them that this is a great place and they have problems with their food as well.

I love going to the movies here but the food needs a serious overhaul. The black bean burgers tastes so bland. This is the second time I have gotten it and its awful. A spicy sauce or something please lol! The pizza is basic at best. The staff are always great and the theater is beautiful and well maintained but the food is pretty bad for the price and when thats your main draw you may want to fix that!

This theater is definitely not for the movie lovers. It’s really disturbing people ordering food and waitress serving them middle of the movie. You can’t enjoy the movie completely. I definitely don’t recommend this place for movie lovers. People here don’t even watch movie they just eat eat and eat. I recommend management takes the food order and serve the food before the movie begins. Customer service and Management is excellent.Place is clean, neat and staff are friendly.

Great idea, foods pretty good too. But dang they do not know how to handle a large influx of people. Avoid if you think its going to be a busy night or youll feel like youre in the airport with a delayed flight.

I usually like this movie, until my recent visit there Thanksgiving week on a Tuesday night to the last showing of Ford vs Ferrari, since we knew it was late we went simple, I asked for a sprite,and my date asked for an ice tea and medium popcorn with butter, thats simple and cant get messed up so we thought.Well when I got my drink it tasted like club soda, I told one server that my Sprite tastes like club soda and she made me aware that it was sierra mist, I do not like Sierra mist and if Id known thats what I was getting I wouldve ordered something different. Anyway this server didnt take the drink to change it so after about 10 minutes I called for another server who came within 5 minutes and told her my drink tasted like club soda, and asked for an Arnold Palmer. While going thru this with my ONE drink my date got his ice tea, and popcorn he offered me some of his drink which I took and it was warm, along with the popcorn being stale and butterless. My Arnold Palmer finally came and it was cold but watery, barely sweet, and very sour. By this point I was so disappointed with the service I didnt even bother saying anything all I could think was how do u mess up 2 drinks and popcorn??? Then to make matters worst after the movie was done I didnt see any staff members in the building, matter of fact it looked like they all left, but the facility wasnt clean, this is after 1 in the morning so there was absolutely No reason for the restroom to have looked so nasty but it did, I am including pictures of the women restroom.So my overall experience with this movie this night was HORRIBLE!!! Idk if its under new management but there really needs to be changes made to this theater starting with whoever is managing it.

This is a unique experience in movie going with wine, beer, and spirits being served along with popcorn and the rest. Den style leather lounge seats (they recline) and wait service provided during the showing. This is definitely a restaurant that shows movies. A twist on dinner and a movie.

Staff very nice. Seat comfortable, not automatic. Got popcorn after our entree. Had to remind them of popcorn. We got the 2 for $28.00. No napkins. Didn’t cut my husbands flat bread and was salty. My hamburger was good though. If you get the 2 for $28 make sure you pay attention to the dessert for $5.00 extra. They kept trying to bring us popcorn after I reminded them through the entire movie. The staff was very kind and courteous. Takes about 15 minutes to get our entree. That being said I hope this helps and your experience is better.

This movie theater is awesome. Its never too crowded, and I like the food options. My biggest complaint is the service later in the night can be quite a bit slower than normal, and I have been having a lot of issues with their loyalty points system. Also, I really wish they would make the cocktails a bit stronger.

Good selection of movies. Food and drinks arent bad. However the service is absolutely atrocious. Took asking 3 times and an hour and 20 minutes to get *water*.

I LOVE the SMG in other areas but this Marietta location is really not awesome like the others. I’ve given it 2 tries now and both times several problems. The kitchen runs very slow at this location. The last meal we had our macaroni was way undercooked as was the burger. The brownie took forever to come out and had to remind them with a second push of the button to get it. It seems they use the minimum amount of servers possible. We get the wrong drinks. We never get refills, even when we ask for them. The bathroom has appliances hanging off the walls in the stalls. The bathroom is dirty. This is a really nice location, they just need some major help.

Horrible service. No point in ordering a drink. Got cold food with no drinks. I picked up my own cold food on the way back from the bar to order my own drink!!! Missed half of my movie. The manager offered more movie tickets as if Ill ever go back there again!!! Dont bother going there for an inclusive night. Go ahead and get your dinner and drinks somewhere else so you dont waste your movie ticket chasing your order.

Best movie seating Ive found. Wide reclining seats with plenty of leg room for tall people. Food is good, spiked shake even better. Server was very attentive. I might never go to another theatre again.

Super friendly staff with restaurant quality food. The recliners are nice to sit in and enjoy a movie.

Being a tall person, this is a dream location! Roomy and comfortable seating. And you get served food and drinks by attentive wait staff.

The food was good and the movie ok. Honestly, if I saw a better movie it would have been a better experience. The service was incredible and I would love to go back. They had amazing seats.

Not too bad, it does feel good to watch a movie with my pitcher next to me. Food is fairly decent depending what u choose but dont expect to be wowed by it. Try them at least once.

Horrible service. Food took over an hour, which was most of the movie. We asked for an update twice, and each time the attendant was dismissive. When it finally came, the food was cold and served with a heaping side of bad attitude. I walked out and gave it back to a manager. Later, they had the audacity to charge us for a diet soda because they are simply that tacky - incapable of apologizing. Its a shame because this theater is five minutes from our home. Weve given them multiple chances, but they get worse each time. So much for a nice mid-week date. Never again. Like, ever! in my Taylor Swift voice.

The food was great. I love the idea of having food right at the theater while Im watching a movie but it took him 20 minutes to bring me condiments. the nachos were good too. My daughter had already eaten half so if youre thinking its not enough, trust me she ate it LOL

I wanted a blueberry martini. Nothing blueberry. I opted for an orange Martini. Kettle One and a drop of orange juice! I ordered popcorn and a soda. I got the soda in 5 minutes. I got the popcorn an hour after the EXTREMELY DEAFENING LOUD movie started, as I watched the ENTIRE theater get served burgers, sandwiches, wings and all such dishes while I waited for my 1 popcorn. After asking 3 different servers 3 separate times, it finally came. The total for my $5 movie cocktail popcorn soda experience. $35. My advice: stick to bars and restaurants for food and cocktails and traditional movie theaters for movies where you can just walk up and get popcorn and a soda in 5 minutes or less!

This was a pleasant surprise! I wasnt expecting the atmosphere to be as it was. I like the sleek outer & inner appearance. Quick & easy, the experience to purchase tickets was advanced. I love that the seats recline & you can order food without having to leave your comfy seat. Will be back hopefullg sooner than later because Im not from this area.

Fun experience, the food is good but pricey. I went alone and spent just under $30 in addition to the movie fee. Would I do it again hhhmm probably not but wouldnt deter u from enjoying yourself

Visited studio for the first time while visiting my sister. Although the movie we saw was trash, the theater itself is beautiful. The staff was very nice and the food was really good. The recliner seats was an added bonus. Ordering food from our seats is also a nice touch.
