Really great experience! Michael was an awesome escape room host and well be back. Handled all safety measures well without making it inconvenient. It was well worth the cost and experience since we were so surprised when we started our escape room (Destiny) and it had so much depth which was awesome. Do yourself a favor and break the cabin fever blues by hitting up an escape room here.

We had a great time attempting to solve The Ripper! The room was more challenging than we expected but the puzzles were sensible. The experience was mysterious and thrilling as we unlocked new areas and the room expanded. The host was helpful when we got struck and needed clues. Our group didnt solve it within the one hour time limit but we were pretty close so she gave us a fourth clue and let us get through the remaining puzzles quickly so we could at least see how it ends. I definitely want to try the other escape rooms at The Escapery!

Really neat experience. I called in advanced asking whats the best room for 2 people and the info they gave me was perfect. Though it was only one room, the awesome technology (for more experienced escape artists you have to think the unthinkable) and the experience altogether keeps you entertained.The clue style is different too. Little more personal. Note to keep in mind they are strick on clues. We got stuck on the last puzzle (without knowing it was the last) and ran out of clues so that was frustrating. They hinted a little to help us though.I also liked how the lobby itself is a practice escape room! Nice job.

My group did the Jack the Ripper themed room and let me tell you my expectations were exceeded on everyway! Once the clock starts ticking the urgency never leaves the room! This room was very difficult and we needed a few hints at a few areas but I would highly recommend, the puzzles were very intriguing and exciting to figure out. 10/10 experience I would highly recommend The Esacapery to first timers and the experienced escape room fan

Our team had an absolute blast! We did the Curious Case room and it was fantastic! It was tough, but escaping it was so rewarding! The puzzles were really cool. Our host, Asheton, was phenomenal and super fun! Highly recommend for a date night, group of friends, family, you name it!

We heard an add on the radio that The Escapery was open for private group bookings (important in our current Covid-19 times) so we drove the hour from Fayette County to celebrate Fathers Day early with a social distancing activity. We love escape rooms and the Silo was a lot of fun. The puzzles are complex, but not impossible and all of our 4 kids (11-19) enjoyed enjoyed the room. You definitely need to use teamwork to escape this one so it is a great one for families.The facility is really nice and the puzzle in the lobby was fun as well. We booked another adventure for next month and cant wait to try to solve the next room! The also have a cool Escape Artist program where you can earn a free t-shirt if you complete all 5 rooms.We will definitely make the drive to do more of these rooms. They props and all the attention to detail were amazing!

We had a great time celebrating a birthday for our son in law to be. Steven was our escape room host. He was great! Very polite and they were genuinely happy to have us experience their rooms. They have a bunch of rooms and great deals. You should go directly to them instead of thru Groupon and they will honor the Groupon deal. They also have a punch card you can get punched every time you go. You will get a tshirts when you’ve done all the rooms. We will be returning. Totally worth it.

I hosted my sons graduation party in there event suite and it was amazing and the prize was affordable. James and his staff were superb. They were extremely hospitable, super nice and friendly. We will definitely be back.

This place was awesome! I went with my siblings and daughter and had such a great time. Our game master, Idaho Smith was so kind and helpful with my group, assisting us with solving the mystery. My group and I were a bit terrible in our sleuthing skills The design of the room was amazing also! They really went all in on setting the tone and energy for the room. I highly highly recommend.

Our family goes to alot of escape rooms and this has always been our favorite! wonderful experience and loads of fun!

Update: We just finished the Silo escape game. My favorite escape game my family has ever done, and weve done a few. Technology was great. Teamwork was key which is probably why I liked doing it with my family. Very friendly staff. You can tell they are really taking proper COVID19 precautions. Wore masks, everything was very clean, hand washing station in the lobby as well as hand sanitizer. Only private party in each room. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Were going back for a third game.The establishment is very nice. Lobby nicely decorated. Matt was our host and explained everything very well and was very hospitable. We did the Destiny Origins private room. Without giving too much away, puzzles were fun and interesting but it was difficult to make connections with the hints for a lot of the locks. Lots of information at first. We did not like that the host entered the room to explain things when we needed help. We have already booked a return visit, if that tells you how much we enjoyed it. Id recommend it.

This was not my first time going to an escape room and I was very impressed. We did the Ripple and had so much fun! Ben was patient and very helpful. I highly recommend this place and suggest supporting smaller businesses.

WOW!! I came been here almost two years ago to do Destiny and I came back to do Destiny Origins. I am absolutely, positively flabbergasted. It is INCREDIBLE! The set dressing will take you to another world, the story is deep and moving if you have the time to pay close attention, the puzzles are difficult but still easily rationalized once you understand them, and I LOVED the new surprises.My good friend and I did Curious Case of Gillian Grace after Destiny Origins and it did not disappoint either! I absolutely adored “Gillian Grace” the character and even more so the room. What an incredible blend of technology and class.Just completely blown away by the creativity and craftsmanship! I was told by my lovely Game Masters Olivia and Spencer that the other rooms had been redone and one, Silo, had been renovated. I cannot wait to come back to do the others! Both rooms I did have perfectly blended technology, class, and character. I have been to other escape rooms without the Game Master being in character and it’s just not the same.The Escapery will ALWAYS be my go to!!

We had a blast! It was my dates first escape room, but I have done several. The Escapery is an amazing place! Asheton did a great job guiding us through it and making it fun, and we were SO CLOSE to getting it solved in time! We will definitely be back for more.

I was so glad to see a new room at the Escapery, one of my favorite escape room venues. We had done 4 of their rooms – 2 successfully, 1 failure, and one which we actually insisted that we had won, but they said we lost (The Ripper room). This debate will continue forever! Though we did miss a clue that would have really solved it.This new room is called “Le Feu” which means the fire in French. The plot is that it’s during a war (probably WWII) in a cabaret/bar in Paris. There was a bomb dropped in the area outside and rubble has blocked the door. We have one hour of generator power. Luckily the owner has built a secret passage and all we have to do is find it before we have to sit in the dark and drink all the booze and wait to be rescued and have our stomachs pumped (no, no real alcohol included - shucks).The room had somewhat linear puzzles but needed several to be done at once to solve some of the puzzles – so it was linear/metalinear. It was a little confusing, especially with having to have outside knowledge (music theory) and perhaps dance (totally lost on that one). We were fortunate to have an excellent Game Master, Felix, who came into the room to help us because otherwise we would have never completed the room.I love Escapery rooms but this one was not as brilliant as the others even though it was very good and I would recommend it for the atmosphere alone - we were very immersed (even with no alcohol). Puzzles were somewhat longish and involved. Teamwork was absolutely essential. With three of us, one was on the puzzle, one was on a translation item, and another on the chalkboard. More folks might have helped and only two would struggle. We had no pride and asked for lots of hints and we succeeded with our terrific Game Masters assistance. Thanks Felix!

Just went with two of my friends and did the reimagined Jack the Ripper room and it was so much fun! Ben helped us and led us through the whole thing and he was so great and made the room so much fun! Definitely going back soon to try and solve the rest of the rooms! :)

Went here last week for a friends birthday party! It was excellent! We did the Jack the Ripper room and Spencer was amazing. He was very helpful and told us about some of the other rooms here! 5/5 cant wait to go back!

This escape room brings great class to the escaping industry as we know it.I have played 5 Rooms here so far, I discovered who Jack the Ripper was, escaped a nuclear warhead silo, performed a seance to free a trapped spirit, aided an archeologist steal The Spear of Destiny, and last but not least escaped a steam punk scientist’s lab in an adventure through time - that was my favorite and she’s a real looker too!If you’re looking to try an escape room for the first time, they have easy and hard rooms.Don’t wait too long because they discontinue the rooms occasionally to make room for new ones.I’m looking forward to bringing some friends to play the new Spear of Destiny Origins room!

The only escape room in the area that actively denies access for kids. If you show up with children they will cancel your booking or tell you that your kids are not allowed in with I.D. The reviews from other parents say the same thing and are being hidden with the fake reviews they leave themselves. Olivia calls herself the general manager but treats people like garbage and they want ID from kids. Highly recommend other escape rooms in the area first. This place doesnt even have that great of quality rooms.

We had a good time and a lot of fun solving the puzzles. There were six people in our group and we did the Destiny room. Everyone was able to contribute throughout the challenge. It was a lot of fun and definitely will try some of the other rooms.

This was a great experience. None of us had done an escape room so it took a little time to get going but it was really fun. Olivia was great and her jokes were on point. I would highly recommend this to anybody. We will definitely be back for the other rooms.

Yesterday was our 3rd room we’ve tried to “escape” for my husband’s birthday and it is the closest we’ve come to escaping. Every time we come, we are blown away with the attention to detail for every scenario!! This is by far our favorite “Escape The Room” place! I can’t wait to come back for my birthday to try another room!

We have done 4 rooms here over the last 3 years. Destiny (original) was good. Our Ripper experience wasnt good, the room was not properly set up, clues were left laying out, and the game master was really annoying. Destiny Origins was ok, the set work was a little cheap, puzzles were pretty good though . The Curious Case of Gillian Grace was the best out of the 4. The rooms here seem to lack flow, also kinda feels like you look for things more than you solve clues. I have done several rooms at several different locations, The Escapery falls somewhere in the middle. Trevor (I think that was his name) was nice.

I went here as part of a team building event. This was a first rate experience, super fun, super inventive and challenging. The room I was in was well organized and nicely designed. A lot of effort went into the design of this room and the experience was very immersive. I went in thinking it was going to be a breeze but I have to admit that 1. We are a group of pretty accomplished professionals and 2. We didnt come close to solving the entire puzzle. It was a great experience and Im already thinking about when I can get a group of friends to come do this. First rate staff and venue.

This place is so fun! Great customer service. The staff is friendly with great sense of humor!!! Escapery makes you use your head for more than a hat rack. My family and I visited Saturday March 23, 2019. We explored the Discover room. We did not escape, but we were super close!!! The escape rooms make you work together as a team and use critical thinking skills. You really have to think outside of the box!!! I was apprehensive about coming, but I had an amazing time!!! I would definitely do it again soon! We used Groupon to receive a discount!

I was there with a company for job traing and team building. This is a perfect facility as it has several meeting spaces for presentations and dispensing company information to its employees. The escape room is and excellent way to get to know and team building of your coworkers. Relying on your team and working together is the only way youll solve the task of your rooms theme and escape. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and recommend it to other companies Ive worked for.

Olivia is not a nice person. Rooms are ok. Go somewhere else entertaining that doesn’t cost as much to be let down.

Ive done all the rooms here, and it is the best escape room Ive ever been at. They make all the puzzles by hand and the rooms are built by the staff. Its awesome. I cant wait to try their new room soon!

Ive done a few escape rooms and this one was the most intricate. Did the Jack the Ripper room, 3 rooms in 1, and was impressed by the detail along with the storyline involved. Very fun.

We took our children to the Escapery Room tonight and received horrible customer service from their so called General Manager Olivia. She refused to let one member of our party in because she said we needed a school ID or birth certificate to verify age. When we asked her to show us where this was stated in the policy, she was unable to do so. That obviously upset her that we asked her to show in the policy what she was stating because she was rude and condescending from that point forward. I would not recommend anyone supporting this establishment due to the poor customer service!!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Oh and to add insult to injury, we saw several reviews from several other customers who have taken their children under the age of 13 to this same establishment. If this was their policy, Olivia should’ve suggested another Escape Room, but that certainly didn’t happen in this situation even though our children were over 13.

LOVE the Escapery’s unique challenges, locks, and puzzles!

We had so much fun, and our Game Master guy Spencer was super nice and helpful. Yay! We did the Gillian Grace one, and I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of puzzle types that there were to solve. Sometimes escape rooms rely a little too heavily on combination locks, but that wasn’t the case here—there were all kinds of things to do! The puzzles were a nice level of difficulty, too. My husband and I have a tendency to try to over complicate the pieces of a puzzle while we’re solving it (and subsequently totally ness ourselves up), but these were complicated enough that we didn’t do that. Which meant that we actually solved them haha!

Had a great time with a mixed group of friends and strangers. Not the most challenging escape room Ive been to but great for people who are looking to kill an hour & have a decent time doing it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ill go back for the other room too, when I have a chance!

We had my sons 16th birthday party there and everyone had a blast! The party room was a the perfect size for our group of 16.The 10 kids did the Destiny room and had Madison as their host. She was fantastic and knew how to handle 10 rambunctious kids. We will definitely be back to try out other rooms. Thank you for making his birthday experience so wonderful!

Went with group of eight and had alot of fun! Our rooms story was a little difficult to figure out. I would recomend for a fun and different night out with friends.

Weve done several of their rooms. Whomever is the creative aspect of this is brilliant. We just did Silo (didnt escape). But it was extremely advanced and very technical. Well be back for sure!!!

The room was unlike anything I had been in before. It was three different rooms each with its own clues. It made it more fun to be able to move from room to room.

The room we experienced was more of an adventure room than an escape room. It still had a puzzle to solve and a little storyline to follow but we were trying to find something not to get out. I preferred the normal escape room style which I think they might offer but be sure to ask if thats what you want, in this room you could open the door and walk into the hallway or right outside if you wanted. The puzzle was pretty clever, but I didnt love it, I liked it. I would go back here.

Weve done their game nights and one of the escape rooms and everything is awesome —ambiance, details, customer service, the works. Its a perfect night out with friends.

OMG YALL! This place was so much fun! The attention to detail in these story based escape rooms is Amazing! That is as much as I can say without spoilers! There are many hidden suprises in the Silo room. It was our first time but in the excited chaos that was our group we did not escape. They literally gave us written directions that we did not read. We were so bad. Dont over analyse it like we did use your clues! But they allowed us to finish the last puzzle and push the big red button in the Silo at the end! Would be great for any group event or family night.

Went to the establishment and Olivia, who called herself the general manager, was extremely rude. First she asked the age of the children in our party, when we provided the ages, which was 13 years old, she did not believe it and stated the policy requires that we provide verification ( who carries around an ID for a child?) She then stated the policy says they are required to verify age but was not able to show in the policy where it states that. She was extremely rude and condescending. I would give the establishment 0 stars for the lack of customer service.

I have done nearly 50 escape rooms and the Escapery is quite a unique experience. It submerges you into a story where you are a character that is driving the plot. Zak was our game master who did a superb job of acting as a supporting cast member of our experience! Id highly recommend it!

We went to the Escapery for my birthday this year. We did the Ripper Room if was fun and challenging. We didnt make it out in time but it was so much fun we are already wanting to go back.

Had an awesome and fun night with my husband and sisters in law. We beat Jack the Ripper at the last minute. Very challenging but so much fun! Natalie was amazing! She is funny and very clever. Helped us when we needed but without giving away the answers. Will definitely be coming back!

We did the Jack the Ripper themed roomed it it was so well thought out and put together. Was still cool for true crime lovers like myself (although its not accurate of Jack the Ripper, still fun to feel like a detective!) Absolutey recommend for all!

Great experience for our group of 6 younger teens. But they needed a little help to stay focused. So best with a mom or dad to help, but alot of fun! Great experience to show the need to think together.

So much fun! They have a puzzle for you to solve in the lobby while you wait for group ahead to finish or for room to be prepped. Tried Ripper and Seance. Both were excellent. They also hold a game night once a week I beleieve with board games and such which is pretty neat. I wanna come back for more!

Boring puzzle design, lack of flow. Wasnt very welcoming felt like we were just another paycheck.

Ive done all of the escape rooms here and they are all very well made and fun. the staff is very fun and helpful. none of the rooms get that scary so dont be worried about that. I think at most the seance one gets a bit spooky. Ill keep going to this place until they close or I die whichever one comes first

As someone who has been to many, if not most, of the escape room facilities in Atlanta, I was surprised at how I hadnt discovered The Escapery sooner. Ive solved Destiny and Silo so far and I am booked to do Ripper and The Curious Case of Gilligan Grace in a few days. I found this location to be the best collection of escape rooms Ive ever had the pleasure of participating in. The people are incredibly amusing and skilled at running the rooms. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who loves escape rooms, you wont be disappointed.

My girlfriend and have done about 12 different escape rooms with 5 different companies. The Spear of Destiny had, hands down, the most unique mechanisms of any location weve been to. One of the owners talked to us about it, and he mentioned that they prided themselves on their hand crafted mechanisms, and it really showed. The lobby also had more work put into it than other locations weve been to. Finally, an in story reason for the hints and outside help was a fresh twist on a fairly standard practice. All of these together made this a unique escape the room experience that I would highly recommend.I cant wait for their next room, I definitely intend to play it.

OMG...we absolutely had a blast Escaping our first room that we had to go back to escape the others. The staff is fun and amazing and I love how they get into character to bring you into the experience. I also love how everything about the rooms suck you into the experience...you become a part of the story! We’ll have to revisit later down the road when the puzzles are no longer in our memory or new rooms are created!

I am 70 years old and did not know if I would enjoy an escape room. But, this is the most fun I have had in a long time. It was challenging, exciting and fun. My wife and I visited The Escapery with my sister and brother in law and we really enjoyed the social interaction while going through the room. We will be back.

Horrible. I went there to be entertained by passing some time solving puzzles not to be frustrated. The puzzles are too long and complicated. We picked the easiest room challenge and after solving seven parts of it and running out of time we found out there were 6 more puzzles for that room. Way too much for something that was supposed to be fun.

We had a really fun time! We went with 2 adults 2 teens and 1 11 year old. We did the Destiney room and will definitely be back. Our guide John was super fun and enhanced our experience!
