Took my son here today and he had a blast, and not gonna lie I did too! My friend and her baby was there and for the first couple hours it was just us 4. I guess it’s best to go early. The place was clean and the restrooms were clean too. The staff were friendly and all masked up.

My daughter always enjoys this location. We usually go during the daytime on Saturdays. Its not crowded... spacious & clean... The manager & staff are always friendly and seem to be following Covid precautions... This is my favorite Catch Air location.

Bring my son here pretty much once a week. He absolutely loves this place. Everyone that works here is always super nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place to get some energy out of the little ones.

Worst party thrower!!! Paid $600 for basically a room. $30 for 2 regular size pizzas and Almost $70 for 40 wings And that’s all we got. A room with decorations WE provided and 2 pizzas and wings they’ll say they’re room is already decorated but it’s just full of colors and kids only played for about 45 minutes and then was being rushed to eat and sing happy birthday I actually like the activities but birthday party??NOO you’ll spend $600 when you could of spent only $200 if even that ....Not worth it

Very nice place to take your children. Clean and lots of fun things for the children, including a few interactive games. I will definitely recommend going to this location.

My 5 year old daughter had lots of fun here. The indoor play space is spacious and fun! She was able to run all that energy out. They have glow in the dark dance parties every hour and it is so cute! They shoot out bubbles and all the kids get excited! The staff is wonderful and they were constantly sanitizing when we were there. Plenty of seating for parents and they have cameras all over the place for safety.

I wouldve given 5 stars but the sound system & display system for the dance parties was down, a ladder had to be brought out to the play area to try to fix it, etc. And also my friend requested Mickey Mouse come out to the party but they brought Minnie Mouse instead.PARENTS/GUARDIANS: You can climb & play too if you want, even plus size adults so dress accordingly & dont forget your socks. However, if you prefer to simply relax & be an observer, there are many places to sit as well.SAFETY: Parents & kids are stamped upon entering & are checked before kids can leave.

My kids love this place! They have something for all ages, so my 10 year and almost 2 year old were both entertained. They have a decent snack and drink selection. The staff was a little lacking in enthusiasm this visit, but Im sure its not the easiest job, so I let it go. You do have to keep an eye on the smaller ones, since there are lots of moving things to knock them down, but its all very well padded. Overall, great experience and well be back.

My daughter (2) and I visited this place for the first time today. We actually had other plans but the weather decided otherwise for us. So glad it rained!We arrived just after opening time. She had a BLAST and I was very impressed with the entire facility. If I could give it 10 stars! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, bathrooms were spotless. Definitely going back.

My kids absolutely love this place! Its honestly the best Catch Air we have been too. Everyone here is friendly and the establishment is always clean! I would suggest going during the week so the kids get to enjoy it more! Definitely recommend!

At what a great place to bring your kids they have dance parties Volvo rides moving attractions slides lots of room lots of different places to play everyone that works here is really nice drink snacks ice cream and even you could have birthday parties here as well.

One of the best baby proof areas for kid. Literally Everything is wrapped with foam and baby prooffed. Its one of those places that you feel safe leaving your kid alone in one area knowing that even if they fall nothing will happen to them

I have taken my grandson here several times and hes could MOVE IN here he is so happy and ready to play. The staff is always so friendly and you can smell the cleanliness. I also saw workers wiping down equipment while I was there.

My kids have had a few birthday parties here. It’s reasonably priced and you have a party room for just your party guests for the whole time. My only complaint is the amount of room you have in the play zone, there are so many people it’s hard to move around with your child. Also the dance floor is over taken by every child in the place when your child is having their birthday picture and dance with the character they chose. It was hard to even get pictures without other kids over taking. The play area is really cool though and has so many different things. It reminds me of leaps and bounds and discovery zone.

Lots of activities for kids, you could stay here for hours. Aimed more towards the under 10 age group but my 14 year old still enjoyed playing with her sibs. The snacks are super overpriced but I didnt see anything preventing you from bringing your own.

Had my daughters 7th birthday party. Our party planner was Raven and she was so amazing! She made it a great experience. Was disappointed that we were not able to do the slide show because the tv was down. A bit chaotic in the front but the staff handled it well and kept great attitudes.

Great for winter blues. Even for big kids. Welcoming staff. It was our first time there and the staff walked us through the process. The floor is rubberized. There are no shoes on the floor, socks only. This was the high anxiety part for someone who keeps shoes on until I go to bed. I was especially weary of the restroom so I put napkins under my feet and skid to the stall. After you get over that, there are several sectioned areas, one for infant and small kids, another for 1 to 5 y.o. the rest is pretty much for big kids but the littles and bugs can feel free to enjoy. Be sure to supervise your child because it gets quite busy with kids running around. The apparatuses are quite clean for the most part. There are sone that are worn but not too bad. Others look new. We were there 1.5 hours and were headed to get ice cream but noticed the nostalgic collection they had there so we took our ice cream truck treats to go. Gave 4 stars bc of bathroom and there no outside food for parties so it makes themes a little hard. Otherwise great place to have fun and loose energy.

Fun for little ones.Weve been twice recently on weekdays with our grandson. Once, we had the place nearly to ourselves. The next time, it got crowded quickly. Lots of high-energy activities throughout the location, though it can be tough to track your kids on some of the attractions. But with a locked door and check out system, we felt safe and secure even when we didnt have eyes for a few minutes on the munchkin.

Wonderful for birthday parties, my 3 year old loves it! Weve celebrated here two years in a row and plan to come back next year.Our party coordinator Brittany was amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She put everything together, including several decorations brought from home, and took setup/cleanup out of my hands so I could enjoy watching my daughter have a blast with her friends.The price for the pizza is a little steep, but its nice to have one less thing to carry in, and we were able to bring in fruit/veggies/chips to supplement. Additionally, they have a gluten free pizza option which was great for two kids with Celiac.

Have been coming here for over two years now. Oldest kid has always took part of different activities such as the ball pit, giant slide, pirate ship and touch-sensitive projectors that they offer. My youngest enjoys it too and i can always capture a photo of them smiling and laughing. Thank you for making it so easy for us parents!

My daughter loves this place (21 months). The owner, Tocarra, remembered us after coming just once and made us feel like we were part of the family vs just coming to an establishment/place of business. Its clean, everything works and doesnt look run down like other places. Theyre constantly updating the items, so its always something new for the kids. I visited another location and it just wasnt the same.

Such a great place! I took my 3yr old nephew and he had a blast! They have areas sectioned off for younger kids to play, a dance floor, a pirate ship, a volcano that shoots plastic balls, & more. Highly recommend this place for a day of fun!

We had an absolute blast!! Very spacious, clean, helpful staff and age appropriate. You dont have to worry about your kid being accidentally knocked over by a bigger child.

Kids will love it, parents will hate it. Kids run off quickly and are easily lost. Did a birthday party on a weekend and it was way too crowed. If you have anxiety, stay away from this place.

This place is amazing! I just moved to GA with my husband, 4 year old, and 5 year from WI. This place is unlike any play place back home. They are very clean and very friendly. Shoutout to Tacara as well for taking care of our pizza needs! Highly recommend!

The facility is wonderful if you just plan to walk-in. Lots to do, very colorful, entertaining for hours. However, I had my sons birthday party here last month and I was very disappointed about how much I paid for 8 kids. It was over $360 to host a 2 hour party for 8 kids and 3 pizzas. Thats $45 per kid! I knew this ahead of time since everything was discussed up front, but after it was all said in done, I cant say it was worth it. Our party planner was a sweetheart so nothing negative to say about her. We picked Spongebob for the mascot and so many kids not in our party kept stealing the short 2-3 minutes my son had with him during the dance party. I wish they would make it more clear when the mascot is coming out for everyone and when its for a specific party only. I really cant say what else we paid so much for. We had my daughters party here 2 years ago and paid $285 (before pizza) for up to 16 kids!!! I still have the invoice and knew I wasnt crazy about how much the price has gone up! Tell me how that makes any sense?!?! We will certainly go back to play, but I will never host another party here. The $13 walk-in price is the best way to go. Take the rest of your party elsewhere.

We drove a hour & a half to take the kids to play here for their last day of summer & to celebrate them going into kindergarten.. it was worth every minute of the drive! It’s the perfect place to take your kids to play! Their was staff cleaning the play areas with Lysol wipes the whole entire time we was there, the staff was so polite, the snack bar was very reasonable, & the manager Alaina was absolutely amazing with us! We will not be going anywhere else but here for our family fun days!

I choose to celebrate my kids birthdays every year at a designated location instead of bringing all of the clean up to my house. Gymboree awesome! Childrens Museum awesome! Catch Air TERRIBLE! Probably the most chaotic place you can have a birthday party. The staff is unorganized, their processes are flawed and the staff is overworked. All of these issues lead to frustration from both parties. Yes, my daughter had a wonderful time but this place is not worth the stress. This place needs to hire a consultant for better flows in/out, storage plans for birthday gifts/decorations and a strategy for the many parties they throw in a day.

My 8 year old nephew had a blast at Catch Air! The facility is loaded with lots of fun things for kids of all ages. Everything is very well maintained. The general manager, Ms. Boswell was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

My children had amazing time at Catch Air. Veronica is an amazing manager and truly cares about her guests. She went above and beyond to welcome my family and to put smiles on my children’s faces. Her staff was responsive and professional....and the facility was spotless. This location is safe, convenient and fun! I highly recommend visiting!!

The place is great! My daughters love it! But every time I’ll go there they have horrible service! They charge my card 2 times! And I had to go back there for they to fix it! Toke me more then 2 hours to fix the problem! Never going back!

My youngest son absolutely loves catch air. We dont live in the area so he insists we visit whenever were visiting. It is always clean and well maintained. We typically go when it isnt busy, it can be complete chaos on weekends/holidays. The wifi isnt great but it isnt a good location for remote working anyways, I generally opt to keep an eye on my kids instead.

A great place to bring your littles to get them nice and tired! Giant obstacle courses that parents can go through with smaller children/ toddlers, and separate areas especially for smaller children.

Horrible experiance! Never again! The service was very slow and they had no clue what they were doing! I DO NOT recommend this place because very crowded and very very stuffy. The days are espeically crowded on Sundays at 4:00 - 8:00

I had a Catch Air private party. The manager-on-duty, Alaina, could be a party planner. She decorated beautifully and was incredibly attuned to any needs our party had. Blake, our host, was so friendly and flexible making our experience very enjoyable. I cannot sing enough praises about this venue.

Our children had the best time at Catch air Marrietta today. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Alaina, did a wonderful job making sure our children had everything they needed. The safety of children coming and going, was top notch! Cant wait to come again!

Great place, recently remodeled. The staff is alert and attentive, especially to those not following the rules. All my kids had fun !

Catch Air is a lot of fun (crowded but fun). My 3yo crawled all through the tunnels, slid down the slides, played with the air ball cannons, and rode the merry-go-rounds. It does have places to sit and a concession stand.We stayed about 2&1/2 hoursTip 1: fill out the waiver before you go. It will save you a lot of time especially if you have an active toddler.Tip 2: bring a quarter for a locker so you are not carrying your stuff through tunnels.Tip 3: if you have a toddler wear comfortable clothes because you will be on your hands and knees crawling through the tunnels.

Very fun active place to take your children, they should have employees at certain areas to make sure kids arent rough housing or misusing the play areas. And they should dust the tops of all the equipment and decorations.

A good place for all types of kids. My 3 year old granddaughter loves this place.

Well first of all everybody that works in this place is totally rude they don’t answer your questions the computers don’t work the pads to sign the waivers don’t work no employee wants to help you then they’re wanting to tell you one price for your child after you divulge the age then they change the price when you get to checking in it’s just ridiculous there are many more places to take your children don’t waste your time or money!!!! Oh and no manager to be found.

Took my daughter here a few times she really enjoyed a self. My little two-year-old running around the whole place playing. It was pretty crowded that weekend and the price was OK. The bathroom could be a little cleaner, other than that we had a great time.

We’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now. Thank goodness it is under new management! Tacara (the new manager) is fantastic! She makes us feel so welcomed when we are there. They have really cleaned the place up over the last few months and tightened up on their security. We celebrated my sons 5th birthday there and I didn’t have to lift a finger, they set everything up for us and we were able to just enjoy the party. Huge improvements!!

This place is horrible with an incredibly rude staff. Dont bother with a birthday party because they dont schedule or accommodate properly. Complaints to corporate go ignored. They need to invest in proper training for their staff. Dont waste your money.

I had a private party on Dec 1 for my sons birthday and we had an amazing time! It was our first time going to Catch Air and we will definitely be going back! I wouldnt want to come here when the place is very crowded because I can see it being absolutely chaotic but on a weekday morning its fantastic. It seems like a safe, secure facility, and right now Im watching a couple employees do some very detailed cleaning. Its a little on the pricey side (especially if more than one parent or guardian wants to come with a child) but its a lot of fun.

My older kids always enjoyed going to catch air in Marietta but I couldn’t believe the last time we went they charged us for my 4 month old! Apparently all babies are charged an entrance fee to just sit in a stroller!

So much fun for the kiddos. Everytime we go they have a blast. We love that the have soft, moving rides for the children so that they wont get hurt.

We had a great first visit here today. I felt the facility was clean and there was plenty to do for my daughter, who is almost two. I was happy the lockers were only 25 cents!

This place has changed for the worst. The staff were walking around spraying disinfect spray on the items while kids were playing on them. I couldn’t believe it. The manager Destiny was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I am not sure how she got the title of manager. There is only an email to contact corporate office and the locations are franchises anyway so that wouldn’t help. I asked the manager for her manger name she refused to give it to me. The staff hovered over kids as they were playing like the were body guards for the facility. It was a horrible experience all together. Anyone going here should proceed with caution.

I had my toddlers birthday party here and the kids loved it. The party room was very cold. The staff said they had to call corporate to get it adjusted so we just hurried along. Other than that it was a great experience.

Let me tell you Ive done the trampoline and bounce house thing for my lil guys birthdays and I just wanted something different for change. Im so glad I did!! My sons Birthday was amazing from start to finish! My party planner, staff and managment was so friendly and even helped me set up!! The best subs and pizza from MARCOS! I love the fact that theres hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE!! There facility is kept nice and clean especially for having as many kids as there were and theres never a dull moment here, my boys didn want to leave!! Very impressed!! I just wish I had yearly memberships!!
