Wonderful place to take older kids 7 years and older, we had 1 child thats 5 in our party and was limited to the arcade only, the arcade offers a wide variety of games for small kids, downside is its expensive, you can easily spend $100 in about hour and a half for 1 child in the arcade. We did 2 adult races and 2 intermediate races, the adult races are only 8 minutes long and 10 laps, 10 karts, our first 2 laps were slow and in my opinion we did not do 10 laps, there clerks claims these karts go up to 35mph, these karts were no were near 35mph. Our last race was the best race because they only slowed us down twice and I do believe i did my 10 laps. Overall fun place to take family, just to pricey in my opinion.

Amazing bonding experience for 9yr old son and his Dad. Indoor Electric raceways are fast and fun, the arcade was awesome and the restaurant looked nice (didnt take time to eat but the pizza ovens looked like they make epic pizza)- Will return for virtual racing and bowling. Great place, time well spent!

The racing at Andretti Indoor Karting is amazing. I recently visited the facility with friends and they are taking all the necessary precautions to make sure the facility is clean, social distancing is taken seriously and that you enjoy your time in the space. Its been a while since I raced and after one race I was ready for more. Definitely going to visit again very soon.

Surprise my Godson with some candy covered grapes and Chocolate covered grapes from @Spark_lingsweets is was not alot of social distance place was super crowded they had on mask but sometime people would pull there mask down. It looked like a regular day not a Covid day

Great. Other than having to get back in line to schedule another go kart race and standing behind folks trying to figure out what they want to do. I recommend another separate line dedicated to people who have already paid for races who want to schedule their next race. Overall the kids and I had a great time and they were both sleep as soon as they got in the car.

Matthew was phenomenal all around the board! His customer service was excellent and everyone should be trained by him and only him! He made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way! He ensured that our was taken and even Accommodated us because we forgot about race time. After our race he remembered our ordered! And even made our drink and brought us to us! He should have his own location the way he was running around and ensuring every person that came across his path was happy and enjoying themselves. Thank you Matthew for the great experience!!!!

I had an absolute blast the race cars with the best for me I was able to go over the speed limit legally lol no but seriously this is fun for all ages I would highly recommend this for family fun birthday parties even adult parties I would also recommend this for date night this can be a multitude of enjoyment

Unsafe during COVID! I am a frequent visitor to Andretti Marietta and the COVID protocols have become very lax. I visited back in August, they had a strict mask requirement and sanitizing wipes at numerous locations. I took my son and his friends yesterday, Saturday November 14th, and they did not enforce the mask rule at all and there were far fewer sanitizer stations. Countless adults and kids were walking around either without a mask or with the mask under their chin. The restaurant did observe social distancing with spaced out tables. If you are concerned about COVID even if you yourself are wearing a mask, I’d consider avoiding Andretti for the time being as the mask requirement is not enforced at all.To the owner or manager who will eventually respond to apologize or say you’re constantly evaluating your protocols, the answer is simple: enforce the mask “requirement”. You have paid staff everywhere who can tell or remind people to put on or pull up their mask. And if they refuse—kick them out. You have the right to refuse service to anyone not observing your rules. Put your money where your mouth is. Otherwise you are putting your staff and customers at risk.

The food and drinks were great and the bar attendant was amazing! However, the experience turned sour when my friends and I decided to bowl. At 10:45 (the games and bowling doesn’t end until midnight) we tried to reserve a lane. The attendant (with a terrible attitude) working the bowling said bowling was “sold out” when my friends and I tried to reserve a lane. There were multiple lanes open.

Pre-COVID this would have been 5 stars. Customer service was great. All staff and management was very welcoming and accommodating.But I dont think Andrettis does enough to ensure the safety of its customers. Especially with so many surfaces of high contact, no social distancing at all, and masks loosely enforced.

Had a great time racing at Andretti’s with my kids Josh and Jess. We were the only ones racing but we still had a lot of fun.The track guy Val was very welcoming and friendly to us when we were there. He needs a raise of some sort. Very Professional . Would rate the facility 10 stars if possible. Also, the food is very good!

Really fun place and alot to do. But i dont think that the go karts or the dark ride is worth the money. Theyre definitely up to date with the technology and everything works. But clearly they are tryimg to get back for what they put into the place the way the prices were.

I went here for my birthday last year and it was very fun the only thing i didnt like is the fact that we payed a lot of money and only got to do each activity once. I was very disappointed but everything else was amazing the food was very good and the games and other activities were fun.

Sanitizing stations, sanitizing wipes and yeah cans are all over the they building! Mask are required and the staff is Awesome! It was more crowded and the food was Great! Hello Cory or to whomever it may concern.I am writing to you in response to an incident that happened at the Andretti Indoor Karting in Marietta at approx 2:00pm today, September 4th, 2020.My work group and colleagues organized an outing at your facility. We had decided to grab some food and go carting. After about 45 minutes at the facility, we decided to go to the bathroom and go carting. This was around 2:00pm.As I, and my co worker at a slightly different time decided to enter the restroom, we both slipped and she nearly fell and injured herself but was able to prop and catch herself against the wall in the Womans restroom. I, however, slipped IMMEDIATELY upon walking into your facilitys Men restroom and fell. I fell very hard and I had in glass in my hand. Upon landing on my right side I also broke and damaged both my personal phone, a new Samsung Galaxy and my work phone, an LG model.I fell on my right side body and my elbow. My elbow is still sore from the fall.My co-worker Molly noticed that the floor was extremely poorly cleaned with what I can asume with too much soap or other cleaning solution, my other two co-workers mentioned to me as well how slippery the bathrooms were.I did speak with Ryan your stores Assist. Manager and I told him to file an accident report as I wanted this documented.I am asking for reimbursement for the value of my personal property due to the negligence of your staff with poor floor prep and maintenance.Your manager Ryan suggested that there is nothing he could do to ensure me some remedy for the BARE MINIMUM which is replace my property. He actually suggested that I should take legal action as it was the only thing that would ensure your company resolves thisI want to believe that your company will step in and do the right thing and compensate me for the damaged property and ensure this does not happen again with better staff training.I have yet to receive a phone call or an email from anyone. I have reached out to the GM as well.Awful.

Initialy I thought it was a great place, my son and I were the only ones on the track at 4:50pm on a Monday, not bad! Sadly the gentleman attending my son and I asked If I was prior military only to insult my military service because I was a member of the U.S. Air Force. After I told him your just going to take stabs at me and my service he continued to make statement about the Air Force dont do anything insinuating that we are worthless. After 20 years of Active Duty, service in Iraq and Afghanistan I never thought Id be insulted for my military service at a Go Kart.Wont be coming back and wont be scheduling work event as clearly U.S. Air Force service is an insult to this establishment.

Great family place! Lots of things to do indoor. Plenty of gaming, VR, Go Carts, bowling and really good food. We will be going back.

Plan on arriving and not riding karts for a while (4 hours for me, I arrived at 2pm). The line to book the kart was about 25 min wait, and then it turns out I cant get 4 people to ride for another 4 hours. All the bowling lanes are booked for the rest of the day, so your kind of forced to play arcade, eat, and then go sit in your car for 2 hours while you wait for your kart. Also, the staff is rude. I drove all the way from Suwanee for some fun, but instead, I figured out what not to do on my next night out. 3 stars because the place is clean, the karts were cool, and the arcade machines were working without issues.

Very bad first experience here. Came today Saturday October 31 & after paying for our events, which I wish we hadn’t, we went to the restaurant, was seated and literally sat for 20 minutes with no service before returning to the host stand to inquire about a server. We were told by the host “oh your server has other tables.”. Well, duh but someone should’ve greeted us at the least. We left the table to tell a nearby manager who we could instantly tell could care less about our concern. Will not return and I will spread the word.

It was great! But the one problem I had was using the cards thats was the only issue. Over all its the best place to take your kids for like there birthday or something.

Great place. Went there on a week day. Best time because there was not a lot of people. The place was very clean and Darrell the associate who helped us with the birthday party was great. Looking forward to going again.

I went to Andretti today for my sisters birthday for dinner. As we were taken to our seat promptly however it took 40 minutes before anyone even asked what we wanted to drink. Waitress were not attentive at all.

Definitely a lot to do. The family will love coming. The parents can drink and the kids play. Only issue in the era of Covid 19, there is no social distancing. This is a place to limit capacity. Mask mandatory on the door but half the people are not wearing or have them half way down. The kids had a blast anyways.

I was unsure about booking a birthday party here based on some reviews. I’m glad we gave it a shot anyway. I scheduled a 13th Birthday party online. Communication emails from Rachel were detailed. She called to confirm head count. And told me one activity was closed and gave us options to replace with another.We arrived right at opening on a Sunday. That was planned on our part as we thought it would be less crowded and we would be wrapping up as more people arrived later in the day. We were escorted to our private “VIP” room. Our host was WONDERFUL. Talking to me every step of the way about what will be coming up next. We had one child (5yrs) in our party that was too small for many activities (which we knew) and Andretti’s was gracious enough to give him extended time on his arcade card so he could have his own fun- not expected but more than appreciated. When the teens went to karting, one other child was not quite tall enough so they arranged for her to ride the slower track with an adult. Again- not expected but THANK YOU!The kids enjoyed the pizza and ice cream. The food ordered by the adults (separate order from the party package) was good.Employees were walking around cleaning regularly. Most people in the facility were adhering to the request for masks.The birthday boy commented on how nice our host and all the employees we talked to were.Great birthday party experience for first timers! We will be back!

Went over the weekend and yes had fun with my boyfriend because we did something but I don’t like how we paid nearly 50$ just to both ride the go cart one time for barely 10 min RIDICULOUS ON THE PRICE. Games were pricey as well but yes fun atmosphere but way to expensive. We also purchased the 50$ game card and 20$ to play laser tag then another 20$ for the VR INSANE LOWER THE PRICE.

The simulators had so many bugs i turn right and go left and the clutch was irrelevant even in manual transmission. The go-karts would have been fun but they govern your speed from a booth basically making it pointless. I spent 98% of my time cruising one handed because i ended up behind some slow people and instead of letting me pass they governed my kart. I dont recommend this place to anyone. If its games you want go to dave and busters..

My family and I were there tonight, 07/20/20, to celebrate my sons 10th birthday. But the experience was terrible.The bowling attendant was terrible, all the time .... And when a ball was stuck, for the first time, my son went to warn to unlock it,she told him to shut up.So we went to complain to the manager, but she tried to defend the attendant.Then another ball got stuck and the manager went to unlock it, but she certainly forgot to block the track, and she accused us of almost having crushed his hand. In fact, she didnt block it while fixing the track error.Not satisfied, I went to ask for a refund of what I had paid, since they had already finished with the celebration and with our day. But even the general manager, if Im not mistaken named Jeff, cant do any.They did nothing to soften the disrespectful treatments we endured.The worst to treat customer.

Marcus, Angie and the kids had fun!!!! They have all you need whether your an adult or child! Indoor racing, indoor bowling, a plethora of games! Omg! And they have a DVR game thats guaranteed to scare your pants off! It almost scared my pants off!

The games were good n the food was good. The service the second time was good. The first server we had was not that good. The bowling was fun too.

We had a great time riding go carts but we ordered food at the bar first and the lady behind the bar said she would keep them for us while we raced we even told her what time our race ended. After, we walk up to the bar and they are eating our wings and claim that they threw them away!

Honestly this place is better than Dave and busters. Their service is great and games are better. I highly recommend this place for aEveryone of all ages

This is a great place to go if youre looking to do something out of the ordinary. The food is decent, the games are cool and the driving is really fun for the kids. Adults can also race but i didnt give it try this time around. Next time I might take a spin around the track once or twice

It was way too crowded and pack for comfort couldnt get a table couldnt get a seat at the bar. Due to the fact we in the mist of covid-19 they shouldve not allowed so many people inside. But other than that the go-karts with kind of fun but took forever to ride. I would never do it again

This was my first time at this location and I was really surprised at how they have transformed this space. We were here for a private event and they pulled out all the bells and whistles. The food was good and the staff was friendly. We love the variety of games and will definitely return!

My 1st time experience at Andrettis was not a good one as far as party planning. My event was Not well organized at all. The only good thing we did get out of it is the games was really Fun however its not a place I wish to plan another event for. Event coordinator wasnt good with returning calls nor emails. The event name wasnt even out on the table and we arrived on time but they had to go find my event name. Even though the simulator was on my contract of list of things to do the associate didnt want to let us on it because our game card wasnt scanning so we had to contact a manager to have him let us on the simulator. It was very frustrating the consistent problems that kept coming up my 1st experience there. In addition; even though my food was good a few of my guests was not so well either something was over cooked or not cooked long enough was the issues they had.

I literally wish i stopped and grabbed a burger from mcdonalds before i ate here, worst tasting hard burger i’ve ever tried. Go karts are electric and slowed down, gun shots were shot only weeks ago at this ghetto location. The french fries are actually amazing though and worth trying, just don’t pay for a race or a drink because the bartenders and servers know nothing.

This was me and my friends first time going to Andrettis and i must say Im highly disappointed at the customer service we received. It being our first time we werent sure how to navigate the place and when we tried to ask questions the rude cashiers were more concerned with us being 6 feet apart then actually helping us. We felt very rushed and the cashiers looked as if we were bothering them. The information was not clearly explained. The games and go kart riding was fun but the poor service was not. We will not be returning. Save your money and goes where your dollar is appreciated.

I took my kids an hour drive. I checked the website daily for updates or whatever. Filled out the waivers online. When we got there had to fill out waivers again, the races were sold out. The rope adventure was not open cause of social distancing, which didn’t make sense everyone was packed in the place. We had people just walk in front of us for laser tag that we waited an hour for. When I mentioned it to the employee they pretty much said there wasn’t anything she could do. Then my laser gun didn’t work. The arcade games were lame! The employees weren’t nice the patrons weren’t nice and we could’ve had as much fun in Walmart’s arcade. The website needs to be updated. Maybe call before you waste a trip.

Went here for a kids birthday party - loved the place. Little crowded, but there are several activities to keep you engaged. The birthday rooms are huge and can easily accommodate 75+ people.

This place is pretty cool and the family had a blast but covid has made it not such a relaxing place. No social distancing required and they DO NOT enforce masks. It’s pretty disturbing.

Was just here hanging with a friend for her daughter Birthday... it was okay... drink was not hitting on nothing(THE FINISH LINE)... food was nasty...

Great family place. My grandchildren love to visit there when they come to visit me from out of town. They love the activities. My grown children love it even more, the good carts, the laser tag, the whole family fill. My 2 year old just loves the lights and walking around taking notice. Love Andrettis.

I attended for a professional seminar. The conference room was well-suited for the presentation as the lighting and the audio both worked well so we could see and hear the presenter. Afterwards to go karts were super fun: they were all electric so there were no fumes and they were very simple to drive. I cant comment on pricing however because it was a group event. They had reasonable covid-19 precautions including a mask requirement and frequent sanitizer dispensers. Social distancing could have been better, but not bad.

Me and my friends had a horrible experience . We came June 7, 2020. The workers were also worried about a 6 feet rule rather than helping when we were together . We were a group of four . The people in the game room were ignoring the questions we ask. The workers were very much rude and they gave us stank looks. We felt so uncomfortable and the games were barely working. We will not be returning no time soon. Please fix the customer service because if it was zero stars I would give them that. DO BETTER ANDRETTI! It was very sad because we are an essential worker and we got treated like trash. Not great at all . I also feel if we are asking you questions and need reassurance you should be willing to help. Not rushing or be huffing and puffing to steer us in the right directions . The cashiers looked very upset and seem as if they did not want to work . I feel they need to have better customer service that way we can tell others about the place, and others would be willing to come .

Waited in line for bowling for 10 minutes for an associate to even show up. Then two female associates showed up, arguing with each other as they walked past the line of customers about who was supposed to have been behind the desk. Finally got to the lane, and after the first frame the racking machine malfunctioned. Beer was cold and servers were nice, but hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, and several employees were doing the chin-mask thing.

Toinette was a great greeter, he sold us on the place even though it didnt offer everything we were looking for.We wanted to pay for an all day package, but they dont offer it. I still gave a 5 star because the place was wonderful.

Zero protocols in place to encourage social distancing. There is no reason they should let as many people inside of this building as they did. No masks being worn, so packed no way you cant stand without being on top of someone, Several sanitizing stations were out, and bathrooms were out of sorts.

I love this place. From riding in go carts, shooting hoops, to laser tag this is a great place to go to have fun. Just make sure you have money. The 3 of is spent about $80 and stayed only 2 hours.

They didnt send the results after our race. Thats why we went there, to compete with each other. They kept telling us to wait and after an hour, we still didnt have it so they told us to go to the front desk. The front desk told us it was too late for them to pull it up. Waste of $100.

Expect a wait time. Did not see if could reserve a time before going, not sure if that is an option. Fun track, good electric cars. Best value is the 3 race pack, but a bit pricey in my opinion. Lots of games to play if you buy the card. Bowling was a fair price for up to 6 on a lane plus shoes-socks. Did not eat at restaurant but looked like many options. 3 different tracks depending on age.

This was our first time. After being stuck in traffic for two hours and missing most of my nephews party, the Manager Jeff was so amazing and allowed us the opportunity to have such an amazing time. So thankful. He had such a wonderful and kind spirit. Thank you Jeff!!
