The park is kept so clean. The office ladies are so kind and patient. Not only that, but also the maintenance people are always on top of it and get things done as soon as possible. It’s a great place to live and I highly recommend looking into renting or buy a home from here!

Live with my family its a nice place. Most people are friendly. So I can go walking around and see what is all the way every place is fixing there yard.

Mostly quiet, a few kids, the managers enforce rules and both the office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly.I like the “no parking on the street rule” as it makes it safer to drive and walk through, especially at night. Each place has room for at least 2 cars. The speed bumps are another positive for safety.Haven’t had any problem with burglary or vandalism over past six years.Overtime, they seem to be upgrading their rental homes with newer models. And the streets are free of potholes.Our rent has been raised just three times over six years, equaling about $10.00 a year.So far, has been a good choice for us!

I cannot say enough good things about the office people. They are always friendly, helpful and when we have had questions or issues they have taken care of it. Just wish there was better parking but we have made it work. A lot of children so have to be careful when driving through. We do love living here and have been here for 3 years. Thanks to the Redbud staff for all they do to keep this community clean and I love the fact they have rules and policies. That is what keeps a community up to par and clean. Thank you

If I could give more stars I would! Such a great, safe place to live. Ive lived here for a little over 1 year. I have had no changes in my rent fees, and when I moved in they had a deal if you sign for a year you get $50 off a month. I have a decent sized yard with a fence which is so perfect because you cant find that anywhere else in town. The fence was a selling point for me. My dog is able to run around and be free in his own area, and my child is able to run around or throw balls around in the yard and I dont have to worry about keeping my eyes on him 24/7 and running into the roads. The office staff (Shauna and Jamie) are so nice and helpful, ive never had any issue with them. My dog loves taking a stroll to the office as he loves visiting Shauna and Jamie and loves the treats they give him. The maintenance staff (Tiffani, Derek, Tom, and Denise) are respectful, trustworthy and timely as well, I dont have to worry about them being in my home to fix any issues while im not home. And all of them do great with my dog! My boyfriend has always commented that he likes how fast they are able to get out if or when we do have any issues. The park is free of potholes and the street lights are always working. They are great at picking up peoples litter in the roads and picking up nails and metal that falls out of vehicles mainly by the speedbumps, I see them out in the golf card quite often picking them up. They also have storage buildings on site for a decent price! And most of the homes have a little shed in the yard as well. They have also in the past provided renters with grass seed to help keep up their yards which was super nice as I couldnt afford it but wanted my yard to look nice. I had a ton of hard dirt spots in my yard when I moved in so it really helped out after getting the dirt pulled up and such to have the seeds given to plant!The only downsides to living here are the speed bumps are a bit high, so if you drive a low to the ground car it could be an issue unless you take it at 1 mile an hour, and the little community park has vulgar language written on it from some teens.One thing that I would love to see is the basketball goals redone and the court painted. It would be fun for my boyfriend and his friends to be able to play full games there!EDIT 7.29.2020Took my 5 stars to 3 stars. If you are a current tenant needing to get out of your lease and into a new house on site it is not allowed. If you are a current tenant and your lease is up and you want to transfer into a bigger home it is not allowed.Fences are no longer allowed- unless you were grandfathered in.Paying your rent is hard if you have rent and a storage unit. You have to have either two seperate email accounts and set them up online, or pay by money order, or check. If you have ACH it doesn’t come out of your account until the 6/7th of the month, same as a check.

Maintenance on the roads is horrible. Also theres a continuous flooding issue that they have not fixed nor do the inform tenants about prior to moving in. Its not the creek flooding either. A little bit of rain and theres pounding water all over the place. This creates a major insect problem and impedes on the quality of the lots affected.

Ive lived here for 3 years now and have only good things to say. Staff has always been professional, friendly, and accommodating. Fees and rules are reasonable. They try to keep the place looking tidy, and I feel secure enough to not need to bolt my vehicles to the ground when theyre unattended, unlike in KC. Overall pleasant and painless renting experience.

I used to live here as a kid, and to say by far, Office Staff has always been nice and helpful, the park has always been clean, and more. I recommend living here.

I dont know how to write this place as I dont live here. I visited a friend of mine and this is the largest mobile home estate I have ever seen in my life, Google couldnt help me find his house. His backyard backed up to a wooded area with a creek very nice place. The management of this estate does well too keep this place clean and tidy. My prayers go out to the people that were devastated in the flooding that occurred in this area last Summer. I would recommend.

Its a mobile home area. The number one pet peeve for me in this community is the vehicle damaging speed bumps. I understand why the property management wants them. Lots of kids live here and play. They want their residents safe.That said, Ive only visited friends who live in the area. They seem happy.

I rented from Red Bud Estates for a year and a half and do not have enough great things to say about the managers. I would call or email with an issue and by the time I would get home from work it would be fixed. They were always willing to help out and did whatever I needed. And the rent was very reasonable! I would move back in a heartbeat if I could.

The staff is very friendly, and the park is well maintained.

Was a garage sale here so thats why I went. Supposed to be sales throughout but only found 2. I have a hard time finding the sales if they dont use arrows. Need signs telling what numbers are on what row. I havent figured that out yet.
