This place is so unbelievably rude and scam happy, I hate to begin. They jack up your rent frequently, and charge you a water surcharge, so even if you dont use a drop of water, you still have to pay $25 just for having access to it. When a relative of mine who lived here passed away, we sold the trailer to the owner of the court (who we had a very difficult time contacting because phone numbers were nearly non existent), and he gave us a measly $500 for it. For some reason after that, we kept finding monthly bills hanging on the door of my relatives trailer, which we were forced to pay, even though we didnt own the trailer, and nobody lived in it. The owner of the court ended up getting the trailer for free, AND making a profit off of us because the bills we had to pay added up to $750. Awhile later the court owner posted an add online asking for someone to pay $500 for the trailer, and asking them to spend $5,000 on repairs to fix it up, meaning the new buyer would just be spending $5,500, and end up paying months of rent while fixing the place up, which was a total scam. The entire court is filled with rude people, trailers and roads that are falling apart, with a crook owner that keeps getting thousands of dollars in rent every month.
