Good luck living here, one end of the park is cop central, the other end is not so bad, but get down to the other end, be expected to see the police often. You can figure out why...Okay Im going to add to my review after a few months of living here, I really like it. You management has came in the park has cleaned up. Im not going to take back what I said earlier on the review in so far as the police presence. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly this area has turned around. And Im impressed.

I just got evicted!! STAY AWAY from here... I pray the NEXT homeless person doesnt just take a place because they are a homeless Veteran!!!!!!!!

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful tall trees for shade in the summertime. Good access to roads and businesses. School bus service and city transit just out your front door. Walking paths and fishing within short distance. Golf course and fairgrounds block away for added bonus.

Its was the place I went to talk with the chic that my man is cheating on me with. So I didnt have a good experience.

The other reviews say this is a nice and quiet neighborhood, but I beg to differ. Its located right next to a street with constant traffic, and every time I come here theres shady looking people outside their mobile homes who stare at me as I drive thru. Most of the homes themselves are run down and falling apart as well.

I like how much patience and belief in people that Ken Royce shows for everyone. God bless Mr. Royce Sir. Love you my friend.

Great place clean and people are nice mind there own business

I live here and its a nice older court that has an awesome owner who is very flexible and easy to work with.
