Bad management. Can’t get a hold on them especially the maintenance manager, doesn’t help you out. I regretted I bought a trailer in this park

Owners work hard to keep their tenants happy...snow removal is right away handled and speed bumps are put down so drivers drive safely and courteous... Quiet area

Really dont know that much about that got trailer it seemed to look okay and kept up nice

One of the best management groups I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the Bis-Man area. Staff has been polite, courteous, and prompt in every instance I have had to deal with them. I would reccomend.
