Interesting place. A friend decorates one of the big trees for servicemen and she has a trip there every year for local people live in the Randolph Cambria Fox Lake area. The views are fantastic. The parking not so much so.

Went to the Governors mansion for Christmas dinner. It was exactly what you would expect. The decor was of superior quality. Greeted by carolers along the staircase, you immediately got the feeling that you were experiencing something extremely special. The Walker family were exceptional hosts providing an overall dining experience that rivaled that of any 5-star restaurant venue. Although the wait staff were mainly volunteers, they carried the night well. The chef did a superb job in food selection and preparation. The dinner guests were diverse and engaging. Conversation was lively and fun. Couple that with the live music and chorus, this was one of those rare life experiences that definitely do not happen every day. Overall excellent experience!

I was not impressed with the inside of the mansion. The grounds had colorful flowers though. The grounds made up for it.

I was fortunate enough to visit for a work meeting and was given a brief tour of the space. I can only imagine what it would be like to live in such a beautiful residence.

What a beautiful place. I went here to see the Christmas display at the Governors Mansion, which in December they have specific days and times to tour part of the Mansion for free. Each area of the house is decorated by a different business or organization in Wisconsin. In one room they had a live choir singing which was very nice. Before you enter the Mansion they do have donation boxes for food and warm winter items that will help those in need. Photography is allowed inside the home.

Went there as part of Kenosha County Law Day. We took students to the State Capitol where Samantha Kerkman gave us the tour. We then went to the Governors Mansion. The place is beautiful and the students and I learned alot. The tour guides were very informative.

If you have the opportunity, you should see our States Executive Mansion. Its owned by the people of this great state regardless of who the Governor is.

Gov. Walker will always be the greatest governor in my book.

While it is not very big, it is extremely well kept and the exterior is fantastic to walk around if you are lucky enough to attend a function on the grounds. In the afternoon and evening the sun makes the trees on the Lake Mendota side of the yard sparkle and look like theyre on fire. Its quite beautiful.

Mansion beautiful too bad Evers lives theres hes not someone who is governor for all Wiscosinites as he believes in killing babies in this state which is an obstruction of justice for the unborn & a death sentence but wants to build more prison for crimes committed by murderers so he & his liberal cronies belong in prison also to promote the murder of children !

We visited for a veterans pick-nick, local foods were served. If they are able they should host more events for Wisconsin vets.

Went during the Christmas season and it was very pretty. Only four rooms open to the public but several other small rooms were open to be viewed as well. They even had someone playing a harpsichord which was a nice touch.

Really cool mansion with lots of interesting history. The coolest part is that the countrys best governor lives here!

We took the tour today. It was disappointing. There were only 5 rooms on the main floor for visitors to view.

We went here as part of a garden tour. It is beautiful.

Visited as part of Wisconsin College Republicans State Convention, was impressed by the hospitality and welcoming environment.

Beautifully decorated Governors Mansion. All real evergreen trees were used throughout the residence.

The holiday celebration was horrible. There are only three rooms to see, very congested, not worth the time. Volunteers were confused about what was going. A good metaphor for how horribly our government runs.

It will be better once Walker walks away like the presidential campaign to make room for a non felon governor who actually grants pardons to people who deserve them.
