Its a very nice wharf type area but virtually impossible to gain access to unless youre a resident.... It should be the opposite as residents get this wharf every day of the year so hot summer weekends only visitors should be allowed to park in the lot while residents can walk there
A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a great view. Is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood to take a walk and enjoy a calm time with the family, we used to live in Madison and this was a point to talk, have some lunch and escape from the stressful routine. Now that we live a little far, sometimes we make an excuse to eat in some of the restaurants and have a coffee there.
Very nice, clear and quiet.Just time to enjoy nature.
A nice area with decent parking and a lot of room for social distancing.
Very nice spot to hang out. You can park at the stop and shop and walk down if the kit is full.
A lot of families with kids. Small parking lot available for Madison residents. The sunsets are awesome on the beach.
Beautiful park, the views from the beach are gorgeous. On the smaller side but has benches to sit and enjoy the views.
Love this beach. Its beautiful and clean. But is only open to madison residents you have to have a sticker to park here.
Very nice spot, and free parking this time of year. Love coming here.
It wa so peaceful I brought my client there and she loved it meet a few ppl there as well that lives in the neighborhood and they were very nice and polite and welcoming
Nice small place to stop off season
The best part about this beach is how convenient it can be. From the time you park you can be in the water, on your kayak, or enjoying the view from the pier or gazebo in minutes!
Very nice place to go and just relax. Its kept very clean and great views.
Small but nice
Met some great people! Had nice conversations!
No one follows the rules. No floaties, no balls, no drinking. THIS makes it uncomfortable for everyone else. In addition dangerous kayaks and paddleboards in swim area.
A nice small beach that is not too crowded. Its fairly standard Connecticut beach with rocks and shells along the shoreline and permits required for parking.
It was cold and clear this morning.
Memories of years long past made all the sweeter when shared with one of my children.
Wonderful small town beach!
Beautiful beach, and such an amazing shell hunt! 10/10 would come back to this beach.
Great vibe. Great IPA selection (g-bot on happy hour even Sunday!). Great selection of snacks and dinners.
Low key and quiet is the standard for this beach with a jetty and gazebo; beautiful sunrises!
Quiet
Great place for the beach and dog friendly!
Great for walking!
Small and scenic beach in Madison
I only go here in the off season but its a nice place to eat lunch and look over Long Island Sound.
Very peaceful and relaxing.Handicap parking spot, bathrooms.
Small quiet town beach if you want to avoid the large number of nosy kids who flock to the Surf Club town beach with its play grounds, snack bar, and sport fields (although it is a nice beach as well with picnic grounds).
Nice and peaceful great people there
Relaxing place ..to many rocks
A bit of paradise in hidden in northern Massachusetts!
Very nice..
Quiet, cozy, and easy. Best beach in Madison to relax.
Nice place but small...
Only really for the locals. Parking pass is required for entry. For non locals Id recommend Hamonasset insteadm.
Beautiful beach lots of fun
Great view clean and relaxing
Nice but snooty !
Small, neighborhood beach. Quiet and peaceful.
Nice viee and not too crowded
