I met with Patty (site manager) to discuss an opening for a rental they had posted.Although late in arriving (my fault) it was already rented.Patty was very polite in her discussion as well as understanding in my needs as a vet on disability.I dont understand the derogatory remarks. They can only do so much for all seeking a safe environment.

WORSE PLACE TO LIVE EVER. I would give it no stars if I could.I was here for 3 years only because I had no choice and it was absolutely awful. My trailer was disgusting on the outside and all the issues inside were only covered up and never fixed. They would only fix what they felt like fixing and there was literally something to take care of once a week. The maintenance men are felons with records who have no actual experience in fixing anything. Just 2 retards with hammers. The manager is the worst with her extreme lack of knowledge and professionalism to run any type of a place. This place was disgusting, the management and owner even more so.

Walking past it looks nice but needed a parking lot for more parking looked like.

Little bit older park, but a great community - well maintained with friendly staff and management.

Very quiet, people seem to mind their own business. On my visits, I never heard any loud music no disturbances. Very nice, clean too.

Looks like most other mobile home parks. I was there on a job.

Nice location. Generally quiet and clean. I like it here. People are no better or worse than anywhere else I have lived. Management does the best they can with the resources given and they have always been fair with me.

Friendly people and marginally clean park. Lets be honest here, its a trailer park so you know what to expect in general.

I really dont understand some of these comments, like managment cursing at kids,fleas bedbgs ticks n rats running rampid, sounds like your not dealing with your own problems bugs do not march up n down the street n rats wont hang around unless your a slob. Management is very well run n polite alln all a nice place to live ! And as far of dogs runng loose i have been here 4 years and the only dog i have seen running loose was my own when he shot out the front door on me . The property manager Patty is very nice and fair !

Management is always cussing at children. Theres so many rules you will instantly regret moving here. The pool burns my eyes and several other residents say the same. You cant have guests over for more then a couole days. Cant drink outside on my own property. I Get harassed for smoking my medical marijuana. Every month they change the rules. You guys will be getting a visit from my friends at the Better Business Bureau this year

Great place to live if you dont have a lot of money to spend

Its a trailer park. Nothing special. By some noisy factories and the freeway.

Friendly little community, in ground pool, and Patty is a great park manager

They dont have alot of newer homes but its cheap till you find something better

Honestly I would not recommend this trailer park to my worst enemy let alone a friend. This park is absolute trash the people are extremely nosey and rude and disrespectful. Dont ever try to get close to anyone in this park, they will use you for everything youve got and then turn around and steal from you. Ive been here not even a year keeping to myself and not causing problems and paying my rent and bills ontime and Ive just had problem afted problem. Not to mention people are sifting thru your mail and even your stuff outside. They have a pool, however its closed alot of the summer due to complaints about the chlorine. They have rat problems galore and hardly do anything to fix the problem besides a monthly rat prevention that I dont believe works. If you have dogs STAY AWAY because you might have problems with fleas and ticks and even tapeworms. It has been very costly trying to keep the fleas out of the house! Maintenance takes forever just to fix simple things like siding. The owner is extremely greedy and doesnt care about the park and leaves it up to the manager that tries to make things better but doesnt have the funds to do so. I honestly would have moved out already but due to my fianical situation I have to wait. PLEASE for your own good stay away from this park. Its more trouble than its worth.

This park is horrible the homes are old and raggedy at least 50+ yrs it looks like something straight out of a horror movie Hee Haw the management is prejudice and she is a liar they lie about the conditions of the trailer to trick you to move there and get the money then they dont make any repairs the trailer literally falls apart in the winter the gas bill is through the roof because of the holes and cracks upkeep and maintenance is all but non existence if you complain they tell you to just move out once you sign the lease they got you on the hook for at least a year this place needs to be shut down and bulldozzed

Lived here 2 years..management always changing.maintnence was horrible..dirty..a lot of drugs..pool heater always broken...dont move here ....run.run.run

Red Run Park tries to sell mobile homes that are clearly not livable and are misleading in their ads and what they tell you in the office. They seem unwilling to work with their renters.We were going to buy from someone there and the management was just ridiculous.
