My spiritual wife likes this place so far. Madison Oaks has a swimming pool, she loves it. I dont know how to swim, yet, but I will. Very peaceful and happy new place to live in a small town in a row I love it

After the old managers were replaced both Shannon and Larry have performed a complete 180 for the better. They are both not only pleasant and understanding but will go the extra mile depending on your situation. To me they are ideal people to have on any property and it was a pleasure doing business. The property is nice, has a pool, good local food, and entertainment. I’m sure as long as these two are around it’ll be a pleasant place to live.

We have lived here a little shy of a year. We have toured all the surrounding mobile home parks and this one is the nicest. I often see Maitnance stopping to pick up trash and keeping up the parks apperance. The newer trailers are really nice and I find them fairly affordable. Maitnance staff are quick to deal with any issues which I really appreciate. We have alot of wonderful neighbors.Alot of water does lay in the mail room when it rains. When it rains alot Ive also noticed it lays on alot of side walks and the cemented zones the mobile homes sit on.

Houses are huge and love the lay outs. Only down side is all the dips in the rodes from drains.

I used to live here with Alicia Slade. It is very peaceful here. A pool area even though i do not know how to swim yet. Alicia is showing me, Lola, lol! I recommend this place to live!!!¡.

Just moved in but was very pleased with the job that Aaron and Heather did making the unit available to my schedule. I was very impressed with the application process as well.

Stay there for 3 1/2 years after my divorce. They are nice clean units some of them even have storage sheds. Management does not put up with any riff-raff. They are quick to respond to any issues. Pool is clean and great on a hot summer day. Would recommend this over any local apartments.

Ok place if you need a roof over your head, but they are on the 3rd park manager in 5 years. Maintenance crew is a crock. They sell lawn care to the lowest bidder who also does the minimum. Residents have no respect for personal property or privacy. Overpriced for what you get.

I’ve lived here for four months so far and we’ve lost power TWICE. The first time it took 3 days to come back on.

Went in for info. Heather was excellent at answering questions.

Have only been here since february,but I love it.havent seen a rat,bedbug or roach yet.manager is terrific,as are the maintenance crew.only problems are parking,when some visitors use your allotted spot because they are too lazy to walk to visitors area.also,when it rains there is quite a bit of flooding-needs some fill dirt.its pretty quiet,neighbors are respectful of privacy.my three year old granddaughter loves that we just have to cross the street to the play area,and the older,bigger kids there have been terrific when playing with her.my only regret is that I didnt come across this park years ago!!

My best friend lives here and spent many nights and weekends here. It appears nice looking in but you DO NOT WANT TO EVER, EVER, WANT TO LIVE HERE!!! Unless, you love rats and I am being very, very serious! My friend did everything to get rid of the problem and spent thousands, to no avail! I do not know where they come from but the place over with them! Please do not move in this place. It is one problem after another and feel lucky that I did not move in here. My friend however was not so lucky. I have heard and have seen first hand, the way this place is run and the conditions. Rats, Rats and more Rats!! If I was the only one who complainted about this problem, you might be able to dismiss it! However, I am not! Save yourself and do not move here!

I have enjoyed my residence at Madison Oaks. The staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. The maintenance team was responsive. The neighborhood was up kept throughout the year and its a great price for comfortable living.

Very clean and tidy. However seems overly packed and theres lots of kids running in the street.

Over crowded, bad parking, homes way too close together.

I think its a good area clean and local to store, banks etc, restaurants too.....

Good for staying, like independent homes

Trailers are pretty nice on the inside. During the summer you have to watch out for kids. Theyll hide behind cars and jump out while youre driving once you get close. Or, theyll just stay in middle of the road and not move when a car is coming. Some kid burned the bush on the side of a neighbors house causing damage to the trailer. They were pretty mad about it, but didnt evict the family. However, they fixed it pretty quickly. These problems didnt really start until after they got rid of the security, under the new owners.

Great place to live pool and park in in community

Lived here for going on six years the park is changing not for the Good of the Residents. Management are forcing people who own their trailers out bringing in new trailers which are all electric appliances in winter months elect bills run $1,200.00 to $1,600.00 per month.

Clean, management very helpful.

I like the fact that they mow your grass so you dont have to worry about it

I stay here four years lease end feb28th and I have to say thanks overall. I havent seen a fight or heard any shootings and coming from detroit, that was a well needed relaxing feeling no real stress or drama. Madison heights is truly a beautiful community. And if you pay your rent on time unlike me a lot of times lol there will be no problem.Aaron Angleowicz is great and understanding. And I enjoyed my time here.God bless

Deplorable living conditions. people move out and they dont even clean the places they just try to flip a quick dollar, check around your potential home for holes, the rat problems are INSANE, neighbors complain of bed bugs and roaches. They constantly harass residents about any and every thing that they can. poor managment. grounds keeping is okay just so youll think the place is nice. few months in youlll realize youve made a huge mistake. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If i could give zero stars I would. My sister lives here and her floors are giving away. The maintenance has been called numerous times with nothing. People have floors who are soaked with water from leaking roofs. Dont even let me get started on the rat problem ( almost over-ran) There are limited parking spaces, and with people there who dont live there, there isnt any place for the tenants to park. Theres kids who steal out of your backyard. My youngest niece cant play outside during the warm months due to rat poop everywhere. The manager and his crew need to be replaced before this place can see any signs of improvement. I know numerous people who live here, and have been waiting months to year to get their issues fixed.

Parking is absolutely horrible in this community. Many of the mobile homes are run down or in some form of disrepair. Areas are constantly flooding due low grade. The community just seems to be poorly kept up.

My car was gone through and stolen from. Someone tried to break in my house and I cant even get a call back. This place is unsafe. I plan to move asap. Oh and my friends a/c went down in high temps and humidity, and its not an emergency even though her daughter has severe asthma.
