Terrible. Completely run down, small and trashy looking. The manager is rude, argumentative and money grubbing. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Zero stars if I could! Manager, Kimberly Marschner, is nasty, rude and a complete liar. Trailer park is extremely old and run down. Full of broke down vehicles and trash. Road needs immediate repair- pylon has been in hole in the street for months. This place is going downhill fast!! Dont waste your money to move in because the manager is already looking to evict you and keep your lot rent that she makes you pay in advance. You have been warned, good luck.

Seems like a pretty nice place....They where selling a trailer that needed work for 1$..was a pretty good deal actually

I enjoy living here, but I have one negative comment. There are several people living here, that need a muffler.

I live here and its a great place to live

It is a no frills trailer park. As long as management recognizes what they have all is well. New on site managers are common. Several arrived with delusions of grandeur. It is relatively quiet, and secluded, but close to shopping and other services.Recent managers have sensibly opted to run it, without trying to alter its nature.

I loved the people who live there. Yes, there are some bad people, but that is everywhere. The bottom line is..the management. Rude, obnoxious, and just plain nasty. Kim is horrible with people. I paid the rent on time thinking I wouldnt have to deal with her. WRONG! She picked apart everything people did. She never shuts up, no kidding. It was so much better when it wasnt packed in with all the new trailers. Now it will really be all about the money. Sad.

I enjoy living here. The one draw back is, ever other resident needs a muffler!

The owner was very nice and helpful, and someone that lives here was very friendly and nice, he gave us directions.

Went to visit my sister after being in her home for 20 minutes the park manager came banging on the door yelling at me telling me that I was speeding through her private property. She was very unprofessional and threatening at the same time. When my sister has valid complaints she avoids doing the task at hand slumlord big-time

I go to visit family and friends that live there. I believe the management is rude bias to certain people that are not in there click. Ive seen be so mean spoken to many especially the elderly. Needs new management.
