Went to have some fun on a sunny day before the rain comes........Was told the track was to wet to run the go carts.The rain came 2 hours later.Very disappointed.

We were traveling from out of state and rain had canceled our plans to go to the beach so we looked for other attractions on the area and came across Putt-Putt and it did not disappoint! We bought a 2 hour pass and game card($10 worth of credit) for $25 per person and it was honestly worth every penny.We did water bumper boats, mini golf, inside bumper cars, laser tag and played in the arcade.The laser tag was probably my personal favorite. It was a big 2 story course and had plenty of room to run around.Kids loved the bumper boats and bumper cars.The staff was also incredible. Im not sure if its a family run center but thats the vibe I got from it. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

We booked putt putt fun center for my sons 10th birthday on August 1st. This was a Saturday. This was the first available weekend to do a party since the pandemic started. The go carts were not available, but the manager kim personally called me two weeks before the party to let me know. This was not a problem for us. We had many people come celebrate from out of town. The experience was phenomenal! Considering nobody really knows how to party during the covid.... Everyone had. Great time!the kids loved bumper boats and Lazer tag. The adults enjoyed some putt putt, and other adults really enjoyed the wide range of arcade games available. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, and kept things professional and covid acceptable. Also, the landscape inside the gold course looks beautiful!the roses look great! I highly recommend this establishment for fun....anytime.

So I went there with my dad and I want to drive go-carts. And I did and they were fun but the staff running the go-carts were terrible. They would say I was bumping when I got the inside lane of a go-cart and I was the one getting bumped because they got upset when I pass them. I think they maybe ageist when kids drive because I was driving clean and they would get mad because I was making passes and being competitive.The short story is that I will only be coming back because it’s only place that as go-karts.

Management is clueless on how to run a business. employees work very hard but manager staff was very rude to their workers. the facility was disgusting, bathrooms looked like they havent been cleaned in 30+ years. food was tasteless and a waste of money. only three to five go karts are functioning every time me and my family go there, maybe one or two boats work at a time, bumper cars have holes in tubes and seat belts are constantly broken. laser tag was fun when the vests work but the walls were white with mold and mildew. there is always 5-10 arcade games that are not working. the games have been the same for as long as i went there when i was growing up. they never bring anything new to the table. the putt putt course itself is great for infants and children but not for teenagers and adults, the course has never been changed as it gets very boring after the first couple times going there. and dont even get me started on the batting cages that are the biggest waste of money and time. there was never an employee to help me anywhere in the park, they were too busy being yelled at by management. i will not be spending anymore of my time and money on this s#$%!hole they call a park and i hope the rest of you do the same.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. The assistant GM there I think her name was Jasmine Rosser deserves a huge raise she was very patient and helpful. Very sweet lady!

I had a lot of fun. The arcade has several types of games so it isnt repetitive. Although some of the bumper boats ( as well as one bumper car ) are out of order, I get fixing them takes a lot of time and money. Also the lazer tag is fun, the layout isnt hard but isnt too easy. The best deal in my opinion is the 2 hours unlimited attractions with 10 dollars on your card ( 25$ altogether ). Overall great time.

Did the putt putt course. It was fun but it doesnt have a really crazy course like most other putt putt places. The cashier was really nice and they do military discoutlnts which is cool.

The staff at this place was incredible. I took my 8 year old out for a couple of hours and we did just about everything. Bailey was very helpful out on the go-cart track and he did a great job of making her first time in a cart alone fun for her. She still talks about it! And the staff behind the counter that day were great. Somehow we got our attraction cards mixed up with one that had zero tickets accumulated on it. The staff instantly made the situation right by giving my daughter a refilled card with all of her tickets loaded to it. Great place to take the kids. Matter of fact, we’re heading back today!

This is a fun place to take the family and have some fun. They have mini golf, go carts, laser tag, bumper boats and batting cages. They have some arcade games too. The laser tag is probably the best one in the area. They do have food and drinks too. They have birthday parties. They do specials to do all of their fun activities for one price. Will be visiting again soon

Run down place, corporate office is quite lazy and doesn’t actually care about customers. It’s all about the money for them I suppose, would much rather go to funquest where your money is not wasted and your kids can actually have fun. Maybe when this place is under new ownership I’ll think about coming back but until then I suggest you go anywhere else but here to have family fun.

Michael the general manager greeted us as soon as we walked in. he was so helpful and told my son and I all about the the place since it was our first time there. Absolutely amazing customer service from all the associates that were working. we came from about an hour and a half away and we will definitely be back! keep up the good work

Visited for a birthday party, its was okay. Only 2 bumper boats worked, they had about 8 in the water. Staff doesnt smile or interested in safety of riders One wore earbuds when assisting with managing the attractions. Overall this property needs to be refreshed and updated. Staff needs to be lead and coached.

Greatest go kart track ever. We have been to a bunch of them. The staff at the track were so helpful so funny and so nice we think they all need a raise. I would highly recommend this place to go have fun.

My 7 year old just had her birthday party here and it was SO MUCH FUN. You will not find anywhere in Lynchburg better priced.*She had 5 of her friends and they rode bumper cars indoors with great music they all knew the lyrics to, because Music is everything to kids nowadays! *We rode bumper boats outside (I got drenched, the kids loved spraying me with the built in water guns on their boats, they could finally get me back via pure anarchy)*Go Karts! My dad is 68 years old and the biggest child at the party, when we all started racing the go Karts he spun 2 of the girls out and then came after me and my daughter. We literally LAUGHED until it hurt!! One of the employees noticed one of the kids to be too small to drive alone so she drove her around. The staff here is so AMAZING!!*We then left to go back inside and play the arcade games for the remainder of time. Won stuffed Animals and cashed in our tickets. This was a birthday that wont soon be forgotten.*WHAT WE GOT FOR 200 DOLLARS WAS 2 hours of unlimited go Karts, indoor bumper cars, batting cages, boats, $5 for each friend at her birthday party on a prepaid card, $10 on birthday girls arcade card. 2 Large pizzas, they provide paper products (we brought cups, plates, napkins just because dollar general is so cheap and we wanted it princess themed and also made little gift bags for each visitor of her party) they have 2 One Liter soft drinks with ice ready to pour (orange flavored and coke) and a girl who served everything who was incredibly nice and well mannered. Ive been to places that treated the kids as if they hated them and they were just there because they had to be (chucky cheese in Durham, for example) and it cost one hundred dollars more. I was so blown away at how nice these people were, and they all looked between the ages of 16-21 years old that worked that day. WHEREVER they do their hiring, Lynchburg should take notice and get these kids into the restaurants abroad because they all had manners and all looked like they enjoyed their jobs. A great place to have a birthday party, date, or spend time with the family. There are so many options and so many ways to have fun. One of the few places in Lynchburg that offers fun for the whole family so definitely come to Putt Putt while you are here.

Its a great place but make sure your kids are at least 60lbs or they cant ride as many rides. If not its okay there are some arcade games for them.

Three courses, friendly staff. Prices are a little high and arcade could use some variety; but has lots of good specials and deals. I try to go everytime it rains to get $10 in tokens for $7 on the token card they give you. No more loose tokens OR loose tickets, HUGE benefit!

Unlimited rides for few hours A LOT better deal but not long lines and easy going. Lots of fun. Even on a no kids date night.

Service was decent. The putting greens need attention, the mats at the beginning of each hole are not attached and are distorted. Overall we had a great time and it was VERY affordable. I would suggest adding a laser tag area...

The place was so much fun! We live in Charlottesville. There isn’t much family friendly things to do other than jump and a children’s museum. The staff were all friendly the place was clean. Which is awesome considering there are kids coming in and out. The pricing was bad either. My children had a blast and I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

My grandchildren had so much fun. They are 3&5, we rode the bumper cars, I with my grandaughter together and my grandson on his own. Be mindful though there is some uncontrollable spinning that made me a bit nauseated. The arcade is generous with tickets, as well as the claw games that pick something up almost every time. They came home with all kinds of treasure. I will definitely take them again.

Took my girls here today for the 1st time they are still raving and are wore out by 3pm on a summer day! What a mom win! Michael and his Staff took excellent care of me and my girls thank you for a great day and making us feel so special!

I have only played through the Putt-Putt mini golf course, but there are other attractions here, such as go carts and bumper boats.Mini golf is $7 per person for 18 holes.The mini golf course has a par of 2 for every hole. There arent any windmills or volcanoes, but there also arent any gimmick holes. Its solid mini golf where even slight mistakes will put you over par. I would definitely go again.

Took my grandkids today and now they think I’m the coolest. met the GM Michael very sweet young man he took the time to talk to us and even did a magic trick for little Braxton he laughed hysterically! There is also plenty of benches so I was able to sit and watch them closely while they played and plenty of shade for me outdoors. This grandma couldn’t be happier with our experience

Not necessarily the flashiest place, but usually pretty well maintained and very friendly staff. My boys have a blast and told me it was worth 5 stars, so thats good enough for me.

Very over priced, and the staff is not very friendly or helpful. Disappointed! If your kids are short they can not ride the boats or go-carts. Not even with a parent. They definitely put the FU in fun. Have been here before and no problems and now they say my child can not ride anything. Only allowed to play putt putt.

Had a fun time. Wouldnt recommend wearing a dress though. I slipped on my golf ball while setting it up and fell on top of it. This resulted in the golf ball getting stuck in my rear end. Let me tell you, it wasnt a fun time getting out. It was still a great time and cant recommend this place enough.

The customer service is great as they walked me and my nephew in and showed us the place ( it was his first time) and was very nice. And the laser tag is the best you can find in Lynchburg!

I can see the rapid decline in this once vibrant place. We have been down there twice in the past 3 weekends, and both times the staff are scarce, and either undertrained or simply dont care. There appears to be no REAL adult supervision there and the batting cages are constantly broken or breaking. Its very sad.

Fun! A few things werent working at full capacity, like the bumper boats and the fun tiki bumpers in the bumper boat pool, and some go carts were having issues, but the staff were all super friendly and it was an enjoyable time for all of us, ages 4 to 48

We visited Putt -Putt Fun Center in mid June for my 112yr old sons basketball banquet. The boys had a GREAT time!! They played Lazer Tag for over an hour, putt putt, access to the party room for an hour, pizza, vegetables, and cake. The facilities are in top working order, clean, and fairly priced.

Awesome time with our church event! Big shout out to shift manager, Gage Minchey, and his staff at Putt-Putt Fun Center - Lynchburg, VA for being so patient and helpful working with all 50+ of us!

WOW!!! What a 5 star experience!! From the manager Chris to the humble and sweet employees! My son was treated like he was family. The establishment was super clean, stocked. There were only 3 people on staff at that time I went there (names were Nick, Rhonda, and I believe a manager, I think his name is Develin), but all did their best at making sure. Rhonda made sure we were happy with our food and had enough things such as napkins and cups.Nico was pretty cool as Well. He even joined in on a game of laser tag to even up teams (there were only 9 of is in our group).Overall, I had fun that night.

Not a place for kids under 5. Not listed anywhere in the web site, but there are height limitations to all of the attractions. Less than 44 and no laser tag and no driving. The staff was all teenagers. Very pleasant, but could only answer questions if they were written in the manual. Would have been fine if we knew the restrictions before we made the drive.

Wow. This place used to be the best for fun around here. What happened? First of all the food. My corn dog was still frozen and my childs pretzel was not cooked all the way. Doesnt that seem like a huge issue that employees dont know how to cook properly? Second, no one was ever at any of the attractions. We had to go inside many times and tell whoever was at the front that we would like to do something. Thats a huge inconvenience on our part and you should have people ready to go at each one, especially when youre busy. The indoor bumper car zone can barely be considered bumper cars. Theres not enough room to do anything, they are all deflated, and theres even one just sitting in the corner taking up room... deflated. The laser tag vests didnt work at all when we played. The person working the go-karts was very hateful and wouldnt even address my child when she asked a question. He just looked like he didnt want to be there the entire time. Im just appalled that this place claims to be the fun center when my family had to walk around to find people working, go up many times to be refunded on our game card for games because they werent working, and all the unnecessary negativity with attractions that dont work in the air. Will seriously consider about coming again when things are improved, but not until then.

When i took 3 kids and a baby to this place for my oldest 6th birthday, i did not get a good customer service experience. The only good customer service i got was at the Go Karts. The three girls at the front counter where you get your tickets was not at all helpful, i had to ask all the questions and had to ask them twice after not hearing them speaking up to the customer. Getting frustrated the girls was speaking about me to the other girls. Was told that you had to be licensed to drive the go karts and double checked again because i had a 12 and a 13 year old with me and they said yes they had to be also. Which didnt sound right, understanding that younger kids had to have a licensed driver. Purchasing 3 activities for each child spent $60 did not fulfill all 3 each. when tried to go into the laser tag which was our 3rd thing to do, lady told the two oldest that they couldnt go because they did not have another activity on their card. which they did. Went to the bumper boats the guy told us that his card reader wasnt working or something that if they had wrist bands which we didnt purchase the unlimited pass he didnt let us ride them. With this staff that day i will not go until they hire new customer service ready staff. Having 15 years of customer service under my belt i think i know what good customer service is. I wasted my money that day!!!!!

What an amazing experience! Had my sons 4th Birthday there and the staff was amazing. Wednesday was a slow night, but the staff was so accommodating and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. It was the most stress-free party I have ever hosted. I would like to thank Brett and the rest of his staff that worked with him - they had excellent customer service. Congratulations to the management for having such a great team! (2/17/16).

Plenty of arcade games inside if thats your thing, and two different putt-putt tracts. Not the most challenging or decorated course, but of course its going to be fun - its putt-putt!

Had my oldest childs birthday party there today. It was awesome, staff was friendly, very helpful, and energetic. Everyone left with a smile on their face.
