My boyfriend and I take his son there pretty often and he loves it. We love it too cause we can just sit back and watch him have fun. The workers there seem to be very nice and we’ve always had a good experience. Price is also very good. Just keep in mind to watch your kid mainly cause sometimes other kids aren’t so nice.

Been to this place 100 times spent tons if money invited friends and always had a great experience with the staff until today, out of no where a heavy set white woman in her mid 50s approached my son as he was playing ball and caught his ball mid air and extremely rudely told my son to not through the ball she then threw the ball away from him and proceeded to the restroom this woman had on unprofessional attire to be the owner i decided to approach her in the restroom as not to cause a scene and kindly asked her not to speak to my son in the tone she previously did and that i was his parent and if he did anything not by policy to approach me about it instead so i could correct him I then returned to my seating area she then approached me and my husband in front of customers and told us to leave in a rude manner my husband then proceeded to ask her what exactly we did wrong and she completely ignored us and waited for us to leave the staff then walked out and apologized and tried to offer us a free jump pass because they knew how good of customers we were we will not be returning to this establishment and in the future will take my child to jump trampoline park instead

Very good and great price. A lot of places like this try to add lots of unnecessary bells and whistles or try to make it more educational than most kids will ever pay attention to. This place keeps it simple and just gives the kids lots of things to do. Our kids spend at least as much time here as Amazement Square, and for a fraction of the price. Thats the best part, its so cheap we can add it on to anything else we do while were in Lynchburg without breaking the budget (SeaQuest, Amazement Square, etc.). As if thats not enough, we usually park on the side of the mall by the train tracks so the kids get to see the train yard too.

A great place to take the kids. Spend a couple of hours here with your children or in my case grandchildren and they will sleep tonight. Just keep an eye on them, it is easy to lose sight of them.

Kids loved it. Tuesdays was only $5 per kids. Adults free. Really friendly staff. They had a huge selection and great air con for a hot day In summer. We will be back

THE BEST! My son had the best time. There are comfortable sectionals for parents to relax while kids are playing. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase. You can also purchase a pair of socks for $1 if needed. My son had his sandals. We were in the area visiting when we discovered Bounce About. I was pleased I could but a pair. The cost of admission is affordable and worth it. My son wanted to return the next day.

Excellent place to let your kids burn of energy and enjoy being active. This place is so much fun and my son really loved visiting while we were there on vacation. I have a lot of friends who live in this area, and I have recommended it to them as well! Everyone is so professional and the owner is so kind and caring.

Its a terrific place! The atmosphere is nice. Older kids seemed sweet and more cautious of the younger ones while playing in the bouncy houses. There is a toddler area in the center of the play place for ages 3 and under. The kids had a great time burning off energy and making new friends. There are comfortable cushions to sit on while you watch your child(ren) play. The fees are inexpensive. We will be back

Fun for all the little ones. Even a spot for the wee little ones separate from the older kids but still in same general area so younger siblings can play safely while the older ones bounce and slide in the larger facilities.

Super cool- kids were occupied for over 4 hours. Couches for adults to sit on! Toddler area with a gate to keep toddlers in and big kids out. Some snacks and drinks available as well. Restrooms easily accessible as well as water fountain.

This is a wonderful place for kids & families. The owner is kind and takes safety seriously while making it enjoyable for all kids and their families. I would 100% recommend going here.

I love that there is something like this around here, and that has a toddler area! My 1 year old has a ball.. I just wish parents would put their phones away and watch their kids a little more closely. Not only because they can they hurt themselves, but theyre so cute to watch!

Good selection of bouncy houses and slides. Would not recommend a birthday party through them. Never got the invitations that were supposed to be provided, little information given when I put the deposit in for the party, the call that came before the week of the party was just answering the same questions I had filled out on a sheet when we signed up. The party hostess smelled of cigarette smoke and was not professional. You only have an hour and fifteen minutes to play and are NOT allowed back to bounce after the party is over. Not worth the frustration for parties here.

Overall its not a bad place I just think the toddler area could use a little bit of improvement

The prices have gone up but overall a good value if you would like to take your children to a safe place to have fun during poor weather. Snacks are reasonably priced.

Bounce About is a great place for indoor entertainment for kids 12 and under. There is a small area for younger children, many bouncy activities for older kids, and a few sofas for adults. There are a few snacks and drinks, but definitely plan on eating a meal before arriving since you cant leave and return again. Dont forget socks! Kids cant jump without them.

My I kids had a blast and I appreciate the $5 Tuesdays. Clean place but I subtracted one star because some of the inflatables need replacing. Theyre pretty beat up. Still worth going.

Unfair treatment! We were told we couldnt bring outside food but saw other people at a table eating McDonalds and juices from home. We went and ate elsewhere and returned only to be told we couldnt even bring our drinks in with us. When asked why other people had a full spread of outside food at a table we were told they had a special need....REALLY!!!! Or maybe it was the color of their skin!!! We are a military family and stop here while traveling back to the DC area to give our kids a break but NEVER again. That type of unfair/biased treatment is nothing we will tolerate. My money pays for the same treatment as others, dont tell me one thing and let others do what they want.

We come here alot and even bring 10-20 kids with us at times. The guy up front aharown is able to handle the chaos of checking in big groups and keeps the kids orderly and entertained for me. The staff is helpful and was quite respectful when correcting my child for inappropriate behavior that I didnt notice while helping the baby. Clean friendly environment and we plan to return often!

My son loved it, however, the equipment looked pretty beat up. Obvious ripes and tears on the seams. Some of the safety stoppers at the bottom of the side were so worn, my son slid right over them. Overall, it is a great place to let the littles release energy while indoors.

My toddler and I love this place. Wouldve given it 5 stars if theyd add more toddler friendly bounce houses. There are a few that my son loves but some are huge and he almost broke his arm sliding down those. So when we go it isnt like i can just let him run loose and bounce on all of them. I have to follow him around telling him which ones he can bounce on and which ones he cant. But overall for the price its great and always very clean and always friendly staff.

The owner is very disrespectful and doesnt seem to be a people person. The rest of the staff are kind and friendly. The owner seems to lack in experience of treating her employees kindly and fair as she is very bipolar it seems and get mad easy.. I wont take my kids back bc of her and how she acts.. and cancel my membership as well..

Friendly staff so thats good. They did not allow me to use the socks I had from another location but they would trade me. The quality of their socks is really poor compared to the ones I had totally not worth it and frustrating that I could not wear something of better quality. Over all I dont think its worth the money.

Some of the employees in this place doesnt follow rules at all. Im the only parent in here with my daughter right now and there are several other kids in here without their parents. Why arent the other childrens parents in here? Both signs that are on the walls with the rules say there must be someone of the age of 18 or older that must stay with the child, but there isnt. ALL EMPLOYEES NEEDS TO FOLLOW THE RULES OR THEY NEED TO BE CANNED.

I love the place and all but I dont understand how they can say you cant go on anything if your over 12. Its not posted. Maybe you teenage 15, 16, or even 17 needed a little bit break life and wanted to jump or slide down and be a kid again. Plus on the policy it said 18 or younger has to be with a parent. So they are saying 17 and younger are still kids. Being in the place with the kids and climb, jumping, ect.. would be fun if your 18 or younger because you are still aware that they can get her and you pay attention. I can understand it there is a weight policy you cant weight more than this.... but if that person is less then that weight plus that kid it should be fine. Older kids just want that little break.

Great Price. Great Fun. Some kids get crazy, but thats society these days. I am not afraid to make sure my kids are ok. and yes, I can make other kids scared with just a look. Common Sense Parents need to watch and take care of the kids with lazy parents...just the truth! But seriously, good place.

We took my 3 year old son a week ago for the first time and he loved it. My husband and I were allowed to get in the bouncy houses and play with him. We all had so much fun. Yesterday, I brought my son and his big brother (whom he only sees twice a month) to play together. We were immediately told that my step-son could not play because he was over 12. My toddler was heartbroken. He kept asking his brother to get in and just could not understand why he couldnt. They just lost my business. I was planning on being a regular customer.

Whenever I physically go up there, it’s been good. I love that it’s free for my one year old.. I only have a couple of complaints that you really need to fix.1.) EVERYTIME i go up there, there’s big kids playing in the three and under section, the parents let there seven year olds run in there and jump on the slide and bounce thing, which is really annoying because they run over my one year old and they’re WAY too big for the slide in there. I always look to the staff to reinforce the rules but they’re either not paying attention, or don’t care to say anything.2.) My partner was concerned that she left a very important item at your facility and the next morning we called several times. Like at least twenty, within the span of an hour. I don’t know if they were super busy or just being negligent to their duties but they didn’t answer the phone and even forwarded our calls at one point, so my partner had to drive all the way up there just to ask if her item was left there. That’s not good customer service at all. Please fix these things and I would give it a full five stars.

Everything seemed relatively new and well maintained. There was one slide shut down but that didnt seem to bother the kids. I had a 9 year old and a 3 year old and they both had a lot of fun. There are no time limits but once you leave the area you cannot come back in without paying.Would go back if I were to come back to Lynchburg.

I would like to say that you have the rudest, uneducated, noisy, people employed at the Bounce About in Lynchburg. My three year old grandson who has Autism was there playing. My son in law was in hearing distance when the one working mouthed to another lady hes a f#%king strange one referring to my Non verbal Autistic Grandson. Now you may run your business that way but I dont have to frequent your business. Nor does my family A little education on Autism with your workers would be useful! You are not a five star and hit the one star by mistake.

Allows parents to leave kids unsupervised while those kids physically hurt other smaller children then when wr complained thr employees didnt even say anything to them or sorry or amything yet it states clearly that kids are to be supervised. When asked for a refund as we had to leave due to other UNSUPERVISED kids hurting our 2 year old, they said its against policy. Never even a sorry your child that you were holding out of everyones way got hurt due to gross negligamce of staff and parent of kids who walk away amd play on laptops while their children ruin the experience for others.

Great stop when on long rides, wears them out for a quiet ride home.
