Lovely park but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Ive had family call and complain a couple times and nothing has been done, even after a few days

Beautiful park away from the road! They have a gazebo, pavilion and a playground, as well as bathrooms on site. And dont forget about the peaceful azalea trail! We had our engagement photos taken here and I loved how they turned out! (Thanks Blue Media Photography!)

This beautiful crisp morning was our first time to enjoy the park. It was an amazing experience for not only myself and family but for the BOSS, Sir Slate, my sweet spoiled 7-year old dog. Its peaceful and clean and we will be back. Thanks Lufkin, Angelina county and all the sponsors for providing such a nice place....Many blessings

This is a decent little Park that is routinely overcrowded with parties and other events. I like the fact that its close to the Azalea Trail (which needs some serious work and cleaning I might add) and that it has a volleyball court. Its pretty secluded and is surrounded by trees and dense vegetation which gives it a bit of a claustrophobic feel in my opinion. If there is another group there holding a large event, there will be almost nowhere for you to sit or partake of the amenities at the park. This park would not be my first choice to go to in Lufkin.

Fun park with a great walking trail.

Family and I have visited here quite a few times to take the kids to the playground. There are lots of mature trees, a covered sitting area with multiple picnic tables, playground, gazebo, basketball court and restrooms.

Please better bathrooms and water fountains. And at the basketball court much foul language.

I like to walk the azaela trail that goes through here.
