Very decent neighborhood! Robert Cherry the owner will invade your privacy, lie, and almost anything else! He’s a slumlord if you ask me! Of course I owned my own trailer, but while I lived there one of his maintenance guys attempted to run me over as I walked to work and yet still lived on the property and working for the trailer park!!! Like I say wonderful little neighborhood but owner and his staff not the best b far!!!!!!

The driveway is full of potholes all the way down

Affordable rent. Pretty nice neighborhood. However, the rules regarding dogs being on leashes arent enforced fairly. Owners with bigger dogs are singled out while small dog owners consistently let their dogs run around no problem. Ive almost ran over multiple tiny dogs because they run in the road. People also throw their trash out which frequently is found in my yard and driveway. People also drive through at all hours of the night with loud music which wakes me up. Ive lived here for years and these issues are never addressed. Also rent was raised but we still have horrible roads. The patchwork is only a temporary fix and I dont know when management will learn this is a horrible idea and the whole road needs to be paved with quality materials.

Very quiet, nice neighborhood. The rent also includes the water and gas which is nice.
