Under new management, first thing they did was raise the lot rent 90 dollars. Hard for retirement people on fixed incomes to get by. Otherwise a nice park

Many changes like raising our rent twice this year, park roads need repair and new owners have not communicated well.

Lovely community with friendly neighbors, well maintained lawns, good managers and recreational activities. Quiet and clean. Lot rent under 300.00! Many of the residents are Christians, too! Highly recommend living here.

Great staff and management running the place. Clean yards and maintenance going on. They also have several projects in the works to add on and grow the place, including a dog park in picnic area. They also have a community building where they have free breakfasts and dinners throughout the month, as well as events, movie Nights, and things like that. One of the managers, Larry, is a real friendly guy and happy to help out the folks living there

Went to buy something off of Facebook Marketplace. I found the numbering system hard to read and the homes were too close together.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Managers are very sweet and take care of their business. My grandmother lives here so I visit alot. Highly recommended!

RUN! ! This place is such a rip off for the elderly. Rent 250.00 plus you pay all utilities, maintain your own yard & youre responsible for outside repairs. Street Light went out and the owner didnt want the expense of replacing it. He said we do them all at the same time. Dangerous for older people, it needs to be lit up.

Very quite, neat yards, no nonsense, no loud noises. Great place to call home.
