I love my new place!!! well kept up, clean my favorite part is the walk in shower. Management is so kind and friendly. Most imporatnt no Loud neighbors. Two thumbs up :)

Management is impossible to reach unless it’s about rent payment. My niece paid rent on time all 12 months. Almost 3 months for one repair. It was 12 months of no help unless you are making a payment. Multiple letters sent out to all of the homes about the rules in the park though. It is certainly all about how much money they can generate and not focusing on making residents comfortable. The lower end rent is what keeps these mobile homes full.

Management is always working hard to make the community clean, quiet and safe for everyone. You can tell that they really care and put the tenants first even though they are extremely busy!

My best friend was renting out there and when a situation came up that could not be controlled she informed the management that she was not able to forward such a expensive rent and there was another home open and the management promised her that home once the tenants moved out the following month. Once the following month came the management gave the house to another tenant.Then informed my friend That if she could not afford the rent that she had to get out and she was not able to pay a prorated rent in order to give her time to pack her children’s things and her own and find a new place.

I saw no slides in the entire park, but I will be back. 10/10

This is a nice family friendly area that I look forward to visiting again.

The same so call management is over Diboll as well. Never at office, never answer business phone or phone heard from recording. Water leaks in old wore down trailers. That are so called grand father end. The so call new trailers she show cases, are just at thrown together as expect for discount cost bought at.

..quiet....perfect place for family..when you need anything done they try to accomplish it in a timely manner...I love my home and more than anything ...the security we feel here..

Living is nice and quiet.

It’s upsetting how little a manager is on property and little effort to respond to tenants.

They do not have security or a gate and you cant have a dog.
