Love this place! All you can eat pizza buffet for under $8. And a place for the kids to play. A win-win for both parents and their children.

The manager, Felicia, went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to give my children and amazing experience. I say this without exaggeration; if everyone took as much pride in their work and devoted themselves to their customers as she did, I literally believe the world would be a better place. I say that without an ounce of hyperbole.

Love the friendly service great salad bar. Kids love the pizza. Everyone wins

The gaming area is cool, but the pizza only had pepperoni and cheese to offer and the salad and pasta bars were limited.

The food was great! The workers were very friendly and helpful. The best part was the game room. We had the place to ourselves so it was exciting.. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

My husband and I came here for lunch at about 12:30 on Sunday September 20th. He was so excited to visit as it has been years sense he has had Mr. Gattis pizza and I had never had it before. Unfortunately the experience was beyond terrible there was a slim selection of stale pizza and the restrooms were disgusting both male and female (I was told by him) I wanted to demand a refund as the 20 plus dollars we spend would have better spent at the gas station down the street to get a sandwich but we didnt want to make a scene. 5 or so hours later and we both are still suffering the consequences of choosing this restaurant. We will not be returning and sad to say my first experience has persuaded me to never visit any of the other franchise locations. 4 thumbs down!!

Was pass thru lubbock spend $51. To feed us and the ham for the salad was old no fresh pizzas the pasta wasnt all the way done and no desserts. The kids liked the game room and baked pototo but wanted more selection for the potato

Came to Lubbock for the adventure park, was unaware of the change in closing time, so decided to go to Mr gattis instead. We got there an hour before closing and the manager went above and beyond to make sure our girls got to play games and still have time to eat. We will definitely make this Mr gattis a fav stop when traveling thru Lubbock. Shout out to the young attendant (man with the smiley mask)in the game room for being so and helpful kind to our grandgirls.

Great parking.They made my special pizza!Manager is cool!Food was good not always fresh but almost.Clean for the most part but It makes me upset that they never want to turn up the volume on the tvs!! Ill be honest Im writing a review because we miss this place due to the social distancing. Me and my kiddos would visit this place at least twice a month. Has everything you need on a budget. Games, prizes and great food. All in one place. I have been coming to this place since I was a child. Thats why I want to give that wholesome great fun to my kids. Because thats what its all about. People may have experienced their off days with cleanup and short of food from time to time. But I have had a whole lot MORE great experiences than bad ones. Birthday parties, play dates with the kids, family gatherings. You cant ever take those memories away. And Ill be damned if the best place to get pizza and fun games is off our to do list. This will be the first place we return once everyone gets the ok to leave home. Stay safe everyone.

This is the best pizza in town. They had a problem with their delivery service, so they remade my pizza and had it delivered. Oh, they also refunded me my money. That is service! Love, love their pizza and service! Best ever. Thanks.

Loved it. It was a get together with family. The food was great. It has pizza, pasta, salads, baked potato. It also has a game room. The employees were really friendly.

Pizza buffet with an arcade and TV rooms, thats the good part. Its good to keep kids busy in a hot day. Reason for 4/5 is because pizza selection isnt very good if they have 10 pizzas out 7 are pepperoni. Needs a better variety

Went here because it was my child’s birthday and he wanted to play games at Mr.Gattis and have pizza later. We were told we couldn’t even enter without buying a buffet even though we, the adults didn’t want to eat there. We stated we would pay for the kids buffets but we weren’t gonna pay for something we wouldn’t eat. We were told we couldn’t enter so we left. What a waste.

Great customer service. Good selections of games. Honestly, I think the dining area could have been kept up with more and it was very sticky. Dimmed lighting in the buffet/drink area made it seem alot less clean or dull. Request was made perfect.

WOW. I think this is my first review. This place was so pathetic I had to do it. The food was non existent and when it was out it was worse than the food I had when I was deployed to the Middle East. The entire establishment was filthy. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids use the restroom here. I do not recommend you eat here or even come to play games. I would not wish this on my worst enemy!!!

Good food quality, but needs better bussers its always dirty

Mr. Gattis is great for people on a budget. The do have plenty of seating for people and a nice arcade area with lots of selections for the kids. There is not a huge variety of pizza/other foods however. Mostly the same couple of different cominations. What they dont have in selection they make up for in taste though. Give it a shot if you havent been and maybe youll turn this into a new friday night fun family dinner.

Good pizza, soup and salad bar buffet and child oriented. Game room in back area so the kiddies can burn off some energy. Hey they have dessert pizza to. Id rate a 3.9 overall.

My whole family enjoys this place. The prices are extremely reasonable and the food is good. It can get a bit busy so we prefer to go during off hours so that our little ones can enjoy the fun without being overwhelmed by the crowd.

I want to say before when we went this place was very dirty. Today I went after maybe 1 year of going and the place was clean, the food was good, and there was plenty of pizza out on the counter. The waiters were going table by tables picking up dirty dishes and cleaning off tables. The place was in excellent shape, cleanliness and fresh food . Thank you I will start going if it stays this wasy

The staff are five stars because they are very friendly and professional. They keep everything organized. The location is fairly easy to get to. The food is okay. It is a fun location, but do not go for the food only.

Some of the kitchen workers where rude when we ordered a pizza and ignored us *to be rude* the other guy was ok tho kinda dirty restrooms however they cleaned the tables quickly.

Brought my babies for lunch and it was horrible, it wasnt busy at all (1:30pm) when we showed up there was hardly anything out! We waited another 15 mins for ANYTHING to be out, the employees here were also very rude, when we asked for something to be refilled because it was empty one of the ladies gave me an attitude and said Im working on it as she was walking back and forth. I have NEVER been so disappointed about this place until NOW!

Just need the salad bake potato

We had been here a couple of weeks ago and it was horrible. All the food was cold and hard and everything was dirty. They wanted us to try again with a free buffet so we wrnt back today. I have to admit it was better. It was not as dirty and they made a decent pizza fresh. The baked potatoes and mac and cheese were still cold and hard, but they seemed to be trying. There was only one room open and they had Fox showing. What kid wants to watch that. They did finally change it. I do not know what happened. It use to be a good place!

This was the worst experience we had there . it was super slow ans still had no pizza. Ready and the pizza that was up there was old and cold had no soup and when we asked if there would be anymore the employee gave us attitude and still didnt refill soup . the main lobby was dirty with food on the floor and no one bother to clean it the whole hour we were there . on a good note the waitress in are area was doing a great job i believe her name was Emily .

Not a fun place to go. If you buy a game card it can only be used in the game room area. Though if you want to get your money back its not happening. I would not recommend supporting them and customer service is awful!

I have always enjoyed this place since I was a kid. The cleanliness and quality of the food really depends on when you go. If its early in the day and not busy you can tell the food has been sitting for a while. They are really good about bringing a special request to your table so that helps. This is a place for kids so expect for it to be loud and not always clean. My kids enjoy it so its a place I will continue to go.

The pizza is decent for the price especially since its a buffet. Can be loud at times but thats to be expected at a family establishment.

This is a nice place to eat and take the kids to play games. The food is good but the day we went, they only had pepperoni pizza, pepperoni and hamburger, and cheese pizza. Not much of a variety. Still, the food was good. The place was fairly clean. I know with so many kids around its hard to keep it 100% In the womens restroom, 3 of the stalls were completely out of paper. And someone stole my daughters bracelet when she took it off to wash her hands and forgot it on the sink. Now, that has nothing to do with the restaurant but instead the people who were there. All in all, its a good place, but watch your belongings and make sure pepperoni pizza is something you cant get enough of.

Not what I remember at all. I personally could not eat their pizza due to keto but I did eat some of the toppings. Something isnt right with their sauce..tasted off or something. Tried to stay away from it. Im sure its full of sugar. The salad bar was decent, but better elsewhere. As for the game room, most of the games are dirty and broken in so form or another. My kids did not have a good time nor could they eat the food (not on keto), they just didnt like the taste. We will not be going to this location again. Not worth the money at all.

We had some really great food at Mr. Gattis! I think they are actually putting move effort and care into their food amd service finally because the last few times my family and I have gone, it has been absolutely great.

We had not been here in years. My daughter went for a field trip and begged to go back. We took her on a week day and all the food was fresh and suprisingly really good! We had a blast playing the arcade games and in the end had tons of great prizes to choose from. My daughter cant wait to go back again.

Our party planner was amazing SHE went above and beyond, the food was great..the pizza makers were very polite and happy to make requested pizzas. We will return!

The quality of food has improved over the last few months, but many of the games are not working or are clealy set to payout even less than usual.

Pizza is mediocre the crust has a cardboard flavor to it but the toppings are great, I think it could be really tasty if they had a better crust. Other than that the place is still a great place for kids, great games, hate the crane games tho. Staff is nice and friendly, super efficient and very clean. The bathrooms however need to be deep cleaned. Ive seen a lot of finger paintings on the back of the door and Im guessing because when staff cleans the bathrooms they never close the door and clean begind it. Checking the toilet paper during the day would eliminate me having to let them know that 4 stalls were completely out.

Food was decent. Dining room was clean and neat. Game room not as good as copper caboose. But good experience overall.

We go right at 11 so we can get fresh pizza and to beat the crowds. Not as clean as I would like it the tables needs a good scrub and shampoo the carpet. The staff was nice cooks asked if we wanted a specific kind of pizza and brought it right to us when it was done one kid even helped my 9 yr. daughter with her special pizza and served her cousins as well. Line was clean but I didnt like the soup and the pass few times there had only been 1 soup out! Game room was clean and kids love the games!

About 2 years ago I would have wrote a bad review on this place. But I recently went to a field trip with my daughter and they have really upgraded not only their games but food as well. It was all fresh. Had a great selection and the salad bar was awesome. Will be coming here to visit more often now.

Compare the place from 15 years ago to today, it’s now a soulless shell of its past glory. The arcade machines has been halved and replaced with gimmicky games, attractions like the merry go round and bumper cars been replaced with a cheap bouncy house and the buffet selection has shrunk with desserts taken out.Once a staple of my childhood, is now dead inside.

Usually like ghattis here recently pizza dont seem fresh an staff not so friendly i paid strictly to come eat a bake potato at seven oclock.they dont close till 8 30 an was already through making baked potato.they should have a full menue untill they close..not a few slices of old pizza
