Going to the United spirit arena is well worth your visit! They have $10 beer and loud music! A good place to go and live a little. They have great sports teams that play here and wonderful array of country and pop music concerts.

I went there few days ago to watch a lady basketball game played between Texas Tech vs West Virginia. That’s my first experience of witnessing a live basketball game. I loved that atmosphere. I loved that arena also. In future I’ll probably visit there again and again if chance arises.

Although the Lady Raiders lost, the facility is great. There are several different areas that you can by food and drinks. They also sell alcohol now. They have different venues that they hold here. Great location in the Tech area.

Went to see Metallica there and it was a great place to have a concert. The size of the venue would make any seat a good place to see to see anyone perform there.

Selling Dayclear hand sanitizer, bought 32 oz. Bottle. Got home and discovered its only 62 per cent ethyl alcohol! Worthless. Must be at least 70 percent to be effective against COVID virus. Misleading, and dishonest sales! Very unhappy.

Great venue. Food is affordable. Atmosphere is great. Sure, I have ideas for improvements but those are typical to other arenas. Come on over and support your Red Raiders!

Wonderful arena. Metallica show was great!!! Not really set up for a major concert but great none the less.

This place is very nice. So much space we went for the Christmas Roadshow and the staff was very helpful and the concession staff were fast and super nice. Love that theres plenty of parking.

Saw Metallica here in March 2, 2019. Nice clean place. Enjoyed the smaller venue.

Very impressive! Great concourses, good seating, suites, acoustics, the whole bit.Went for Tech (men’s bb) vs UTRGV. Great fan interaction, smart basketball crowd.Only room for improvement would be concessions, opportunity to provide some “West Texas” fare.

Was just here on Sat Aug 11th for my nieces graduation. Texas Tech is a very nice school. the arena was nice and clean the restroom were also clean.

Awesome venue! Nice and cool inside! Love that there is a shuttle to take you from free parking straight to the arena during the basketball games!

It was a sold out crowd!We sat up high, it was cold account of the air conditioning vents were near by, but thats ok, we will take a bigger jacket Saturday night, awesome experience, bathrooms and concession were near by.We are Ready for many more this season,GUNS UP!!

Traffic is horrible for big events but its like that everywhere. Seats are a little tight together. You are definitely going to be in your neighbors bubble. Shows are always good though

Rode with someone so unsure of parking prices and areas. Very nice place. Theres a designated smoking section outside. Cheap dogs not cheap anything else. Fun time. Seats are a little crampy

Great place for a graduation.

I know that parking staff may be volunteers, but they should be able to direct people on where to enter the building for a special event such as graduations.

Best venue for a concert no bad seats here.

What a great place to watch your Red Raider basketball teams! Hot dogs and nachos are a great value. We still call it the United Spirit Arena though, and always will!

Its a great place! In Middle School district was honored her and then in High School I graduated here! It holds alot of great memories.

Seeing Metallica here was a blast. Swift entry to the building, we decided to use a side entrance that a staff member guided us to. Due to the overall size of the arena finding your seats didnt take long at all. This same fact made for an awesome viewing experience. While concession stands were packed, time spent there was not too unreasonable. If you needed to use the bathroom, there were short to no lines at all.Exiting the parking lot, heck, just getting 100ft from our original parking spot, took us some time to do. Fix this opportunity for improved traffic navigation and this would be a five star review.Would happily attend another show or sporting event.

Seating provides a good view of the floor - we were in 208 Row 1. The staff were either not trained or just not able to keep people moving smoothly through the venue - think fire, no escape, being trampled. Sonically, the acoustics were terrible. This may be a fine arena for a sports event, but Not for a concert. Very disappointing Metallica experience! Two stars is being generous.

Fun atmosphere. The seats could be more comfortable. There isnt enough leg room but I get it. Its built for capacity, not comfort. Overall a good time. $11.50 for 2 water bottles and a large popcorn. But if you want a beer it will cost you $8.00.

The place is pretty cool. The atmosphere is great. The staff is very friendly and I was really surprised on the cleanliness of the restrooms. My family I and I always have a great time when were here. Guns up!!

Large, accommodating for all, sit where you want- all spots provide great view. They didnt even mind that all our kids were running around in the back. Clean facilities.

Excellent venue for the Metallica concert. Had to take away two stars because the actual seating sucks. The only people the seating might be comfortable for are third-graders.

I love Texas Tech!! went there for grand-daughters graduation. Lots of steps but they do have elevators so that helps those of us who are wearing heals. Great place to hold big events like graduation, lots of good parking, easy in-out of the university even if youve never been on campus before . While you are there take the time to check out the beautiful campus, and the history, the bells, the stadium...you will end up loving it like I do.

United Supermarket is such a gem. They have higher quality produce and goods. I very much enjoy the baked goods and the beers selection. They have several local food products as well. Will definitely be back.
