7777 Barn is a very spacious place to have an event. I booked this barn for my wedding May 16th but do to covid I had to cancel. The venue was very understanding and the as able to refund my deposit even though that normally non refundable. She was very understanding and kept me up to date with all the rules and regulations regarding covid. If I need to book another even they will definitely be at the top of my list to check availability.

If I could put no stars I would! Super hot! The owner legit took the thermostat away from us. We were told that if we get the thermostat back to turn on the AC we had to close the doors which was fine but the place need to vent out before we close the doors right? Nope not even 15min later the security guy took it off the wall.From 1045 am to 5 PM. No AC! It was hot! 5pm is when the lady gave it back.....then 515 is when it was taken back up. All night with no AC! HORRIBLE PLACE! HORRIBLE!

I was booked to do flowers for a wedding here September 7 and was dropped a bombshell by my bride the day before: the AC in the building had gone out and would not be repaired in time for her wedding. That Saturday, we dropped the flowers off as late in the day as we could and when we got there...it was unbelievably hot in the building. I was shocked. The thermostat said it was 87 degrees in the building, and that was with the swamp coolers running that the bride had rented. We put as many of the flowers as we could in the refrigerator, and said a silent prayer for the rest that they would not all wilt in the heat before the reception began. I was so devastated for my bride and her family, knowing how much added stress this heat issue caused to her wedding.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a summer wedding, especially if you have more than 100 people. Yes the Barn is big enough for that many people but the AC doesn’t run properly in the summer. When we booked the venue in a January we booked it for the first weekend in September this year. The owner Audra and her husband assured us that if there was anything we wanted moved out of the Barn before the wedding they would move it for us. A month before the wedding we met them at the barn & when I asked if they could move the husbands drums, speakers & heavy chairs off the stage I was told we would have to work around it & they weren’t going to move it. We had originally planned on having a full band but due to there not being enough space we had to go with one acoustic musician. Audra waited till the day before the wedding to tell us that the AC wasn’t working properly. That was an extra $600-700 for two large swamp coolers that the day of didn’t do anything other than blow humid air around the room. She never offered any discount or apology for the added stress this put on my parents. Her husband was suppose to be our security guard for the night & I was told by several guests that he was rude to them. Not to mention he yelled at my niece & another little girl several times throughout the night. We rented from Spoil Me Rotten & they wouldn’t allow them to pick up the rentals the next day at 7am. This meant that my husband, my parents, the groomsmen & myself had to load everything up at the end of the night and store it for Spoil Me Rotten. A lot of our guest left early due to it being so hot. At the end of the night Audra’s husband took a very large amount of our leftover food for himself without even asking. Overall it was not the wedding I had always dreamt about due to all the issues we had.This place would probably be fine for smaller events just be aware of what your getting yourself into before hand. I felt like Audra & her husband should have at the very least apologized for the AC. It’s their building & their responsibility alone to make sure that it’s working for their clients. I would post this on Facebook but she seems to delete all the negative reviews so what’s the point.

This place was gorgeous! The land it is on is beautiful and great for pictures. It was a very rustic yet elegant look and that is what we were looking for! The management was outstanding, and we were catered to with everything we needed!

Great place to have a party of any kind and or wedding! The owners were super sweet! Definitely going back to this place!

Terrible place do not recommend. Had an event here & the AC was out & we were pretty much told oh well. It was horribly hot in the venue & no fans were provided by the owner.

Though the atmosphere was great the lack of air conditioning was horrible when the owner was asked about it she stated well its blowing a little. Wow should have had someone go out and take a look at it. Would not recommend using this venue the owners obviously didnt care about the people that rent the facility. I would not recommend to anyone. Look somewhere else to make your occassion memorable for the right reasons not the wrong. This venue was rent by my brother for my nieces high school graduation. Due to the temperature in the building family members with physical disabilities had to leave early. My brother was not offered any kind of apology or refund due to the air conditioning not working. Its took hot in Texas to not have air conditioning
